Fantastic experience: Before coming to SA Wellness Centre I wasn’t getting answers from medical professionals that made sense or helped me find the root cause. Combining myotherapy with Diego, naturopathy with Šejla, and chiropractic care with Dr. Renier has made a huge difference. They all work together to complement the treatments, making sure I get the best results. I now have less pain, more energy, better mobility, and feel truly supported by a caring team. Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Rikki’s yoga classes for over a year now, and it’s been one of the best things I’ve done for myself. What began as a way to switch off and relax for an hour turned into something so much more—Rikki supported me through my entire pregnancy and now into postpartum. She was incredibly thoughtful during my pregnancy, always adjusting poses to suit my growing belly and making me feel comfortable. Her care and attention meant I felt confident continuing right up to 41 weeks pregnant! This class has become my favourite part of the week. The space is so welcoming—from the lovely team at the front desk to Rikki’s friendly energy when you walk into class. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have some experience, this class is perfect for all. Rikki brings such a positive, relaxed vibe, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her and the staff at the SA Wellness Centre.

I also recently started seeing Chantha for lymphatic massage to help treat lymphoedema and she was absolutely amazing and relieved all my ongoing pain, I have referred her already onto a few of my friends with similar problems. Fantastic experience: I was recommended SA Wellness over a year ago and I’m so grateful. I’ve been seeing Diego who is extremely thorough, got to the bottom of muscle and joint issues that I had been experiencing for a long time, and has provided exercises for me so I experience less pain in the future. I’m blown away with the service and the thoughtful and personalised care that I receive every session. All the staff are super friendly too, I’m always greeted with happy face! 10/10 recommend :)

Negative experience: After a great first impression. The second one fell short and also illigal. Be careful what they charge your health fund! I booked for a long consult and it ended up being a short consult. The receptionist told me it was only a short consult in the system but charged my private health a long consult "to get the best back for me", I made her reverse it and charge me for a short consult. That is not how private health works. I hope this comes up in your audit. Extreemly dissapointed and you have lost a customer. Please see how they responded to these matters below by sying there is now no records of me. I will be logging a fairwork application in the near future

Positive experience: I recently damaged muscles in my back and in extreme pain saw Diego the myotherapist at sa wellness centre.. his support, diagnosis and treatment was exemplary. Fantastic experience: So grateful to Dr Bronte at SA wellness centre, O’Halloran Hill. I called their office at short notice as I was suffering with Migraine, which they offered to treat just as soon as I could get to their centre. Fantastic experience: I have been a client at SA Wellness for over two years, consulting both Dr. Peter, chiropractor, and Diego Santana, Myotherapist. Following a spinal injury resulting in three bulging discs and loss of feeling in my right leg due to sciatic nerve issues, I was facing the prospect of spinal fusion surgery recommended by a neurologist. Enduring six weeks in bed with minimal movement, Diego (Myotherapist) proposed an alternative—dedicated work together to avoid surgery. Today, I am incredibly grateful for Diego's unwavering persistence, patience, and extensive knowledge. Thanks to his expertise in cupping, personalised exercises, dry needling, and myotherapy, I have not only regained my ability to walk and run but have successfully sidestepped surgery. Diego has been able to give back my quality of life with reduced pain and the ability to walk my dogs again. His positive manner and "you can do it" attitude have encouraged me to continue to better myself. I have now started training sessions with him as maintenance and injury prevention along with myotherapy visits. Dry needling and cupping have provided me with the positive benefits of enhanced mobility. I swear by the impact of it on my well-being I wholeheartedly recommend the practitioners at SA Wellness Centre for their exceptional skills. Additionally, the reception staff's warmth and genuine care contribute to an overall positive experience.

Fantastic experience: What a relief! Over the past 10 years I have seen so many different specialists and alternative specialists. From physio, Bowen therapy, Chiros and remedial massage and they have all seemed to go around my issue with the pain in pretty much the whole right side of the body. I have been having Myotherapy; seeing Harley Gepp for 4 weeks now and my pain has gone from an 8-9 to a 2. I’ve walked out of every appt feeling like he has always massaged, needled and used cupping in all the correct places to relieve my tight muscles. He has also given me exercises to do at home that actually target the areas I’ve been having issues finding for so long.

