Fantastic experience: Went to Tom with my back pain and wanted a diagnosis and recovery plan as I had felt like the other health practitioner I saw did not explain this in a straightforward manner and withheld the exercises I needed to recover on a week by week basis so I decided to see Tom for a second opinion. After the first session, Tom had already prepared the diagnosis, plan, how long it would take as well as assessing my physical health very holistically. I'm almost at the end of my treatment and almost 100%.

Fantastic experience: I want to say a huge thank you to Tom. I'm in my 50s and had never had back pain before - I'd been very fortunate in that respect. However, pre Xmas '24 I injured my back and was in the kind of pain that makes you feel nauseous. I had to cancel a holiday overseas because I feared being in pain sitting on the plane for a number of hours. Between Xmas and New year I went to a Medical Centre and the GP there was utterly useless, just prescribing heavy duty pain killers and not caring about why my back was in the state it was. I googled Chiros near me and fortunately Tom was working between the Xmas and New year period, and I was able to get in to see him. He was able to diagnose my issues very quickly, and after that first appointment my pain had reduced significantly. Tom was determined that I would get to go on that holiday and after the 2nd appointment, and diligently doing the exercises Tom had recommended, I was able to rebook and go a few days later than planned. A month or so after that first appointment my back pain is pretty much gone and now we are working on prevention of recurrence. Thanks again Tom. Judith

He first did an assessment and relieve actions, and then he presented his diagnosis in a very clear way and prepared a plan to follow. Fantastic experience: Tom is a kind, empathetic and no-nonsense chiropractor. He takes the time to understand your individual circumstance and devises a unique plan for you to get better. I had a chronic elbow injury that responded well to multiple treatments of red light therapy in addition to prolotherapy with another practitioner. He makes it clear that there are no quick fixes, but with time my elbow gradually felt better with each session. Fantastic experience: Chiropractor North Sydney - Having recently moved to the Lower North Shore, I was searching for a chiropractor. A slight concern considering I attended my previous chiro for almost 40 yrs. I came across Tom quite by accident when I thought I was calling another practice I had seen. It turned out to be a happy accident as I could tell Tom knew what he was doing (40 yrs of treatment makes a good judge!). He treated my areas of concern (neck, thoracic, lumbar) slightly differently to how I've become accustomed but the relief was just as significant and long lasting. In some ways even better. The whole experience from initial consult to treatment was outstanding and I feel much more at ease knowing my transition from one long standing practitioner to another is complete.

Fantastic experience: Tom is one fantastic chiro, best I have ever met. During the first visit Tom did thorough analysis and initial adjustments. During the next visit Tom gave me detailed diagnoses paper with treatment plan, which he then explained in detail. First chiro who has never done that before. Treatment plan also included home exercises, and not only the plan to see him, which was great. Tom's personality is very relaxed yet professional which makes me relaxed as well. Fantastic experience: I regularly experience lower back pain due to spondylolythesis and the morning of my first appointment I could barely get out of bed. Tom was able to book a last minute appointment for me on a Saturday morning and he gave helpful tips on where to park as North Sydney is quite busy and metred.
