Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Middle Park Physio for chronic neck pain. I've provided a summary of my situation below, in the hope that it helps others who are seeking a solution for their neck pain. Middle Park Physio offer a rehab program called getback. It is a 12 week program (2 sessions per week) that provides you with access to one-on-one rehab using specialist neck/back/shoulder exercise equipment. I have had neck pain for nearly 3 years and have seen 4 physios and a neck specialist, with no positive results. I'm halfway through this program and most of my neck pain has dissipated.

Fantastic experience: I had five useful sessions with Jack and he got rid of the hip and leg pains. A series of exercises to keep me moving forward without pain. Good client service and friendly, helpful staff.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff & Physiotherapists. Very welcoming and assisted perfectly with regaining motion range and strength back. Jack Mason was a friendly & professional physiotherapist to deal with, which I enjoyed my sessions with. I would highly recommend going to Middle Park Physiotherapy. Fantastic experience: What can I say? As soon as you walk in, this is like taking a step back to a time where smiles, yarns and interacting with people was the norm. Vicki is the warmest human ever, she's the first face to greet you when you walk in and remembers every patients' name - everyone chills out and usually has some good banter whilst waiting for their appointment. As for my physiotherapist Jack, what a legend. I am a stubborn, impatient patient :P Have gone to physio many times only the once and never returned. Jack brings expertise and the open-mindedness of someone passionate about patient care that I haven't personally come across before. He listened and understood that staying fit and active while rehabbing my injury was super important and tailored a plan that is helping me recover but keep my fitness up. He aligned with my end goals and has actually opened my mind to a world of cross-training I would have never thought to try. As for everyone else who works at Middle Park that I've briefly interacted with, it's clear the culture of professionalism, care and friendliness permeates the entire team. I love it here and have become a physio convert in just a few short weeks.

Fantastic experience: Had 5 sessions covered under Medicare. 4 sessions with the physio Jack for my leg injury from running. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, working to get me back to playing basketball pain free. 1 osteo session with Lisa who was great and provided some new ideas and expertise, the massage also really helped to get to the injured area. And Vicki was always fantastic in reception, a pleasure going to middle park physio

Fantastic experience: The team at Middle Park Physiotherapy go over and beyond to ensure you are looked after. I stumbled across them via the internet for a PCL injury and saw Jack and from there discovered the Getback program. I’ve suffered from severe lower back pain due to my work as a pick packer for 10+ years and the Getback sessions have incredibly improved my mobility and strength in my lower back again. I have just finished my 6 month assessment and passed with flying colours all thanks to Adam and his team. Jack has also done an amazing job with my PCL recovery and a previous ACL injury on the opposite knee as well as tended to my back as well. He is very knowledgable and has played a great role in my journey to recovery. The team here are amazing and can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend them!

The progam is based on relieving neck and back pain for the long term by building mobility and strength. Having niggling shoulder pain it was so interesting to understand how much my neck and back contributes to this ongoing issue. Fantastic experience: A very good thing about Getback and Middle Park physio and osteo is that all the services are in the same place. The best thing about it is the people. Leesa, Jack, Michelle, Adam and Natasha are the best. You are really being treated by a team who all know your issues and work together to get the best results. The excercise physiologists who run the Getback program are fantastic and despite being in my 60s and not very sporty, my back is getting stronger. I had a lot of pain everywhere when I going to Middle Park physio and osteo and I don't now. Can't recomend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I just want to start with the Biggest ‘Thank you’ to Adam and the team at Get Back, Middle Park Physiotherapy. I started the Get Back Program at the beginning of 2023 after being referred by my Neurosurgeon. I had constant flare ups of lower back pain that effected my every day life. My back pain was a constant issue effecting my ability to work in my office job for a full day and also suffering pain at night. I had started to look at stronger anti inflammatory medications for the pain. Since starting the program, my spinal muscles have been strengthened and I live pain free, do not require pain medication at all. I will continue on the maintenance program as I want to keep the deeper muscles supporting my spine maintained and strong. So many people suffer lower back pain which can be debilitating and the thought that this can be improved and even eradicated is mind blowing. Life can then be lived to the full with no restrictions. I HIGHLY recommend the GET BACK program for anyone who suffers issues related to back pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to getback Middle Park for treatment since 2010 for both chronic issue management and once off accidents. It is a great comfort to know that these excellent professionals and the treatment they provide can get me back into action very quickly. They are thorough in their assessment and investigations, and explain the issue and how to manage it at home well. Generally I have developed much better awareness of my body and habits and how to look after it better. On top of all that hey are extremely pleasant and personable. I could not recommend them more.

