I felt heard and supported throughout my entire appointment. Mia is a highly skilled professional and was able to pinpoint my issue and provide care to help me. I am looking forward to my return appointment, and am already feeling a lot better.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the clinic for several weeks now. The reception staff are so friendly and helpful. I have been seeing Gokul for my therapy, and he has been great. Even going as far as messaging me outside of office hours to see how everything is going. Everybody's help is much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I came to Luke with a leg pain which had been plaguing me on and off for years. At its worst, I was unable to walk and any attempt to do so would cause me to vomit from the pain. Luke was fantastic in assessing me, treating me, and developing a plan tailored to what I was able to do in terms of resources, time, and physical ability. After following the plan, which changed over time as I got stronger, I no longer have this pain and my quality of life has improved. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have to start off but saying a massive thank you to Edwin & the staff at Midland Physiotherapy. I walked into their office on the 1st October 2024, with a terrible constant muscle spasm in my neck - I was in tears, struggling to sit still and praying for the pain to stop. Filling in the paperwork was another story altogether - I had to get my mum to do it because I could not look down or to my left at all. Edwin was amazing - friendly, professional and very knowledgeable and relatable. He was also willing to listen to the hell that was my week last week. Over the last 7 days, he has worked his magic and I am mobile again - I have full movement and will continue the program Edwin set out for me going forward. Highly recommend Midland Physiotherapy. One happy and healthy gal here :)

Fantastic experience: Chad helped me with my rehab after I injured my knee while running. He helped me trust the process and I am now cleared to go back to not only my running but my other sports too. Fantastic experience: Over the past year I've received highly professional & caring services from the team at Midland Physiotherapy. Caitlin's assessment, treatment & referral to a local podiatric specialist & other advice in connection with my frozen hip as well as an ongoing exercise program have been game changers for me. Ongoing remedial massage support by Lisa has also been fantastic in increasing mobility. I can't thank you both enough for your kindness caring & skill. Also thanks to James & Sam for their exercise support & Imogen Hayley & Dale for their friendly & efficient customer service. Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the staff at Midland Physiotherapy enough. From the Reception / Admin Team through to the Physio’s & Therapeutic Masseurs. I have been a client of Midland Physio for a number of years for treatment for a number of injuries and ailments. All of the staff listen to me when I describe the symptoms, they show empathy, have a sense of humour and have always been spot on with the treatments, corrective actions and exercises. I have no doubt that I would be taking further medications and/or had surgery if it wasn’t for the Midland Physiotherapy Team. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I always get excellent service and advise when I go for remedial massages. Therapists are very accomodating and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Sean has been treating me for a couple of back strains and had done some absolutely sterling work on me. The manipulation done at my appointments and the exercise regime he has given me has done the trick and I have seen - definitely back on track (pun intended). Thanks Sean! Also kudos to your reception staff, who always have the loveliest smiles and the most welcoming manner when I attend.

Fantastic experience: Went today after twisting my lower back 2 days ago. Izabella was very professional, and importantly when she saw me in a tight fitting mask, she asked if I would like her to wear a mask and she took out a high quality mask. She listened to my problem and gave me practical, evidenced based care and advice. Thank you. I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: The Staff are always amazing and friendly. Very professional. Helped with my recovery after surgery. It has been a difficult time but the Physio Centre, Especially Liam, has been incredible. Would defs rate 10 stars if I were able!

Negative experience: Very weird experience with Remedial Therapist :AMANDA .I do massages once every Or twice every month here and never had such a bad experience. She did massage with no pressure (literally no pressure) and when asked she advised my body is tight and pressure can’t be applied.Never had such an experience and the whole 1 hour I felt like someone just rubbing my back with senseless movement and with 0 satisfaction ,waste of money and time. And that massage didn’t help to loosen my muscles at all.. I tried few other therapist’s previously at the same centre and never had issues. She keeps talking/asking too many questions during the session unlike others and I was very irritating when we are suppose to relax. Asking questions at the begging of the session is necessary and anything important in between is fine but this is more than usual. Such a disappointing experience at this centre at this one time.

Fantastic experience: Ben did a great job in identifying and helping me with my Stiff back muscles I would highly recommend him

Positive experience: I went to Midland Physiotherapy for the first time the other week due to alot of back problems and found just from one session I felt a big difference straight away. I still have to continue my back exercises at home and will most likely continue a few more sessions at this Physio, but found this Physio really really good. Would highly reccomend.

