Fantastic experience: Trisha has been a great at identifying and walking me through issues related to my knee and shoulder and as a result I have felt more confident in the recovery process and have been seeing great improvements in the time I have been seeing her for my issues. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Adam and his team at Evoker Physiotherapy. I’ve had neck issues for most of my life, and while other physios only ever gave me temporary relief, Adam’s evidence-based and holistic approach actually fixed the problem and put strategies in place to prevent it from coming back. What makes Evoker truly different is their long-term, goal-driven mindset. In my very first session, Adam made it clear that his goal was to eliminate my neck issues altogether — not just manage them — provided that was my goal too. He built a clear, structured plan to achieve this, which was such a refreshing change from other physio experiences that often feel like endless, directionless sessions with no real sense of progress or empowerment. Adam’s hands-on treatment is also on another level. He applies far more purposeful pressure than any other physio I’ve seen — the kind that actually releases deep tension and allows prolonged relief and change. In comparison, other physios I’ve tried used very light, surface-level massage that never addressed the root problem. The continuity and responsiveness of care at Evoker are exceptional. On one occasion when I urgently needed a last-minute appointment, Adam was interstate. I left a message, and within 30 minutes he had already directed his team to book me in with the physio most suited to my specific situation and needs. When I arrived, that physio was fully briefed on my history and treatment plan — no time wasted re-explaining anything. The same seamless integration continued when Adam referred me to an exercise physiologist to build long-term strength and resilience. The handover was flawless — I didn’t have to repeat my story because they were already completely across my case. It’s a genuinely integrated, holistic service where everyone works together to help you recover and stay well. My neck issues are now gone, and I feel confident and empowered to keep them that way. I went to my first appointment with zero confidence in the health system after being told so many different opinions from junior orthopedic doctors in our wonderful (not) public health system, only to finally come across Trish, who actually knows what she is talking about and who knew exactly what I was experiencing with my ankle and went through with the system. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Mark Mesiha. Had left foot injury and could not walk properly when coming into Evoker for the first time. Mark used a series of strategies treating the stiffness in my toes and ankle and providing some really useful exercises with easy tools for rehab. Now I am completely out of pain and happy with my life again finally!

I had a grade 2 ligament tear in my ankle and after a few sessions with Trisha, I am now pain free and I was also able to get back to playing right on my target date. Fantastic experience: I initially came to Yvonne with a minor shoulder injury that a previous physio struggled to help with. Yvonne diagnosed and clearly explained my issue within the first session. From her treatment, my shoulder injury recovered and during this time she noticed other issues with my neck/shoulders. Fantastic experience: I hobbled into Evoker feeling every one of my 29 years plus interest—after a string of “meh” physio experiences elsewhere I’d all but accepted that my right knee was destined to sound like a packet of Rice Bubbles forever. Enter Yvonne. From the first appointment she zoomed past the obvious knee pain and started sleuthing up the kinetic chain, poking at tight hips, lazy glutes, and all those sneaky little imbalances I’d been ignoring since uni sport days. She explained the “why” behind every poke and stretch in normal-person English, handed me bite-sized exercises I could smash out between Zoom calls, and somehow convinced me that foam-rolling wasn’t a medieval torture device. Fantastic experience: Matt at Evoker was phenomenal at treating my shoulder pain. His knowledge of joint mechanics fills you with so much confidence that you’re at the right place and that you can trust the process. Matt managed to get me from always having pain moving my shoulder under weight, to doing full unrestricted gym sessions again. I was recently able to complete a 1km sea swim with no pain during or after, which was unimaginable to me before. I can’t thank Matt enough for all the help in getting me back to doing all the things I enjoy again, pain free!

Fantastic experience: I tore two ligaments in my ankle in February (less than two months before my wedding!) and I quickly booked in an appointment with Evoker, in a state of mild panic at the thought of my first dance, heels and the pain in my ankle. Trisha and the rest of the Evoker team quickly got me in and assessed the situation and came up with a plan to get me into my heels and dancing at my wedding. The time has now come and I have been walking and dancing in heels for the last two weeks already. Trisha has been so wonderful. She's been caring and and attentive and has helped me rebuild my confidence and get almost all of my mobility back. Fantastic experience: I've recently been working with Serena on a plan to help improve issues with my neck - and have found her help amazing! She is positive, results-focused and has helped me work out a plan where I can support my own progress without having to rely on regular visits, which I really appreciate. My mobility has improved so much since I started coming, i've been very impressed with the results. She's also managed to fix a few unrelated issues at the same time! Fantastic experience: Trish is an incredible physio! I first saw her after having elbow surgery, and she was amazing. I have seen several physios at other clinics, but she is by far the best. She really took the time to understand what was going on and got me back to full strength. Since then, she’s also helped me with my back and knee, and every time, I’ve seen real improvement. She knows her stuff, explains things really well, and actually listens. If you’re looking for a physio who genuinely cares and gets results, I can’t recommend her enough!

Her treatment, including BFR training, not only fixed my shoulder but also helped me rebuild strength properly. She’s super knowledgeable, and her bubbly personality made every session fly by. Fantastic experience: I can see why this practice has record high reviews. I was referred to this practice by my partner, who had a pleasant experience. I was initially booked in with Yvonne, who I saw for a month to address my shoulder concerns; she was amazing! She quickly identified the issue and provided clear at-home care instructions. The combination of massages and dry needling significantly accelerated my healing as well. The front desk staff were always welcoming and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I could not speak more highly of Adam, Yvonne, Mick and the team at Evoker. I came to Evoker after struggling with chronic back, pelvic and shoulder pain for almost 2 years. I initially saw Adam who assessed me with so much care and referred me to see Yvonne and later, Mick. Yvonne has helped me so much in understanding and treating all the different aspects that were contributing to my pain. As soon as I met Yvonne, she was warm and personable and I could immediately tell that she was a highly skilled physio. Yvonne thoroughly evaluates what’s going on and is realistic and wholistic in her treatment addressing the emotional/psychological aspects, treatment through manual therapy and specific but universally beneficial exercises. I also love Yvonne as a Pilates instructor. Her classes always feel thorough, personalised and worthwhile. I’ve also worked with Mick in the Gym. I found one of the biggest things for me in the past was that I would be given exercises to do and then they would be progressed but I would often find that the pain would come back and because of this, I did not have confidence in my body’s ability to move without pain and I never felt like I was truly progressing. The way Mick works helped with this enormously, it did take a little bit of time for what he was saying to really sink in but the way that Mick educated me on what to think about when training, and how to adjust my form to ensure that I am recruiting the right muscles to stabilise my movements and prevent pain and injury, has changed the way I think about exercise entirely and I feel both my strength and confidence progressing all the time. In compliment to Mick, I also liked how infrequently I saw him as this gave me a sense of confidence in my own ability to get better, touching base with him every 1-2 months to adjust what I was doing to suit where I was at. On top of all that, the reception team are also so lovely every single time I’ve been in, so kind, helpful and on top of what’s going on. I would highly recommend Evoker to anyone.

Her warm and welcoming demeanor makes each visit something I genuinely look forward to. She provides effective exercises that not only help manage my pain but also empower me to improve on my own, so I don't have to rely on physiotherapy long-term.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time returning to Evoker driven largely by their results oriented approach the first time around (approx 5 years ago). This was however the first time working with Trisha and found the whole experience friendly yet efficient. The results oriented approach is still the same which was very important to me. Trisha was very swiftly able to identify the root cause and advise on a plan that was simple and actionable. Most importantly, once actioned consistently, I was able to see results.
