Fantastic experience: I have seen a few physiotherapists in Perth but CCP have been the best. Aftet hurting my lower back plus getting shoulder nerve pain, the physios here have helped me the most in treatment, massage and dry neeedling polis exercises. Keith has been so kind and helpful and genuinely wants to see me improve. His guidance and dry needling has helped so much. Plus I've learnt you need to be willing to do what they suggest to meet halfway highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to Sharon and the team at Central City Physio my neck pain has almost completely gone after suffering for years with stiffness and headaches. I have been doing pilates with Sharon for a few months now to combat my issues from being hypermobile. Along with reducing my neck pain, my knees feel more stable. I was recently able to walk up 8 flights of stairs without knee pain. I would highly recommend pilates with Sharon to anyone with hypermobile joints - because she actually took the time to explain why hypermobility causes pain, and how pilates works to counteract the hypermobility, I was more likely to stick with it through the initial slower progress. I was definitely sceptical at first.

Fantastic experience: I booked an initial appointment with Keith in the evening and had an especially good first-experience with a physiotherapist. Keith was accommodating and patient as he listened to the various physical ailments and questions I had, while also asking relevant questions in order to pinpoint the exact issues I had and how to deal with them. Fantastic experience: After a rough week of training, I had a shoulder strain and a limp. Keith identified my hip issue as an irritated bursus (I had no idea the hip had a bursus)! He treated both the hip and shoulder, provided advice for easing the pain and stretches to correct the problems. All are working! I had last been there in 2017, with a ruptured disc. I had been advised that surgery was the only remaining option, but after an assessment and a course of treatment, I have been able to manage the condition. It took 5 minutes to correct a mid back problem which had plagued me for 20 years, in spite of chiropractic interventions, with a simple fix that I have used ever since. High standards, great treatment.

More accurate than John Wick with her dry needling and wiser than yoda when diagnosing and treating. Central City Physio reveption staff are friendly, attentive and efficient. If you need physio this is the place to go to!

Fantastic experience: Great facility with a range of services. They have helped me through various situations from post surgical care for my core and back to ankle injury. Have had dry needling to massages to relieve pains and muscle stiffness. Merci and Gwen were wonderful over the years and Alice at the reception is lovely as always during the early mornings.

Merci my physio did wonders by reducing my pain significantly and also teaching me exercises so that I can have control over my life. Fantastic experience: Physio Gwen helped me recover from a very painful upper back injury in only a few sessions. She was highly rigorous in the approach, formal but kind, and her manual therapy, explanation and exercise instruction empowered me to repair my injury as quickly as possible and maintain the affected muscle groups to reduce recurrence in the future. Would highly recommend the practice for this physio. The practice also boasts great fees and friendly receptionists with great notification reminders and prompts.

Fantastic experience: My physio was Gwen Chen. She was wonderful. Gwen was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. She let me ask many questions and never felt I was taking up her time. She made sure I understood how to do all the exercises before I left the office. Her hand manipulation on my back was very effective. The machine Gwen used to send shock waves into my back was fantastic. I felt 75% better with only one treatment!! Not only was Gwen wonderful but your reception staff equally was very kind and helpful. My nieces have attended your facility. They spoke very highly of your staff and recommended me to you. My purpose for being in Perth was to visit family as we live in Europe. This is unfortunate because if I lived in Perth I would continue using your facility and recommend it to my friends.

I have complex ongoing issues and Merci has expertly guided me through acute episodes, flare ups and general maintenance. She is quite simply, a Wizard when it comes to physiotherapy and complex needs. If you have complex needs and especially if you have found no relief elsewhere then she is absolutely the person for you. Her attention to detail and bedside manner is comparable to no other and she listens to her patients and responds to individual requirements rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. The staff are all friendly and helpful - highly recommend.

Positive experience: After years of repeated injuries and so many physios, chiros and massages, I am grateful of having found Merci. Absolutely brilliant, she is the best physiotherapist + dry needling for acute, chronic and maintenance of back, hips and neck +/- vertigo. Absolutely brilliant. On top of it all, she’s lovely and gives you the best possible care, time and warmth.