Fantastic experience: I had chronic pain in my shoulder and hip during rehab from surgery. Jian provided me with top rate advice and treatment. I now have a much better understanding of what caused the pain, much reduced pain levels and a long term strategy to manage further rehabilitation. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Sean's been seeing me through my recovery from knee surgery recently and randomly, I could barely walk due to pain in my hips. Sean instantly diagnosed the issue at hand and showed me the correct stretches to mitigate the pain - and the relief was very much instantaneous. I still can't recommend him enough. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been seeing Sean Fuller at Midland Physio for over 20 years now... I play a lot of sport and over my 30 or so years of playing, have endured some pretty serious injuries. Each and every time, Sean and the staff at Midland Physiotherapy have planned and tracked my rehab to perfection... I'm happy to say that I've fully recovered from major patella realignment surgery and a partially torn ACL, all thanks to Sean and his team... I can't recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I had a very bad attack of BPPV (Benign Postural paroxysmal vertigo. I was vomiting and spinning . I got booked in next day and saw James Mac who was amazing, confident and professional. He certainly knew what he was doing. He re positioned the stones in my ear canals and was very thorough with great success. I would like to say there are GP,s and Hospitals that dont have this level of expertise. Having been sent home from a hospital and told to do it myself by watching youtube a few years back, which isnt a good idea. This was worth every cent and i wouldnt go anywhere else if i have another attack. Also the receptionist could not have been kinder or more considerate, 10 out of 5 as far as i am concerned.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I've seen quite a few Physio's, Chiro's, and an Osteo in Perth due to soccer (football) injuries. Never have I seen a Remedial massage therapist but the work that Iman Pourazadi does is amazing. Wish I had been recommended to him or someone like him 7 years ago. Any injuries or needing muscle release then definitely go see him! Warning - the injury muscle release can be painful, nothing you can't handle and you are so much better, looser, and free moving afterwards.

Fantastic experience: Senior physiotherapist Rourke was absolutely amazing during my appointment. He is very highly knowledgeable in his field, he spent time to listen to all of the details of my injury and pain areas and he then provided painless treatment relief during the appointment whilst also explaining in detail what area was the pinpoint for where the pain starts. He then also provided me with easy simple at home remedies and stretching rehabilitation techniques so I that I can keep up the mobility in my neck by myself from home to help to stop the pain from returning.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Customer service from the moment you walk in to the moment to even after you leave with great follow up. Sean & his team are highly recommended and is always my recommended practice to others.

Positive experience: Disappointed with the fact that after my first consult (which went well), the 2nd appointment that was booked immediately at the end of the first consult, was not booked in properly. So arrived the following Saturday and they said they couldn’t fit me in. A later time that day was offered but due to commitments I could not do it. I was hoping (and my feelings about their care and customer service) would have been better had they called me up to apologise again and ask if I wanted to try another day/time but alas no follow up. Consult great. Organisation and f/up customer service - poor.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a sudden and painful tightness in shoulder and neck. Sean Fuller greeted me at the front desk and I immediately felt comfortable in his presence. Thank you for the detailed check up, acupuncture and massage, I am now completely pain free. Highly recommend Sean's professional services and the excellent venue facilities, including a gym and rehab areas.

Fantastic experience: I dropped in here last minute for a pregnancy support band as I’d left mine at home while traveling. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service from someone at reception and then two physios who saw me immediately and fitted me for a belly bend. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Midland Physiotherapy today, I had my hands full with my toddler in tow however the reception staff made me feel extremely welcome, once heading in to see the Physiotherapist, Luke. He took the time to accommodate myself and my daughter to the best of his ability whilst consulting with me at the same time. The receptionist Bec came to hang out with my daughter and keep her occupied whilst Luke and I consulted. My daughter absolutely loved the staff and I am extremely great full for all the staff’s kindness & I’m happy with my overall experience with Midland Physiotherapy.

Positive experience: All physios are highly skilled, only reason for 4 stars is that it's usually too warm for me and they need to turn the aircon on a bit more for comfort

Fantastic experience: Just wanna share something I had lower back pain need to see any one Sunday morning call midland physiotherapy clinic 7 days nice receptionists said yep thanks to her I saw Sean yep could relate to him and he asked the questions yep we got thru that pretty good I couldn’t lean forward without bottom back pain he knew what was the problem and after 10 minutes a couple rounds I could bend over and touch my toes thanks Sean I went in gummy and came out happy also I thanked the girl on the way out

When she's fully booked and I've needed an urgent appointment I haven't had an issue seeing someone else. Great service, always alleviates any niggling pains I have (usually neck from my desk bound job) would def recommend.
