After suffering with sciatica pain for many months, from my first session with Daniel, I knew I was in good hands. His understanding of my condition, combined with a personalized treatment plan, made all the difference. He took the time to explain each step and provided me with exercises that I could do at home which significantly reduced my pain and improved my mobility.

Fantastic experience: I had a few sessions with Kevin, and they were really helpful. He assessed my issue and provided exercises that improved my shoulder. Success depends 50% on his guidance and 50% on doing the exercises yourself!

Initially, it was very tough dealing with the accident, and I was worried if my body would recover. However, thanks to his perseverance and dedication to my rehabilitation, I was able to become stronger and healthier than I was before the accident. Also I am grateful to him for using Google Translate to communicate with me, as I had just arrived in Australia and my English was not very good. He was very kind and sincere. I also want to thank Yun, who conducted two sessions for me in his absence. Yun is an excellent physiotherapist. Ultimately, thanks to the rehabilitation with him, I was able to get the factory job I wanted. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these guys and in particular Kevin, if you’re suffering from a basketball related injury like I was! He helped me go from only being able to play 1x per week due to sharp knee pain every session, to now being able to play 3x a week with no pain at all Not only can I play more often, but every session is also more enjoyable now that I don’t need to worry about the pain!

It is all too common for health professionals to need some heavy reminders about where your treatment is up to, but for physiotherapists, I expect more. Daniel the leader delivered. I took the opportunity for a consult because they popped up at anytime fitness and he has been such a good help addressing my chronic shoulder pain. I am sad to be unable to finish the recovery journey with him as I am now leaving Brisbane but I feel confident I have all the tools I need to do it myself. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Physio and Reformer Pilates clinic in the city. I’ve been a loyal client for a few years now and highly rate their work. The whole team is professional & helpful. 1. Pilates: After doing reformer Pilates classes with the Physiotherapists consistently in 2020/2021 (twice a week), I saw a huge improvement in my strength, posture and overall well-being. My friends & family also saw a difference. The Physios tailored my program to my needs (eg shoulder/back pain etc) and gave me so much support in class. I’m not a gym person so pilates is perfect for me! 2. Physio: This year, I started getting hands-on physio treatment from Victor for my chronic neck/jaw/back pain which I had given up on (built up over years of long working hours in front of a computer!) Victor is experienced in treating office workers with similar issues. He is knowledgeable, thorough and a good listener. He created a treatment plan and adjusts it according to my progress. The hands-on treatment is something that I really appreciate and is great for providing relief. He also showed me exercises to build strength in my problem areas. I’ve noticed a huge improvement. Fantastic experience: I originally saw Dan about problems with my hip but he was observant in other problems I had and had a general concern for my overall wellbeing. Due to my work life and my general laziness my hip is an ongoing problem but Dan helped ease my pain and has given me the tools needed to keep the discomfort at bay. He was also very gracious about my laziness and tried to help with ways to make things easier. I always felt that my recovery and wellbeing was the upmost importance to him and was never made to feel that I was wasting his time when I hadn't completed what he set me to do. I will have no hesitation to see him again if my laziness has caused me to slip backwards and need his assistance once again. I know there would be no chastisement, just a finger waggle and a smile from a very caring person.

Victor doesn't miss with his treatment and got me back playing tennis much sooner than I thought I would be. Victor understands the benefit that intensive treatment can provide to help with managing muscle tightness and injury prevention during high level training. His treatments helped me manage severe muscle tightness and back strains suffered as a result of overloading during training. I’ve been to many physios in the past few years to help with my chronic lower back pain (triggered from weight lifting, and made worse by my office job). It had gotten so bad I was often taking sick leave because it hurt to get out of bed. Victor is so knowledgeable and patient - he’s the first physio who really listened to my concerns and, most importantly, he tailored a treatment plan that has finally resolved my pain. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dan since mid 2022 for post ACL surgery rehab and to improve ankle instability from an old ATFL tear. From the very first appointment Dan went above and beyond to get to the root of the issues I was experiencing. I could not recommend him more. I now attend physio reforma weekly with a tailored rehab program and finally experiencing noticeable improvements in my rehab journey.

