Received a treatment plan that suits me and exercises to help resolove/minimise my issues whilst working away. Andrew was able to listen and explain exactly the what and whys of my issues and explain how to improve/eleminate them.

What sets him apart from physios I have been to in the past, is that he explains everything in detail to ensure that you have the best understanding of what the core issues are and why certain treatments will help the problem.

Fantastic experience: Ashlee is helping me get my strength back after 2 years away from physio following ligament repair surgery in my ankle. She pushes me which I definitely need and as she puts it "You can't fake the shake!" After only a month I can see so much improvement already and even though I moan and complain endlessly I know my body is responding to her sessions. Cannot recommend Ashlee highly enough!! She has the perfect amount of "how are you feeling?" and "stop complaining, I know you can do it!!" attitude! Without her I would be sitting on the couch just complaining about my ankle instead of getting up and doing something about it. Thanks Ash!! :)

She's been incredible with my rehab and despite surgeons saying I would lose range of motion in my elbows, we worked on exercises till they're back to normal. Ash has been great at catering my rehab exercises to my lifestyle and making sure we're working towards my goals of getting back to competitive sports.

Luke my physiotherapist was very knowledgable and he produced good results during the appointment. Clear insight into what was causing the problem and great exercises to rectify it. Over all a positive experience for some one like me who is averse to medical practitioners.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Andrew Chen at Life Ready Physio with a low back injury for 5 months. Rehab took a little longer more me due my various travel commitments which he easily worked around. My back seems healed and I'm much stronger than when I started seeing him. Andrew was always very proffesional and knowlegable. I have learnt a lot about back motion and injury prevention. The clinic is really nice with short phone wait times. Complimentary tea and coffee too!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this Physio practice - when needed - for many years now and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. The practitioners are excellent, particularly Ben Hanning. Through Ben's research and careful monitoring of my exercise routine, I've achieved a massive 6% increase in bone density in my spine. A couple of years ago I was recovering from 2 broken arms, I could lift just 500grams. I'm now lifting 50kgs. These results speak for themselves.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Life Ready in the CBD for various injuries and also remedial massages, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The practice is warm, welcoming, and clean, and the staff are very friendly. I have seen Ash for a few injuries, and she has worked with me to gain full movement and mobility back in the injured sites - she takes into account your whole situation, and works with you on an achievable plan to rehabilitate your injuries. I have also seen Chloe for remedial massages, and she has helped me feel like I can perform at my best when I am doing intensive training.

Ash is just the best physio you could see. Ash's treatment is very considered, as is her follow up and advice for rehab. Ash has sorted out a number of issues for me mostly to do with back , hip shoulder and ankle. She always gets me back up and going after I've done myself a mischief.
