Negative experience: Very unprofessional,Vanessa was totally ignorant and unaware to my needs left me in more pain than before.highly do not recommend this service to anyone.Im writing this at midnight and cannot sleep due to my 3.30pm appointment.wws left with no follow up information just a job.that was paid for with no service received.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place. I have shoulder injury from gym, and Bethany was very professional to treat my injury. Very effective and efficient. The first day diagnosing the injury and with the first treatment I was already feeling much better. Bethany also carefully planned some trainings to do at home specifically for my injury. Each and every training was very detailed and easy to follow. Also, Bethany was very patience, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel my injury heals faster than I thought. Easy 5 star!

From my first contact with the friendly and efficient reception staff, to classes and one-to-one sessions with the physiotherapists, I’ve been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and supportive care. The gym/treatment spaces are well-equipped, and not intimidating for a non-sporty type like me. I’m confident in the advice I’ve received, and being able to move without pain is a super outcome.

Fantastic experience: I had a knee injury from soccer that required physio help after seeing MRI results. Derek has made me feel confident and more stable. He has experience working with professional rugby teams and knows how to get you back on your feet. I highly recommend this practice!

It's a mix of birth defect and a stupid boy kicking me, but she has not only been the best physiotherapist, but my therapist, my dear diary - everything. She saved me from depression. I walked in not being able to walk (approx 3 months before I bit the bullet) and now I work out more than I ever have. I have such body confidence because of her amazing help and giving me my confidence back. I honestly can't thank you enough, Courtney. You will never understand what you've done for me. I will follow you wherever you go - so please don't forget me!

Fantastic experience: Upon entry, the clinic is clean, tidy and welcoming. I spent my first appointment with Ruby, who showed exceptional professionalism, knowledge and insight to my injury. I was given a rehab program to follow, was shown how to perform each movement, and I was also provided with reasons why I was being prescribed each exercise. No 5-minute quick fix with a piece of paper, as I’ve gotten from previous physio’s. An excellent first experience with Ruby and Errol Street Physiotherapy, very much worth a visit!

Fantastic experience: The team here have assisted me to not only walk again, after bilateral hip replacements, but have been a necessary part of maintaining my strength, balance and flexibility. I do pilates and resistance exercise that has restored my independence and greatly reduced my chronic pain. I am also attending the new rehab clinic and gym in West Melbourne to further my goals in staying robust and healthy. Highly recommended for all pain issues from sport to lifestyle and work, or to just get moving!

Fantastic experience: Sam turner is a brilliant specialist in many fields which makes for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan of my structurally buggered foot such that it has had an immdiate affect. After having tried another physio who did not have his depth of field and analysis, I would highly recommend him. I guess that is why the surgeons recommend him for podiatry and physiotherapy. And why he specialises in sports injuries. Business is organised, treament exercises online (finally a plan I have and can do from my pocket) and open early. Brilliant.

Fantastic experience: Ben has excellent bed side manner for a physiotherapist. He thoroughly explains what your injury is and what options you have to reach recovery. He is patient with his patients and demonstrated extra care when it came to my torn acl pre-surgery rehab plan. The clinic is well maintained and the receptionist are very pleasant individuals to talk to. I really felt listened to in a time where most business will rush you just to get your consultation over done with to get your money, Errol is the opposite. They pride themselves by always putting the patients needs first. I definitely recommend Ben & Errol street physio if you require physiotherapy.

This was my first time seeing a physio and Sue was very professional and thorough, and I also appreciate that she did not give up on me although my issue took a long time to resolve. I was truly worried that I would have a chronic problem. Reception staff were also lovely.

He’s so skilled at what he does and my legs always feel fresh afterwards, plus he’s an absolute delight of a person with great conversation too. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the clinic for remedial and podiatry. Both Paul and Sam are great. I visit Paul at least monthly and he allows me to get the most from my body, treating the areas of concern with only the best techniques. I honestly hate sharing him! Hahaha!

Fantastic experience: Great service, care, and attention to detail. The team tick all the boxes in terms of what you'd expect from a quality physiotherapy practice and these guys go above and beyond. I was treated by Courtney a couple of years back for an ACL, which included non surgical/conservative methods to get me back to footy (huge success and knee has never felt better). Currently I am seeing Braden for a significant ankle injury who has been fantastic and has made me feel confident with his assessemnt and rehab program that i'll be back on the pitch sooner rather than later. Highly recommend to anyone, no matter your injury/reason for needing a physio - these guys will get you back to your physical best and make you feel cared for!

Fantastic experience: The best physio around. I’ve got a back injury so I’ve been going every week for around 7 years, doing regular rehab (pilates) classes, seeing physios one on one for flare ups, getting (wonderful) remedial massages, and even recently completing the set by seeing the resident podiatrist. A great bunch of professionals who care for your well-being and a great vibe. I’ve tried other places but nowhere is as good as Errol St Physio.

The other staff i interacted with either upon entry or by phone were also great. I would certainly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Samuel was very thorough with his assessment of my injury. He wanted to make sure he had a full understanding of my concerns and what I wanted out of the session. Samuel was able to assess my injury and give detail information on how to manage the pain and condition going forward. He gave exercise and suggestions for footwear to assist.

Fantastic experience: Top notch injury recovery physios! I came here with adductor pain and had the pleasure of working with Will Arnel. Over a period of 6 weeks he helped me go from having pain every night and not being able to go to the gym, to being back 5-6 days/week at the gym stronger than ever. He didn't just treat the injury with a dynamic, easy and extremely convenient exercise program, but he also helped me understand a lot more about exercise in terms of intensity, frequency and posture, and always had an answer to my geeky gym questions. With his advice, I've been able to improve my routine a lot and have achieved great results beyond just treating the injury. Very, very happy I chose Errol St Physio. Thanks Will!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Errol Street physio and seeing both Shane and Paul for almost 5 years for ongoing sport injury issues, maintenance and rehab, and I have to say Shane is probably one of the best physios I’ve been to see and worked with. He’s knowledgeable, thorough (appointments take as long as they need to and he isn’t rushing you out the door) and he works through not only the injury itself but also assesses your biomechanics to check for any weakness or imbalances, which often other physios don’t do. He’s also worked with my PT to develop strength programs and discuss modified exercises, which has seen a dramatic improvements in long standing injuries over time. I’ll often see Paul as well for my remedial massages throughout my season and always leave feeling amazing (I only wish he was on hand after my games!). The rest of the clinic staff are always super friendly, helpful and communicative, so you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. As long as I keep playing sport and need help managing my injuries and niggles then I’ll be coming back here! Keep up the good work guys.
