Fantastic experience: I highly recommend working with Casey. Not only did he diagnose my issue accurately, but also was very articulate about the reasons behind the symptoms, giving me a deeper understanding of the issues and how to prevent them in future. He also had a keen understanding of the athletic mindset, and his recommendations acknowledged the desire to stay active, allowing me to get back to full strength much faster than anticipated.

Casey has been able to narrow down exactly what’s been causing my knee pain and provided really good support to try get on top of it. On the initial appointment I was impressed by how knowledgeable Casey is and how excited he gets talking about his work. I could tell straight away he was genuinely interested in treating my injury. When I mentioned I was concerned about further damage from continued training he put me at ease, explaining what he will be doing to assess my injury and if continued training would be safe. This all gave me loads of confidence that I’ve come to the right level physio. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a regular patient at the North Adelaide Physiotherapy Clinic since early 2024 I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and treatment of my injuries. When I severely strained a hamstring a month before the National Masters Athletics Championships in 2024 I was resigned to the fact that I would be spectating the event. My physio Tom, was so positive and quietly confident that he could get me onto the track to compete despite my initial pessimism. Four weeks later, I had completed my events comfortably and although I didn't set the world on fire it gave me a good platform for the rest of the year.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Casey for around a month, it has been extremely rewarding. After over a year of uncertainty with shin issues, Casey was able to identify the root cause of the inconsistent injury during the first session. Casey is able to map out clearly the cause / the road to fixing the problem and explains it all in a way that you can understand. From the first session, his approach is genuine, the attention to detail that he draws from your previous efforts to the ongoing progression. Overall, Casey’s realistic approach, with a genuine care and interest is second to none. I seriously could not recommend him any higher to someone who is looking to see a physio no matter the case. He will exceed your expectations with ease!

Fantastic experience: Thomas is a life saver. I hobbled in early January barely able to walk or move. In only 2 months my back is almost completely back to normal. I can walk and run and lift things like before. Genuinly i could not walk in early january. I credit this quick recovery to Thomas. He identified the problem and has worked with me to get me back to normal. His knowledge on the body and how things work has been refreshing and his passion is apparent. If you need a good physio go to Thomas. Can not reccomend him enough.

Fantastic experience: Since a very serious ankle fracture and subsequent sepsis in 2011, I have worked with over a dozen physios. None have had the level of knowledge and understanding of how the body is connected from top to toe that Casey has. Working with him has helped me complete my first half marathon, and rebuilt my upper body following shoulder surgery. I can highly recommend working with Anvil Elite to achieve whatever your fitness goals may be.

I've been seeing Thomas and Casey from this practice for about 9 months and collectively they've helped me bounce back from a knee reconstruction. Fantastic experience: I had a muscle spasm in my back and I was able to receive an appointment on the same day I had my injury. I recommend this place because their staff is very friendly and they were able to identify my problem easily. They provide professional physiotherapy and after less than a week, I was recovering enough to return to work. Follow-up appointments provided me with excersies to aid the recovery process. I recommend this practice as they were able to help me recover quickly and effectively.

Fantastic experience: Casey is amazing, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was referred to this practice by a friend following months of unsuccessful treatments for a pinched nerve, affecting my left arm and causing numbness in my left hand. After seeing multiple physios, chiropractor, acupucture, Reiki, cupping and few other treatment methods i had nearly given up, however Casey was able to deliver relief and improvements to my injury right from the initial visit. 3 weeks in and my arm is coming back to life, allowing me to return to my excercise regime. I cannot recommend Casey and team highly enough, and will definitelly be going back in future. Absolute saviour

Fantastic experience: Best physiotherapists I’ve been too ( and I have been to quite a few over the years ) . Treated two chronic pain areas ( ankle and shoulder ) . Ankle had been an issue for years and shoulder was really bad . Thomas ( physio ) also really helped when I had double hip surgery as well . Basically when I first went in 4 months ago , I was having a lot of trouble doing anything due to all the pain .. now back at park run ( walking ) , yoga , walking the dog and walking in the hills . I’m very grateful, feel I have my life back .. thank you …incidentally I tried this group after reading their Google reviews ..thought I would give them a go ..so glad I did ..

From my first consultation Casey gave me a very in depth explanation as to what was causing my shoulder and groin issues and a plan outlining what to expect to resolve these issues. I have been to other physio’s with no results however the problems I have been having for the last 12 months rapidly improved since treatment from Casey. Fantastic experience: Casey did more to help me with my pain and mobility issues in our first session than every other doctor, physio, podiatrist, chiropractor and therapist has in my whole life, all put together. Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend Casey highly enough. North Adelaide physiotherapy has the most updated assessment and treatment I have ever experienced. What makes this practice different to any other practice is that Casey is very detailed with his assessment. He explains exactly what is going on through anatomy powerpoints, so you know exactly what is going on in your body and how to prevent it. His treatments are at a very high standard also. I’ve had lower back pain for 9 months and had been to two physiotherapist prior to seeing Casey. Casey has fixed my lower back pain in the matter of only a couple of weeks. A family owned practice you can truly trust and expect the highest quality of care. I cant thank Casey enough for fixing my back.

Fantastic experience: Casey is the consummate professional. When I visited him for the first time he undertook to have my issue fixed within 5 weeks - and he did!! Many physios will just have you coming back again and again to milk you dry. But not Casey - honest, transparent and a really all round great guy. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about the team at North Adelaide Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic. Amalie is a true professional; her warmth puts new clients at ease from the moment they arrive. You might even get to meet her therapy dog, who keeps people company in the waiting room. During my first appointment, Casey assessed my injury thoroughly and created a personalized treatment plan for me. He used diagrams and simple language to explain what had happened when my injury was sustained (in my experience, not many health care professionals take the time to do this anymore). After only 2 visits, the pain in my neck had completely vanished; Casey is now working on my lower and mid-back, with great success. I've referred a few friends to the clinic and they've had nothing but positive things to say. I think what sets Casey apart is his willingness to get to know people, beyond just their injuries. He is personable, funny and has a genuinely interesting outlook on life to share. I'd happily recommend North Adelaide Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic to anyone; their customer service is next-level.
