They have helped me over the years with my health issues and I can recommend all the practitioners that have worked on me. The hydro pool is wonderful for the aches and pains. You can ask your physio for an exercise plan for your problem areas and make the most of the facility. This helps to keep me moving.

Tess, one of the physios, came highly recommended to me and they were not wrong - she is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I can also use the hydrotherapy pool later in my rehab. Fantastic experience: The entire team here are brilliant at DR7. They all care, are all very professional and have assisted me in so many ways. I have taken many appointments with first podiatry and then physiotherapists also, both on a regular bases. Also used the hydro therapy in their fabulous warm pool through the guidance of many staff. The team assisted me as well at one time with rehabilitation to get me walking again after a very serious leg and and ankle break. You are all the best.

Positive experience: Have had a couple of appointments here. The first one was free of charge with my health care fund so that was good. The service i have received has been good: bit of dry needling, some massage, some adjustments and then some exercises to assist with building up my shoulder strength post surgery. Fantastic experience: I've been here a few times over the last couple of years for different types of treatment. The treatment area is clean and professional looking and wait times for appointments have been very little to none. My physio of choice thus far has been Ian. Very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and courteous service and he responds very well to your feedback whenever hands-on treatment is required. Recovery time has been quick and am usually back on track after a few visits. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Visited Trevor with a shoulder problem and felt so much better after just the first session. Trevor is very knowledgeable and professional and provided a clear explanation of the injury and how he will resolve it. He used heat and the TENS machine, as well as some dry needling and some manipulation. Excellent service can't recommend him highly enough.

He has provided me world class therapy.. to add to this, the hydro session after the therapy was key to my improvement and pain management. and so early in the piece..…I have not felt this good in years….now I feel I have hope in returning to doing what I love..

Negative experience: Disappointing service that allows a practictioner to make fraudulent invoices. As the appointment was a worker’s compensation appointment, I requested to have it amended and have a letter to explain the amendment to the insurance but they decided to charge me for the letter because they think there was no error on their part. Their reason was that Luke charged me for a consultation treating one area when it was in fact more than 1 area and apparently, they say that Luke was trying to be nice to me by charging me a one area consultation. I never consented to have any payment lowered. And yet they have the audacity to send me the corrected invoice asking for payment. I can’t pay it because there’s no letter to explain to the insurance and no I will not pay for a letter. Please cease and desist.

Negative experience: It has been the worst physiotherapy place I have been to. The initial consultation was supposed to last 30-40 min but mine was only 20 min. The treatment was only like 4 min of needles and electrotherapy in one side of the sacrum area, and not on the other side which was also painful. For the back, he said soft manipulation so none of the vertebraes were manipulated, so I am still the same. I really have the feeling that I have thrown away 100$, for nothing.

Negative experience: Was unable to attend my appointment due to sickness and they want to charge me $73 even though I am under a chronic management plan and no terms and conditions were communicated to me while booking. I have got 15 more appointments under my plan left and was planning to spend it here with Trevor or Luke. I have been coming to this practice for almost a year.

Fantastic experience: Well,I'll make this short. I've had a shoulder problem for months now and antiinflammatories just wouldn't work. After ONE session with Trevor I can tell the difference already! Pain still there but some 60-70% better! A couple of other sessions and hopefully it will disappear. Simply amazed!
