Fantastic experience: I went to Physio Physique after a right foot/ankle fracture and fractured vertebrae in my lumbar spine after a fall over a year ago. I have been seeing Adrian the physiotherapist for post-op rehab and it has honestly been a game changer. It’s been over a year since my surgeries and I can confidently say I can walk, perform household duties and yard work without experiencing flare ups. He has helped me understand how the body works and how everything is connected. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything so simply so it’s easy to understand. He has guided me to an incredible recovery from where I was initially. If it wasn’t for Adrian, I wouldn’t have thought I’d reach this stage of my recovery. I also found the clinic to be very welcoming and friendly with easy onsite parking. I highly recommend this clinic and Adrian as a physio.

Fantastic experience: I heard great things about Physio Physics team of specialists knowing how to treat headaches and pain without me taking pain relief medication, so I gave them a try. I suffered for a really long time with headaches often, so I started a headache relief plan of treatments and I started seeing the positive outcome with each treatment that I was hoping for. After the course of headache treatments I was then referred to discover the massage therapist Shontelle. She’s amazingly helped not only maintain that relief of headaches but treats the rest of the body and that makes me feel literally transported to another place. I’ve got better mobility all over. Their staff are incredibly friendly, which made my visit very comfortable. Went in with a stubborn back issue, and they performed an assessment followed by some hands-on treatment, including dry needling, I felt so much better afterward and i can't recommend them enough.

I knew this was going to be a good experience when he called me the day after my first visit just to check in! He got me out of my initial severe pain pretty quickly with hands on massage, needling and cupping - and now we've moved to the gym facility they have in clinic to help build my strength up again! Adrian helped me regain the confidence I lost through my injury and now I'm back at my own gym consistently again for the first time in months. I have exercises, stretches and advice that I can take with me long term. They favour a multifaceted and personalised response - I've started seeing Shontelle in addition on Adrian's recommendation for some remedial massage in between physio sessions and she has been great as well! Fantastic experience: I’ve seen a few Physios in my time and my daughter and I have found our best and forever one who is open Saturday and Sundays such a bonus. From the moment you are greeted by the front desk in a friendly and welcoming manner to the thorough consultation, they not only helped my Knee pain but also explained in detailed understandable form how to improve my problem. Dry needling, cupping and deep massage then a build up of techniques week by week so that you can strengthen and manage your pain. My daughter has Autism and touch is something she is not comfortable with but they were not only able to administer techniques to help her pain but she diligently listens and acts on their advice. The various services include not only those mentioned but also Chinese medicine, Compression therapy, Headache and Migraine treatment and Remedial, Hot Stone and Swedish Massage. Also the coffee isn’t bad either
