Fantastic experience: Suffered from achilles tendinopathy for over two years, couldn't walk without pain. Saw physios and got nowhere, until I met Jack Dix. He started me on a progressive rehabilitation program and got me to trust the process. He nurtured my patience and expectations, built my confidence and got me through the Sydney Marathon. Jack is a legend. Not all superheros wear capes, some wear Hoys shirts.

Fantastic experience: Following a nerve injury in my leg while on holidays in Sawtell I was so fortunate to of found Jack at Hoys- he quickly identified the problem, provided me with treatment and home exercises. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and clearly has a passion for helping people get back to their full potential. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We are not long moved here and my wife recommended I visit for pain in my back and shoulder I have been suffering with for the past month, unable to sleep due to pain I took her advice. Leeane on reception was just wonderful, I hope this businesses knows how good she is? Jack my therapist knows his business advising straight away what the problem was. He treated my back and neck and I can write with complete honesty that last night was the first night I had a full nights sleep and pain free, thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been attending Hoys for 2 years for scoliosis management, Jack has been absolutely amazing throughout all of my appointments always providing the treatment I need to go pain free for a while, he has given me so much insight into learning more about my spine especially with the issues I have. Lea is always amazing and helpful everytime I go in or call up, the pair of them make me laugh each visit always lifting my spirits no matter how much pain I’ve been in!!

Matt is always honest and brutal in his treatments, making practical and attainable recommendations to ensure conditions improve. His knowledge and expertise are extensive and he always explains conditions and treatments in an everyday manner. All the staff are warm and friendly. Fantastic experience: Best Physio practice I have ever been to. Arriving in Sawtell with the most chronic neck pain, I was treated so well by Matt and all was well. What I thought was good was the other services provided by Hoys at Sawtell that I was able to use for follow on treatment of my ongoing problems with my back...from remedial massage to pilates. The staff are all so friendly...it's a one stop shop for all the physiotherapy needs...and if an appointment cannot be accommodated in one practice, there is always the other practices that provided the same excellent service. I cannot praise them highly enough!
