Fantastic experience: Won made me run again. After struggling with an ankle injury from last year, I had to record both a DNF and DNS in races. Following nearly three weeks of treatment with Won, I was finally able to return to running. Thanks to his expertise, I’m now planning to take on a full season of ultra races in 2026. I’m truly grateful for Won’s support and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with running-related injuries. As a runner himself, he genuinely understands what athletes need.

Fantastic experience: I had success with booking an appointment within 24 hours from my time of call; which was a relief as the sharp pain in my arm was concerning me. I was greeted by Physiotherapist Won Choi who conducted a comprehensive initial assessment comprising of questions and physical movements. I was relieved to have a diagnosis for my arm pain. Won is friendly, easy to talk with, and happily answers all of my questions. I appreciate the post session emails detailing diagnosis, treatment plan and recommended exercises - description and frequency. It has been a positive experience at Infinite Health North Sydney. They operate after standard business hours which is fantastic for people who may struggle to take time off work.

Negative experience: They bait you into booking appointments long term you don't need, then add some fake ones on other dates to confuse you further, then charge you $40 on your card for each one regardless of when you tell them. No one answers the phone or emails. Basically scammers. Avoid.

Fantastic experience: Entry is via Walker St. Due to being immobile during long work hours, I've had alot of sharp pains in my knee that was impacting my day to day commutes. I neglected all elements of self care. I heavily research on services that have majority of highest reviews and a long track record, that's when I decided on Infinite, as it had the soonest available time. Won has been looking after me, and although I've had 3 appts (and counting), he's been very attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable at every moment. He will email me a summary of your condition and videos of exercises he walked me through. It would be good if Infinite sold some of the gear that some patients would require as part of their exercise e.g. a resistance band, otherwise all thumbs up for me. I had also recommended my colleagues who have also attended the practice for their own issues. Thanks Won, looking forward to hopefully walking without any pain soon!

Negative experience: I visited Jonathan twice and I admit I was partly influenced by 500+ 5 star google reviews. While paying for my first session, I was asked / encouraged to place a google review there and then. I felt a little under pressure to do so - even though I thought it was too early to make a fair assessment. My second treatment resulted in my being in much worse pain than before I went. This didn't subside for 2+ weeks. I did inform Jonathan of this and I received no response - not even "I'm sorry to hear that" or "How are you feeling now?" - nothing. Clearly some businesses work the system of obtaining 5 star reviews and I shall be more wary of trusting them in future.

Fantastic experience: Saw Stathis for a very painful shoulder. He spent the time to properly assess me, and correctly identified the issue stemmed from my neck. After one session, saw dramatic improvements within the next day. Saved me. Have rebooked several times now to further resolve the underlying issue.
