Fantastic experience: After decades of poor neck posture primarily from my my tech based work i had bulging discs and constant pain in my neck. Then I had a very bad flare up after a minor incident and i ended up in extreme pain in my neck and my thoracic spine along with regular painful headaches. I came to Helen and the team at Western Sydney Physio on Lethbridge St based on the reviews alone and for several weekly treatments Helen worked on my neck and prescribed me with specific exercises to do at home. On my first visit my pain was easily 8/10 and i had very limited lateral movement in my neck. After my 6th and final visit i walked away 95% pain free with full movement in my neck, no headaches and my thoracic spine pain was completely gone. To be completely transparent i had to make major changes in my workspace and in my life routine during the treatments and i also had to do the prescribed exercises and work on improving my posture between visits and I also had some relapses after over doing things. But Helen knew exactly how to treat my neck to relieve the pain and discomfort and she had exactly the right advice for me to take away and work on it myself, her amazing work on my neck enabled me to slowly start healing and i would always go away from an appointment with less pain and more movement than i had when i arrived. I cannot recommend Helen highly enough if you have chronic or acute neck pain or a neck injury.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Western Sydney Physiotherapy & Allied Health at Penrith, I was referred to them by my GP. I presented with back, leg and quad pain. I was taking regular analgesia daily, as prescribed by my GP, to enable me to manage my pain. I was very fortunate to be referred to Helen as my Physiotherapist. Helen is a very professional, experienced clinician, over a period of four weeks Helen developed a program of the exercises at each appointment and provided the education I needed to do the exercises at home to facilitate my recovery. I built up a trusting relationship with Helen. Helen's ability to connect with her patients and provide patient-centered care is exceptional. I am now discharged from her services and I am free of my pain. Thank you Helen for your professional care an clinical knowledge.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Western Sydney Physio has been excellent. I was treated for whiplash injuries following a car accident and Helen's care and exercises really helped me through. She is so kind, thorough and very professional in her approach. I am now pain free thanks to Helen's skills and expertise. Madeleine at the front desk also needs a mention as she is always so lovely to talk to and very efficient.

Fantastic experience: All of the Allied health professionals and receptionist that work at Western Sydney Physio have succeed my expectations. Lisa is one of the best physiotherapist I've ever seen. She is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and makes you feel comfortable throughout the duration of your consultation. Matt is an amazing exercise physiologist. He is understanding, compassionate and provides a self centred approach to each client. Madeline is a great receptionist and first face of the centre. She is welcoming, bubbly and loves to have a chat. Mark is another amazing Physiotherapist and provides extensive knowledge to questions and listens to your concerns. No matter which staff member you deal with at the centre they make you feel comfortable and welcome. I'd never choose anywhere else for myself or my family. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say thankyou to Lisa for helping me with my hip and recognising that I neede more then physio. She advised me to get an MRI which resulting in identifying that I had Osteoarthritis in my hip. She then suggested an amazing doctor which I would never of known about if it wasnt for Lisa. I am now 3 weeks post hip replacement and I am astounded at the movement and how the wound has already healed. Thankyou again Lisa for your recommendation and identification of my real issue.

Fantastic experience: OMG these people are awesome. I spent a whole day in hospital with constant back pain to be told they couldn’t work out what was wrong and to go home to my GP. Spent 30 minutes at Western Sydney Physio and I currently have no back pain at all. I can even walk up the stairs without pain.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have found Western Sydney Physio. I've had a few different physio needs over the last couple of years and am grateful to both Mark and Helen who've helped reduce my pain and improve my quality of living by showing me exercises which have truly changed my life. Most recently I have been seeing Helen for plantar fasciitis and her care, perseverance and determination to improve my symptoms has been phenomenal. Helen followed up her care with phone calls and texts to check on my progress and to determine if my exercises needed adjusting. I highly recommend anyone with chronic pain seek physiotherapy as the exercises really do work and they're not hard to incorporate into your day. I cannot speak highly enough of Helen and Mark who are absolute professionals and legends in my book! Thank you to the entire team, including the lovely receptionist who was also always so helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: Helen is extremely genuine and you will be looked after in her hands. After her examination, she picked up that I had a Fracture when previous practitioners had ruled it out. I was then able to get my injury treated correctly by Helen. Appreciate how thorough she was and how this contributed to my injury healing quicker. Thank you Helen!

Fantastic experience: I decided to try Western Sydney Physiotherapy as a recommendation from one of my friends for back pain that I've been experiencing lately. I was assigned to Mark, who has helped a great deal with my back pain! He performed massage and provided exercises to do, while also explaining the purpose of why we are doing each of these movements. Can definitely see the improvements, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Im a nurse had a terrible elbow fracture which needed surgery and pins and had a pretty high risk of not getting full mobility back in the joint. Being's my right arm this would of not only effect my career but my passion as a horse rider aswell. Lisa and Mat both went above and beyond to get full range back in my elbow and Im literally over the moon to say Im back to full duties at work and riding my horses again. Ive shocked a few of the physio at the hospital with how good my range of motion is and I have these guys to thank. Wonderful professionals reasonably price with a great deal of knowledge and expertise. I couldn't recommend them more

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Mark for a back injury 2 years ago and now refuse to see anyone else. Mark is super knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He is extremely attentive during consults/appointments and will often follow up in between treatment to make sure I’m doing my stretches and feeling okay. Such an asset to the clinic!

He is very knowledgeable and helped me understand how I got my injury and showed me useful exercises to prevent injuring my shoulder again
