Fantastic experience: I've had 2 sessions with Scott for bad back pain, off work for 4 weeks. In just those 2 sessions big improvement, I'm sleeping better and Scott has put me on a exercise plan to improve and strengthen my hips and back...Would recommend Power Elite at Narellan to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great Experience with Scott at Power Elite Physiotherapy I’ve been seeing Scott at Power Elite Physiotherapy to help with knee pain before my knee replacement surgery. He’s been amazing at not only managing my pain but also helping me strengthen my knee through specific exercises and weight training. His approach is very focused on building strength around my knee, which has made a big difference in reducing pain and improving mobility. Scott also gave me helpful tips for fat loss and overall fitness, which has been great for my health as I prepare for surgery. He has an amazing facility with access to a full gym and an indoor heated pool if you require hydrotherapy. He gave me at-home exercises and genuinely cared about my recovery. Physiotherapy room is spacious, clean, well lit room AND it is right next door the the gym which has a great selection of brand new equipment for beginners and/or experienced athletes. You will always have someone working with you which makes rehabbing or technique learning so much easier, all in one spot. I have know Scott for about 3 years now, he has helped me with exercise programs, nutrition, competitions... Fantastic experience: Power elite physio have been amazing. I went there to see Scott to treat my ongoing lower back issue which was causing me a lot of sciatica pain. After the first session he was able to reduce that pain (something that even the medication couldn’t do). I have continued to see Scott regularly and my back pain has improved dramatically.