Fantastic experience: Dan and the team have been amazing! I started with Leaders based on a referral from my GP in the city and have attended both the city and Woolloongabba sites. I’m a 45-year-old relatively inactive professional guy who’s hips and range of movement has been limited for at least 5 years. Within the last few months, with a couple of appointments per week for the first few weeks, and tapering off now at every three weeks, Dan has worked wonders. Treatment in the sessions has been thorough, and exercises to take home since have been achievable and have made such a drastic improvement to my day-to-day movement, flexibility and overall comfort and wellness. I've struggled with many other physios in the past and when i first visited Daniel, i had a list of 8 problems to address. we worked closely for 2-3months, and managed to resolve many longstanding pains and issues within that time frame. I lost faith, but my pain was too much I couldn't sleep properly, could not even live normal day to day life without so much pain so I gave it one last try and lucky I did because after just 1 visit I was able to move my neck for the first time in some years. Fantastic experience: There was a number of reasons I decided to choose Leaders Sports & Spine Physiotherapy after injuring my ankle. The fantastic reviews, very convenient location, transparency with their pricing as well as being able to book evening appointments after work informed my decision, and I haven't been disappointed yet. Daniel has been instrumental in my recovery from my injury and really informative along the way. He has so much knowledge, but on top of that is really personable, listens to your needs, and makes you feel like you're more than a "patient". Every time I leave after a session I can immediately feel the results. I'm still not quite 100% healed, but have already come a long way on my healing journey and know with Daniel's expertise that we will get to the finish line.

Fantastic experience: I came in with no recommendation to the business, just followed the good reviews basically from Google. I have had Physio in the past with pretty poor results in relation to a chronic shoulder injury. Most other clinics have failed to fix my injury and offered up incorrect diagnosis and quite poor remedial sports massage. Victor was the Physio I was fortunate enough to book with and I must say he has been fantastic. Listened and understood my issues, asked the right questions to accurately diagnose the issue, and most importantly, fixed my injury that had effected me for over 6 years. I cant recommend his services more highly. I addition, if you struggle to find someone to do a very fir but specific sports massage, book in with him as he can work with your pain threshold accordingly, but if you need quite a vigorous working like I do, Victor is up to that challenge and very effective.

Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and patient in walking his patients through pain management procedures, exercises and understanding of the root cause of all the pain. It is far more than a treatment, as in addition you will understand little improvements you can make to your lifestyle to feel better. Overall my back and neck pain has reduced and my sleep has definitely improved. They also make all your appointments scheduled on reminders ( Super useful if you have goldfish memory like me).

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Leaders pilates to anyone who suffers from chronic back pain from Lordosis or Scoliosis like me. My body has changed into a better shape with more muscles, gained strength so that I feel less pain on my back since I started clinical group pilates at Leaders last June. Although I've been going once a week, Victor made a good program for me to improve my core and glutes muscles stronger, and this has helped me a lot even in my job, which I stand all day to work. Fantastic experience: Physiotherapy with Daniel has helped my shoulder pain. Environment is nice and staff are friendly. I have been having shoulder pain for 9months but only since start at Leaders can I get full movement and sleep better. Nothing worse working before and I couldn’t work.

