Fantastic experience: My body has received some brutal treatment in forty+ years of motorcycle accidents (breaks, cracks, sprains and falls) .... but Fiona sorts out the residual pains and issues for me. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for my treatment experience from Restore Function Therapy (RFT). This studio has great energy and team work. Initial greeting from the receptionists are friendly and responsive. I suffered from significant lower back pain before I saw Miranda. Miranda is very knowledgeable, understanding, and a great communicator. My sessions involved massage, dry needle and strength exercises. (I personally LOVED dry needle from her!) The treatment has improved my back strength and reduced the pain significantly. I highly recommend RFT if you are looking for an excellent physio who can improve your overall health.

I have been dealing with back pain for years, I booked a physio session with Julia who is absolutely amazing, she gave me exercises for my ability and showed me how to do them correctly. I also went for a remedial massage, which relieved the back and shoulder pain immediately right after the first appointment. I literally had a feeling that a heavy weight has been lifted off my shoulders right after the first massage. I have been going to remedial massages with her since then and will continue to go. Thank you so much Julia! If you are looking for a great physio/massage place, look no further - this one is the best in Brisbane! Fantastic service!

I have had a few sessions with Laura McAdam and I can't speak of her highly enough. She is clearly very capable and knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. She acts with integrity - it's clear her goal is to provide the right amount of support and treatment for her patients' goals (rather than acting out of self interest to win excess/unnecessary ongoing repeat business), ultimately fostering an ongoing physio/patient relationship based on trust. I feel in safe hands and am very grateful to have found such a reliable physio.

Fantastic experience: Restore Function Physiotherapy was recommended, and they have been able to turn a nasty futsal injury (required knee surgery) into a solid road to recovery. Now I'm also looking forward to even better strength and stability all round considering the really positive results achieved so far. They have detailed and personalised a plan for me which is updated regularly based on my progress. The exercises are sent to me via their app, and I've found it simple enough and effective to use for keeping track. They are highly organised and professional, and most importantly completely friendly. The practice is well designed with privacy in mind yet not stifling. +Conveniently located. They have a great range of reformer machinery that absolutely everyone can/should use - and just quietly, I find reformer machines actually way better than gym equipment. Totally satisfied customer here.

Fantastic experience: I first tried Stones Corner Health & Fitness Physiotherapy for lower back pain and the experience was ok but my back was still so sore I tried Restore Physiotherapy down the road in Greenslopes the following day with Brent Sahota...and it was worlds apart from the Stones Corner! Brent's detailed technical explanations, his physio knowledge back with unbelievable qualifications, his comprehensive physical testing of the condition on the bed, his hands on testing, his hands on manipulation with adequate pressure, the exercises he gave, all followed up with post diagnosis report covering all aspects of the session, timing plan and recommendations, coupled with the customer experience at the front counter, the cleanliness and vibrancy of Restore's space, was worlds above Stones Corner Health & Fitness. Looking back, I'm a little shocked that Stones Corner Health & Fitness didn't even provide me any exercises or a timing plan or recommend a second session to follow up, given I want to get back into exercise ASAP. Brent and the team and Restore are fantastic and I'm looking forward to my next sessions and getting back to 100% ASAP. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Saw Ben after having neck pain leading to daily headaches for 3+ months, after one session I experienced extreme relief and was presented with an action plan moving forward to manage my pain and ultimately resolve the core issue! Ben made me feel very comfortable and was so lovely!

They are experts in their field. I recall saying to the physio "you are so gentle with me!" She replied, "If I had your condition, I would want someone to treat me just like this!" I haven't found anyone as caring as those physios at Restore Function.

Fantastic experience: Best physio I’ve been to and I’ve been to alot! Physios who combine their knowledge and experience to identify the cause (not the symptom) and develop an actual plan that requires work (by the patient!). Also, they have the added benefit of Clinical Pilates run by their physios. Fixed me!

Fantastic experience: I came to Restore Function after bad advice from a different physio had created a chronic ankle problem. At Restore I finally got the correct help and my ankle quickly healed. Miranda is an amazing physio and with her help I was also able to overcome chronic back pain, which had been largely caused by incorrect advice from the previous different physiotherapist (from a different company). I've learned the hard way that the wrong physio can cause huge problems. I have the utmost confidence in all the physios at Restore Function and wouldn't go anywhere else. I also saw Meredith for pelvic floor help after my hysterectomy and she was excellent. Renee in administration is lovely and very helpful. Restore Function is honestly the best group of physiotherapists I have ever encountered and I am so grateful I found them. I give them a hundred stars.

