Fantastic experience: I do not trust physios, but from the second I walked in, it was clear that this place is different. Hannah is my physio, and not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but her genuine care for me and, I have no doubt, for others as well is incredibly reassuring. I cannot believe I am saying this, but I would highly recommend Hannah and am very grateful to have come across her. I know there is a lot of work to do to get better, but I trust her, and that is huge for me to say after living in pain for 24 years. Fantastic experience: I went to Infinite Health after a week-long back flare-up. John is professional, friendly and incredibly effective. Within three sessions, my pain was under control and I was walking upright again. They’re centrally located and flexible with appointment times, which is perfect around work. Highly recommend! Fantastic experience: I injured my knee a long time ago and struggled to understand what was actually wrong. Won carefully conducted several assessments and clearly identified the issue with my knee. There’s a huge difference between simply being in pain and truly understanding what’s going on in your body. He took a big step forward in helping me, and I feel much more relieved now that I know what I can work on to improve and feel better. Highly recommend — he is excellent.

She laid out a clear, logical plan, and each session focused on three things, diagnosing the issue, tracking progress with tailored exercises, and releasing tight muscles that were limiting recovery. She seamlessly integrated the rehab into my gym routine, making it easy to stay consistent. More importantly, she taught me how to stay proactive and prevent future issues, so I wouldn’t stay dependent on physio. My pain is nearly gone. Beth literally saved my back. Thank you!