Fantastic experience: I am glad that I met Daniel, he is very professional physiotherapist. I suffered from pain in the calf muscle, it was painful for me to move around. Daniel made a plan and suggested exercises so I would be able to recover as soon as possible. I followed his advises and recovered amazingly quickly. Fantastic experience: I totally recomend this physiotherapy centre. Daniel was my physiotherapist and he gave me an excellent service, I had low back pain related to an injury in one disc. When I started I was very frustrated because I thought I would not be able to lift and train the way I was used to. Daniel teach me the correct manner of training, improving my posture and gaving me a lot of tips for taking care of my back so I can aware problems in the future. Now I feel more confident in the gym and I don't have that awful pain anymore. The thing I loved the most is that since the beginning Daniel's aim was to make me learn how to do rigth my training so I can take care of myself for the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't recommend Leaders Physiotherapy more highly. Daniel and his team have helped me so much! Only a couple of months ago I had lost hope in my severe injury ever improving. My physio at the time was not helping so I switched and started working with Daniel. He was upfront about the work we had ahead of us, but has been so patient and helpful every step of the way throughout my recovery. My injury has already improved so much, and I am now increasing strength through their reformer pilates classes which are fantastic. He has been so positive and given me confidence to increase mobility and strength work. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I had sciatica issue for a long time and I really wanted to solve the issue so I went to the leaders physiotherapy and met physiotherapy Kim and senior physiotherapy Daniel. After couple of session I could feel much better than before so I was really surprised and they taught me some useful exercises and how to do the self-care with the issue. Fantastic experience: Leaders physiotherapy and Pilates is brilliant. Before I saw Victor, I was told by previous physiotherapist that I just need stretch more and that there was nothing wrong with me even though I had really bad back pain. Fantastic experience: After injuring my shoulder at the gym, I tried multiple Physios! It wasn't until I started to see Daniel that my pain started to ease and my quality of life dramatically improved. Not only was I able to perform basic tasks without pain, but I was able to get back into the gym and now I am feeling stronger than ever. I've been seeing Daniel consistently after trying a few different physio's over the course of a few years and not finding anyone willing or able to help address root causes. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Daniel as a physio. I came to see him after having sports-related back pain for around 6 months. Throughout my treatment, his focus was always on getting me back into my sport pain free as soon as possible. His exercises and stretches were the perfect mix of strengthening weak areas and releasing sore tight spots. Knowledge aside, Daniel is a great guy who genuinely cares about helping you out.

Fantastic experience: Daniel and Victor are great. Very professional, very knowledgeable. The office is in a handy spot in Brisbane's CBD and all their equipment is new and well maintained. After suffering a knee injury requiring major surgery, Daniel has got me back up on my feet in better shape now than I have been (honestly!) in over five years. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Leaders Sports & Spine Physiotherapy by a family member after I hurt my lower back at work. In the beginning I was taken care of by David and Daniel took over from week 3. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient and his attention to detail is impeccable. I was in a lot of pain and could barely move when I first walk through the door, and now, I am fully functioning and stronger then before. Daniel took the time to tailor an exercise / stretching program that suits my particular job to make sure I can stay safe and healthy, minimising the risk of injury in the future. He knows when I need a little push and when to pull back. He'll never make you do things your body not quite ready for. He's very honest and open, which is hard to come by these days. I continue to come back once a month, to have a look at my progress and possible updates to my program. I highly recommend seeing Daniel if you have any physical issues, I'm sure he'll have the solution for it.

Fantastic experience: Having clinical pilates here for more than 1 year, definitely recommend it! It's helpful for my body posture and especially low back pain. They have 1:1 program for individuals, run by physiotherapists. All the equipment are clean and tidy as well. Fantastic experience: I saw the physio Daniel here at Leaders for injuries sustained while climbing - not only did he give me week-by-week plans of exercises which quickly resulted in me regaining my strength, he had climbing-specific knowledge and was incredibly friendly! Daniel and all staff were extremely professional and got me back on the wall quickly. Highly recommend! Great view too.

Fantastic experience: I have come here to recover a knee injury for almost 3 months and today session is last. David is so awesome because he always encourages me to do exercise and he teaches exercise step by step and what is more, he tries to check whether I can handle it. I spent a great time with him and I perfectly recovered the injury. Moreover, I’m stronger. If you need exercise, just find David. Fantastic experience: I saw Cameron for a calcific tendinitis, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional! He made me understand my problem and also gave me extra tips for little problems I was getting due to bad positions I was doing. I'm super grateful because with the exercises he taught me to do at home helped me to feel better and now all the pain is gone (in only few weeks!) I loved this place, highly recommended. If I get another injury with no doubts I'll be coming back. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: The quality and professionalism of Cameron at Leaders Physio far exceeded my expectations. A combination of knowledge, enthusiasm and a genuine care of his clients allowed me to finally eliminate shoulder pain which, prior to visiting Leaders, had been causing me pain for a year. I was so impressed with this progress that I continued to see Cameron in order to work on an ankle mobility issue that I have dealt with for well over 10 years and essentially given up trying to fix. Just as the with the shoulder, my expectations were once again exceeded. I have seen significant improvement to the point that I have almost gained full ankle mobility within a short period of treatment.