Fantastic experience: I booked in with Alan for a massage & my word was I impressed! Not only did he read my notes & fully understood my condition, he took the time to explain and ask questions about how I was feeling and explained why he was using certain techniques. Fantastic experience: My husband Steve was recommended to Diego to help gain more movement in shoulders and significantly ease or eliminate his never ending shoulder pain… he is on the journey …it’s early days yet but so far is very impressed with quality of service. I decided to try myopathy with Annie when the Physio wasn’t available at time/day I had free. I’d never heard of myopathy but now I’m hooked. It’s like a cross between a physio and remedial massage. Annie is so good at it too! The appointments are short and expensive but you get what you pay for. I was initially going to go monthly because of the cost but am going to try and budget for fortnightly as it’s helping eliminate my mid back and neck pain. Both my husband and I are flabbergasted at the genuinely friendly and welcoming 5 star receptionists too. They are exceptional …. A+++! I think the price we pay is because it’s like staying in a 5 star hotel… from start to finish you are treated like royalty!

Fantastic experience: The reason I initially came to see Dr Peter was due to 10 years of back pain and after many different procedures and processes, of which none were successful, I decided to have one last chance at feeling better. I had previously tried physiotherapy, pilates, dry needling, acupuncture and spend thousands of dollars on procedures ranging from MRI scans, CT scans and nuclear scans, all of which didn’t help locate the problem. When I first met Dr Peter he was supportive, professional and informative and for the first time I felt as though someone might actually help. After our initial consultation I left with a belief that my back would improve, this is the first time I have felt like this since the problem with my back started. After 3 months I have improved more than I thought possible, I have followed Dr Peter’s advice and suggestions and each day is better than the one before. I have recommended Dr Peter to my friends (who are now also seeing Dr Peters and improving weekly) and I would not hesitate to recommend him again to anyone who thinks they have run out of options, he has certainly improved my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Approximately 5 years ago I was off work due to pain in my lower back, and with a problem walking. I attended my family G.P. who was unable to do too much to help me I found a contact number for Aberfoyle Park Chiropractic Clinic,and after several visits I found this treatment beneficial. I continued with my visits on a regular basis and have since reduced the frequency of these, as I have found that these now more occasional sessions are sufficient to keep me in a reasonable state. Fantastic experience: As a cyclist, I was getting frustrated with constantly suffering from lower back pain. My GP told it was just something I would "just have to live with" and offered nothing more proactive.I signed up with Peter and have been going regularly for the last year and have seen some great results. Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Peter around 6 months ago after a slight strain in my back from lifting incorrectly. I felt immediate relief but after a few treatments I also saw the long term benefits Chiro treatment was having on my body. My posture has improved remarkably and I feel more supported when exercising. I didn't realise the effect my stiff neck/back was having on my health and I started to notice I wasn't experiencing the headaches I had just accepted as normal. Fantastic experience: I initially attended Aberfoyle Park Chiropractic as I sought a more local Chiropractic service. Back then I regularly had a sore lower back and nagging pain in one of my shoulder blades. The physio treatment I'd had at the time was a little hit and miss. But after a few weeks of regular chiropractic care with Dr Peter things started to improve. My chronic lower back soreness and shoulder pain have now dissipated and overall I'm much more posturally aware. I love that Dr Peter gave me one stretch a week to add to my self-care regime so that I can continue to be pro-active at home. And I've never met a chiropractor who is more enthusiastic about his profession and its benefits for health and well-being! Fantastic experience: I first went to Aberfoyle Park Chiropractic to address my often throbbing lower back. I'd tried various pain relief but nothing seemed to work. Dr Peter did an initial consult and identified the problems I was having and developed a plan of treatment. That was over 6 months ago and I am pleased to report that the pain has all but gone! Negative experience: Been a while and so returned for treatment. Clearly patient care has been overrun with monetary focus. Charged for a 30 minute consult but only delivered a 12 minute session. Peter, sorry but that's not good enough and your staff just fobbed it off. Disappointing after being a client for many years prior. You can do better.