Fantastic experience: I recently came in with bad lower back pain at which I couldn't sit down. I saw Keith and he was amazing. He was very thorough, calming and took his time to evaluate me to ensure I was in comfort and not in pain. After my first session I felt so much relief and the following day I could sit down. Had unbelievably painful back spasms for weeks before I found Keith Cheng. He fixed the problem in two sessions. After years of back issues, I've found the best place to go, finally!

Fantastic experience: I brought my wife a couple days after she had abdominal laparoscopic surgery, she was having back pains. She saw Salem who was very gentle and effective in his treatment. Within that first session, she was feeling so much better and was way more mobile right after. We were very thankful for the help. If you are after an experienced physiotherapist for your trickier physical issue, we definitely recommend booking with Salem.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend the team at Central City Physio higher. I saw Salem for my initial visit who went to great lengths not just to diagnose my issue but treat my concern on the day providing immediate relief. He also provided me with follow up stretches to help continue to relieve my pain. Additionally he organised follow up with his colleague Simon to ensure continuity of care. Simon was also excellent and ensured I left the appointment with relief from pain. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in your well being.

Fantastic experience: Started seeing Vic for the treatment and management of my rib cage shifting out of place, which caused the appearance of bumps on my chest due to bone movement. Victoria is a fantastic phsyio who has helped me immensely. Everyone is friendly and genuine.

Fantastic experience: Central City Physiotherapist (Keith) and masseur (Kade) have been doing a great job. I gain more power on my leg after about 3 months having regular treatment with them. I can walk faster and no more pain when I step the stairs or bus. They are highly recommended for those who need to get healthier everyone deserves

Fantastic experience: Salem and the team here are fantastic. I've been a client for many years because of their high quality work. Every time, no matter who I've seen here, I've always felt they listened carefully to me. The examinations and treatments I've received have been explained really well so I understood what was going on, and how the treatment or exercises I've been prescribed would assist my recovery. Great service, and an excellent team. And the location is just so easy too!

Fantastic experience: Went there because I my foot got injured. The first assessment and consultation cost about $140 and $100 for the following treatment after that. Rebecca was really attentive, she help me figure out what to do and not only she wrap my foot to give some support, she also treated my wrist as well (luckily it's not a major injury). I follow her recommendation to have so rest and I did some stretching that she sent me through email. I think because I had enough rest and didn't force it to work, I recover faster and can work normally after that. All the staffs were very friendly and they're very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service! Reception always very accomodating and nice especially when acute pain comes out of nowhere and need an appointment quickly. I have only had great Physio experiences at CCHP and have attended multiple different clinicians for over a decade. I have found the service to be extremely professional as well as warm and welcoming, with Physio’s who are knowledgeable and genuine in their approach. I have never left unsatisfied and have been helped through many injuries over my life! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Came in with an unknown issue with my knee, received a thorough consultation including examination and simple exercises to identify the problem area. The identification proved to be accurate and I was provided the necessary steps to heal and prevent future injury. Very friendly team, pleasant atmosphere, offered complimentary coffee and stretch band for my own exercises. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic experience: Various family members recommended Central City, so when my husband Allan damaged his back, he made a booking, and was allocated Alisha. This was very successful. She took the time to fully understand the problems, and formulated a management plan. Over the course of maybe four weeks, the visits and prescribed exercises proved very successful. Fantastic experience: Victoria is an exceptional physio/deep dry needling expert. My partner and I experienced instant relief and deep muscle relaxation, during and after our appointment. The reception staff are always friendly and happy to help. Great also to see the female ( boss) coming out to check reception staff and clients during coved 19 making sure everyone is comfortable. Fantastic experience: What amazing and beautiful staff. Booking my first appointment and Savannah was just lovely in helping adjust times (i was being a pain). I had Victoria as my physio and wow, she listened, empathised and acknowledged what I said. I've had multiple chronic injuries for years with back, knee and elbow. By the end of the session I was feeling so much better, physically, mentally and emotionally from the time she put into me. Victoria cares about you and will listen to what you need. Highly recommend and can't wait to see where we go from here.

Fantastic experience: Was my first time seeing someone, the ladies at reception were really good and provided me with lots of information and pricing. I met Alison, she was amazing, she knew exactly what was bothering me physically, really impressed. Not only the massage but writing down stretched and strengthen exercises, I found that so helpful.
