Fantastic experience: One of the BEST Health Groups in the western suburbs with outstanding service and professionalism I have ever experienced. I highly recommend the team at IHG, with an inclusive one-stop shop for everything from physiotherapy to podiatry, etc. Do yourself a favour and see people who know what they are doing and can really help you. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I saw Robert Frick for treatment regarding my upper mid back pain. His level of knowledge and quality of service is simply amazing! After only 2 sessions with him, he was able to find out where exactly the source of my pain was and taught me self management techniques that I still use months later. Great guy too!

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with service of podiatrist, he did not perform the full service and left me with an embarrassing result. Scraper not used to remove dead skin and skin left hanging around nails. Buffer not used and overall not a professional service. Seemed he was in a hurry for $90+ not worth it. Foot doctor is better.

Positive experience: For the amount of money this place generates and the clientele it often focuses on, a sliding entrance door would be so very helpful. How does someone in a wheelchair open the door? With great difficulty! Not #disabled user friendly at all.

The physio team, especially Sarah, has been fantastic and has played a significant role in my recovery. The pilates classes are also incredibly accommodating to injuries, and they've been an essential part of my rehab process. I would highly recommend Inertia to anyone.

Negative experience: Kris made my Oma feel extremely uncomfortable during her visit. His behavior came off as very unsettling, and she won’t be returning. At one point, he asked her what shoe size she wore, and when she said a women’s size 5, he responded by saying, "Oh, me too, let’s share shoes." Little freak.

Fantastic experience: Patty is the best! He is constantly getting my body sorted as I’ve had numerous knee’s surgeries. He has also set up a theraband program for the junior netball teams I coach to prevent future injuries. I travel an hour to go see him when it’s required and its definitely worth it.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Inertia for a couple of years now and highly recommend them. I initially saw Rob for a physio consult and was then referred to Kelsi for remedial massage therapy. I look forward to my fortnightly massage with Kelsi - it actually does relax me and has helped enormously with my neck & back pain issues. I really notice the difference if I have to reschedule or miss one of my sessions!

After spending years at different physio's for different problems and never getting proper treatment, I was relieved to find Patrick and the team. Fantastic experience: Rewriting an updated review 2024: Have been attending here since 2021 now and opinion has only been more positive. Accessible. Friendly and accomodating staff. Director is very ethical and knowledgable, and is in it for the right reasons. Has plunge pools, pilates, gym, compression boots for recovery. Has podiatrist, pyhsios, exercise physiologists. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. They are great sports injuries and recovery, general injuries, treatment of conditions, disabilities. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Have seen 2 physios are they are thorough and super knowledgeable (although one goes for the crows). The reception staff are always accommodating and lovely. Highly recommend as someone who is chronically ill and has terrible chronic pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to see physio Patrick Carbone at Inertia Physiotherapy for two seperate injuries I endured while training for a triathlon in 2019 and 2021. On both occasions I saw him for a few months for rehab, to rebuild my strength and muscle control. To say I have recovered is an understatement as I am better than ever. Patrick’s physio is by far the best I’ve ever had. He is thorough, pushes me to my limits and has great professional manner. He’s truly helped me achieve my fitness goals. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the Inertia Physio Health Group for 4 years. I have never experienced such a friendly, caring, professional and understanding treatment. I have had issues with my back since I was young, I have seen different health professionals in many different fields, and my issues subside for a very short period of time and then would always return with the same if not more intensity. Since seeing the team for Physio treatment and also getting regular remedial massages I have noticed an immense change. I no longer require appointments every 2-4 weeks, I find that if the pain returns it is reducing each time and I am finding I can go months between treatments without an issue. I have been provided at home instructions/stretches to incorporate with my in clinic treatment. These were explained very clearly and in-depth. If I ever have any issues, I am encouraged to contact the clinic and the staff always do there absolute best to assist me with any enquiries/ scheduling appointments at convenient times i.e. out of work hours! I have recommended a lot of my friends and family to this clinic and they have had nothing but great things to say about the team. I couldn't be more happy with the team and there medical care and treatment. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic experience: Patrick is absolutely amazing. He has been treating all members of my family ifor over 5 years now. The amount of knowledge he holds is unbelievable. My hubby has fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Other physios dismissed the condition and did not know how to help hubby. Patrick however understands fibromyalgia and is working with hubby to get back on his feet and minimise his flare ups. Patrick is currently assisting me with a 17 year hip injury. I always feel so much better after a session with him. His caring nature and professionalism is outstanding. As a woman I feel very comfortable with him. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone needing a Physio. He is the best of the best.

I changed to Inertia Physio and within 7 weeks I went from struggling to work 4 hours a day to return to full duties and been a lot stronger then before my injury. Fantastic experience: I had been having lower back issues for several years and Patrick was recommenced to me by a friend. Within a couple of sessions I was nearly pain free and Patrick had set me up with a program of stretches and exercises to do at home. I now have weekly gym workouts at inertia to further improve my back. Patrick is friendly, professional and his knowledge is second to none, he has definitely gone above and beyond to help me. Negative experience: Be careful and make sure you read the entire policy when you sign-in, I was never informed of there strict policy of cancelling appointment 4 hours prior, otherwise they will charge you non-attendance fees of $30. I was never advised of the policy during sign-in or even on phone by admin staff, when I called to re-schedule my appointment . When I questioned admin staff, I was advised that it will be waived off but few days later received a non-attendance fees invoice with notice to pay within 7 days otherwise will be passed onto debt collectors. Not a good way to do business and keeping your clients informed, very disappointed. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