And most importantly my vertigo, that I have suffered from for years has gone! I can not tell you how much both those things have changed my life. Fantastic experience: After reading the reviews here, I booked an appointment with Diego for my neck & back pain and it was the best decision I made for my treatment. The pain had extended to my arm and leg and I wasn’t even able to sleep for weeks. Diego helped me by using massage & cupping techniques and only after a couple of Myotherapy sessions I was almost pain free. Fantastic experience: Myotherapy with Diego has been revolutionary for my partner and i. My partners back had been seized for 3 weeks, Diego fixed it instantly it was like magic. I train 6 days a week and since starting regular myotherapy with Diego ive noticed increased strength and flexibility gains as well as greatly improved recovery. Fantastic experience: I put my back out heavy lifting causing a bulging disc, I was in acute pain, I made an appointment with Dr Vicki Hoffmann & after 3 visits over 5 days felt a massive improvement, the acute pain had pretty much gone. I have been seeing Vicki twice weekly since & I’m two weeks into a six week plan following the initial treatment, the plan is to eradicate the problem as opposed to continually managing chronic pain like I have been for years. Im feeling better after every treatment, they promised they’d get me feeling better during my initial phone call & they have delivered.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for a very long time and finally decided to try Myotherapy with Diego as I'd had little or no pain relief from prescription medication. All I can say is 'WOW'! Dry needling in my first session helped immensely but the cupping and massage during my second session gave me instant relief. I woke up the next morning and was pain free for the first time in over 12 months. I'd recommend Diego without hesitation. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and his treatment works miracles!

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn't recommend The Wellness centre enough. I see their Chiropractor and she is so very kind and caring. Most of all she is only interested in your health and well being. She will only work on you if you need it. You won't waste your money here. If you can't afford the recommended care plan she works with you and doesn't make you feel bad for it. I also have numerous medical conditions however she is able to work with me around those conditions. I know that it can be difficult to find someone who is willing to work around your conditions in some cases. The other staff especially the receptionist are always extremely helpful,happy and so nice. I just love coming here it is such a positive warm place to be. I am always feeling so happy as soon as i walk through their doors i never want to leave. They offer so many different health services i highly recommend you check them out and see what they have that you could benefit from.

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from low back pain for a long time and until the wellness centre was recommended to me, I had no idea the impact that chiropractic adjustments could potentially have on me. I saw Dr Peter who assessed me thoroughly and he explained the big impact that these adjustments have in our bodies. The information and care that I have received from the very beginning, has made me feel very safe and comfortable. After my first assessment was done and the results explained to me in detail, Dr Peter and the team at SA Wellness Centre put a care plan together for me incorporating both, massage and regular adjustments to get me out of pain as soon as possible. I noticed an immediate improvement after the first couple of treatments. Once I was out of pain, I was moved into a maintenance schedule and now I have found myself with little to no lower back pain, no migraines, more energy and an improved sleeping pattern. Seeing Dr Peter has already changed my life for the better. I am very appreciative that the team at SA Wellness Centre has been always so helpful and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Hi my name is Wayne late October I walked into SA Wellness looking for help for L3//L5 disc bulge as I was in treble left leg pain and could not walk in extremely discomfort and could not sleep for 3 weeks in my own bed.Dr.Peter set up a recovery plan twice a week visits and now happy to say I am well on my way for a full recovery just before Xmas .I wish to thank everybody at SA Wellness for there support and help with my back issues and would recommend highly for helping people in needs in what l have experience and wishing everyone a Merry Xmas and new year. Fantastic experience: Was recommended to see Dr Peter for neck pain/headaches (as well as other various aches and pains) I was unable to turn my neck very far. After my first visit my neck rotation had more than doubled and I was able to turn my neck pain free :) I have been seeing Dr Peter now for more than 2 months and have noticed a vast improvement of my overall joint movement and my initial pain has all but disappeared. Staff are courteous and friendly and I would not hesitate in recommending Dr Peter and staff to anyone who has any sort of discomfort. Because of Dr Peter my movement is nearly normal and my quality of life has certainly improved.