Fantastic experience: My GP referred me to Restore Function Physiotherapy in November 2020 to provide a management plan for the osteoarthritis in my knees. I had my initial consultation with Miranda and I agreed to take part in a program called GLA:D Australia. GLA:D or Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark is an eduction and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. I started the program last November twice a week and noticed improvements after 4 weeks. The nightly pain I suffered reduced from taking painkillers to taking none. I have developed significant strength in my hips and knees to be able to walk up and downstairs easily, walking daily with no discomfort, and gardening is such a joy. I have the strength in my knees to allow me to stand up from a sitting position unaided. It is now May 2021 and I still attend Restore Function Physiotherapy once a week along with making it a priority to perform the exercises on a daily basis at home as I do not want to go back to where I was in November 2020. My life has changed so much in a positive way since meeting Miranda and her team. GLA: D can change your life too. Do yourself a favour and give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Over the past few months I have been going to Restore Function Physiotherapy for an arm injury & Frozen Shoulder, From the moment I spoke to the reception staff on the phone I have received the highest level of care from all staff members. Fantastic experience: Miranda O'Hara figured out what exactly causes pain in my hamstring/glutes area and I felt results after the first week of exercises and stretches she prescribed me. I've had experience with many physiotherapists and Miranda is not your regular "Do 3 sets of 10 reps... 1 .. 2 ... 3" personal-fitness-coach style physiotherapist, she's a pro! It's quite a drive for me from North Brisbane but the results worth it.

My 17 year old daughter ruptured her acl during rugby training and her surgeon recommended that we see Miranda for pre-rehab (before surgery) and post-surgery rehab. Miranda is such a friendly professional, highly skilled, experienced and an attentive therapist. She provided an individual and personalised post-surgery rehab program as well as regularly tested my daughter’s knee and other muscles e.g. hamstrings & quads to monitor improvements - her knee and other muscles improved with every visit. Miranda gives great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. Yesterday was my daughter’s last session, we have been so happy with the service. She is feeling confident with her knee and progress to date because of Miranda and the excellent job and care she provided. Clean, calm and organised environment. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Friendly service from front desk staff too. Thank you Miranda again! We recommend Miranda to any athlete that needs a high quality therapist.

Fantastic experience: I have had a few sessions with Meredith to work on resolving some cervical issues and dizziness/neck pain. She has given me treatment and exercises that I can see real progression and I am able to get through my day with less symptoms and pain. I could not recommend her more highly. I have not had this range of movement in my neck for 15+ years.

Fantastic experience: Miranda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in managing my injury when I had almost given up hope that it would never heal properly. It is now almost back to normal and I was amazed at how fast it started healing once I began treatment. They only use science/evidence based treatments which is what I wanted to help heal as quickly as possible. Miranda was very good at explaining the issue and the science behind the treatment and injury. I always understood the reasons for what was happening during treatment and felt fully informed and even learnt a few interesting facts about pain and pain science. Compared to other physio's in the area the service is excellent, the practice is really welcoming and the front desk staff are lovely too. If I ever need a physio again I will be definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: My ITB and knee were giving me a lot of grief every time I ran. Miranda and her team gave me a thorough assessment, identified what was likely to be causing the issue (running with my thighs not my glutes), and gave me a handful of exercises to follow and advice for getting back into running. Best of all, I can see the exercises and check off my progress from my phone. No more scraps of paper and stick man drawings. Pain gradually improving.

Miranda introduced me to the Bassett Lumbar support that turned any chair into a spine friendly chair that works better than a $300 office chair. Fantastic experience: Great response and management of torn calf muscle. After a solid recommendation elsewhere, I made an appointment within 2 days of tearing a calf muscle. I had been warned to ensure no massage happens in the initial phase of the injury. Tristan quickly assessed and confirmed the injury and laid out a plan to care for it properly and get me moving again before an upcoming holiday where being unable to walk was not an option. Very happy with the knowledge and guidance that was structured to meet my objective.
