I met with Harry who listened carefully to my symptoms, explained my injury / issue and how we would address it. He is professional and great to work with. After 2 sessions with Harry and following through with my exercises at home I feel much better.

Fantastic experience: Christ did a great job for my bike fit even though I had a bit of pain on my knee. He also gave very useful and professional advises for my knee although I did’t really booked in for a physiotherapy session.

Over a few sessions with Chris, we systemically worked through the issues and identified the problems that needed resolving. I am now on the right track to full rehabilitation. Fantastic experience: E-Young is awesome! I developed a sudden 'desk injury' and could not get a wink of sleep for the life of me, during the day I couldn't turn my head or sit properly either. The issue stemmed from bad posture, knots and pinched nerves which eventually caused my shoulder blade and the surrounding areas to totally lock up. After just one session with E-Young, the pain was greatly reduced and I could sleep comfortably again and after the second session the next day or so, I had regained 90% range of motion in my neck. The exercises I was told to do helped reduce stiffness and sped up the overall healing process extremely well. The clinic itself is calming, friendly and comfortable to be in and you can fit a session in-between work hours easily. Not only that, they helped explain and sort out the Medicare rebates after a visit to the GP so sessions are very fairly priced! Many thanks Urban Physiotherapy Team!

Said no one, ever lol) but they don't come better than this young man. Months of tennis elbow attempted fix with other physios, but fixed here in a few weeks. I found my guy!

Fantastic experience: Harry Roberts was straight up fire. Defs knew his shit. Had pulled a back muscle that was giving me tension headaches for a week. One session with this guy's magic hands righted all my wrongs.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with Chris- complete waste of time and money. The laziest physio I have ever been to with the most disinterested persona. The appointment consisted of a 10 minute assessment of my condition and then 20 mins of showing me the Pilates room and trying to upsell me classes. I felt like I had just paid for a Pilates studio tour not a medical appointment. If you are after yet “another” physio that just wants to sell you Pilates classes, then this is your place.

Fantastic experience: Having received a glowing recommendation from a colleague, I booked in to see Chris for knee pain that had gotten progressively worse. This was diagnosed as a meniscal tear and after only four visits, my knee is much stronger and pain free. Chris used a mix of massage, electrotherapy and exercises for my treatment and provided practical tips and strategies. He is professional, knowledgeable and I just wish I had gone to see him earlier! The practice has a great atmosphere and the team were always helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with a very painful shoulder for over 12 months with next to no range of motion in it. Lying on my side or lifting my arm above shoulder was excruciating, even putting my hand behind my back caused a lot of pain. Off the back of a recommendation from a relative and 8 sessions with Chris my shoulder has never been better and day to day life is now pain free. Can’t recommend Chris and his professional, personable approach enough, he really does know his stuff

Fantastic experience: So happy I found these guys! I had severe neck and left arm pain which an MRI showed to be issues with by C4/C5, C6/C7 nerves. After a sleepless weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and Chris was able to fit me in last minute. He has helped me recover from this at a rapid pace and has also started to together some preventive strategies. He always takes the time to answer all my questions and explain the process and genuinely takes the time to get to know his clients. The rest of the staff in the practise are friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I am not surprised at the perfect 5 score at all!

Fantastic experience: E-Young and the team at Urban have given me my life back. When I first walked in with severe disabling back pain from work, I was in constant pain 24/7. I was nervous, didn't really know what to expect, I was in pain and needed help. The care I've received has been above and beyond. For the first time in at least 18 months I am pain free as a baseline. I now have adjustments made at my workplace to accommodate my back injury and I'm being fully supported in every aspect of my recovery. The treatment has been amazing, E-Young is an incredibly talented physio and I leave every session feeling noticeably better. The support I've received outside of my sessions has been instrumental to my recovery because it gave me the courage to ask for the changes I desperately needed to implement at my workplace in order to make my recovery a reality. I was due to have cortisone injections within days After one visit to Chris he identified the problem and after two visits I had immediate results Cortisone appointed cancelled and my overseas trip is now possible