Fantastic experience: I started Get Back after being diagnosed with a severely bulging disc in my neck for which surgery had been recommended. I paired it with osteopathy at the clinic when needed and felt the benefit immediately. A follow up mri showed significant improvement 3 months later. My final mri 4 months after that showed complete resolution of the problem. My back and neck and whole body feels stronger (which is reflective of the qualitative results that i got through assessment) than it's ever felt and I'm able to do so much now painfree. So glad I did this program. The clinic staff are really friendly and supportive too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I can't overstate how impressed I am with MPP. From the professional yet warm and friendly reception staff to the talented and knowledgeable practitioners, the feeling of genuine concern for my well-being was so reassuring. Furthermore, the holistic approach taken by my clinician meant that not only was my knee treated, and the pain alleviated, the associated areas of concern were identified and attended to as well. I intend to continue regular visits to MPP to help with my chronic pain issues and I would recommend Lisa and the other physios to anyone with either straightforward or complex muscular or skeletal issues.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Adam & Jayd the last few months with lower back pain, their level of knowledge is amazing and I have excelled in my recovery, I have not only immensely reduced the pain in my back but have also got back to activities and hobbies I enjoy that a few months ago I didn't believe I would ever get back too. Fantastic experience: I have seen Jason for 3 separate sports-related injuries, and Jason’s wealth of knowledge and experience have repaired each injury quickly ensuring I am able to get back to pre-injury activity levels without any discomfort. Through Jason’s consultations and provision of exercises to practice at home or in the gym (he adapts the exercises based on whether you have access to particular equipment), his approach is to get you back to normal and a comfortable state as quickly as possible. I have recommended Middle Park Physiotherapy to other people and their feedback has been very positive, and they have both stated that they experienced the same high level of service as I did. Fantastic experience: Middle Park Physio and Getback offers a wonderful combination of ways to deal with your aches and pains, however you acquired them, and whether they are short- or long-term. The atmosphere is friendly, inclusive and professional, conveyed initially by the likes of receptionists such as Morgen and Vicki (and, until recently, Aimee). The communication between all the therapists and the Getback program, headed by Adam, means that initial issues are correctly assessed and then appropriate treatment is recommended and constantly monitored. (I will add here that Getback's philosophy and research-based program is innovative and definitely worth checking out.) Being one of the long-term and ageing clients, I have appreciated both my regular Getback commitment and my very welcome treatment by Leesa, who attends to a variety of issues with calm good humour! Her presence, as an original member, continues to add grace and competence to an environment which everyone is happy to visit and benefit from. Long live this good place! Fantastic experience: I have been going to GETBACK Middle Park for about eighteen months now with breaks in between whilst I have been travelling. It has been nothing short of a miracle and a huge transformation for me. I suffer from severe arthritis of the facet joints and have gone through excruciating pain in the past. I feel stronger, fitter and relatively pain free unless I have misbehaved gardening and carrying heavy loads I still go twice a week for maintenance and will continue doing so. They have the latest equipment from Scandinavia which strengthen the different layers of muscles by gradually adding weights. Adam has looked after me from the beginning and is amazing and very caring, amusing too at times!! The RAAF have installed the equipment through GETBACK at different bases around Australia in order to get pilots back flying again. That’s a good enough recommendation for me. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Last month I injured my lower back to the point of being unable move without severe pain. I honestly had no idea how I would get back to my pre non injured state. I was recommended to Health Back Solutions by a friend. I met Adam and the team. I was professionally assessed, having my injury and the plan for recovery explained in a way I could understand. After a few weeks of both physio and working out in their gym, I was both pain free and back to my normal range of movement. I am now going regularly twice a week. I am not only content with my recovery but now focused on making my back stronger. For anyone with back problems I couldn't recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to GetBack by my Doctor who specialises in sports & medicine to strengthen my neck. I followed the program of 2 x 30min sessions per week and improved steadily. I felt confident throughout that I wasn't over-extending or inflaming my condition. My neck is now stronger, without pain and have been able to return to pilates and other activities. The team work together to provide the right combination of Physio, Osteo and/or Exercise Physiology (through 'getback'). They saved me from my own misery and impending post covid surgery! What they do is PROVEN and DIFFERENT, strengthening and retraining the tiny deep muscles that do the base work for your spine, and all without you breaking a sweat! Positive experience: The get back approach to back and neck pain is definitely NOT cookie cutter. Before I began the programme I was individually assessed and the scientific basis of the programme was outlined to me. The devices are modern and well designed with a robust computer interface. My data from every exercise is automatically captured and provides the basis for any increase in range of movement or weights. It's also used to complete the assessment at the end of the period and the results are presented graphically. Adam and his colleagues are always observing and 'hands on' to check correct positioning and 'muscle engagement'. I come away feeling as though I have been pushed to succeed but not to the point of pain. And it is great that get back has been able to continue all through Covid and the whole team has very obviously followed their Covid certificate training to keep us all 'Covid safe'.

Fantastic experience: I injured my back (Disc Buldges) in January 2020, and had been going to regular chiro and massage appointments with ok results. Was then recommended from another getback patient. Completed the 12 week program with 2 sessions a week. Best thing I could have done for my back. I felt immediate pain relief, confident, and ready to start back at exercising. After 12 weeks, I now have no pain, I’m back doing all the things I was before my injury. I believe that get back has made all the difference and I couldn’t recommend this program more. Such a friendly team, that were all about helping me achieve my recovery goals. If you have any back pain, do yourself a favour and get into get back.

Fantastic experience: A place that cures your back/neck! Six months after treatment I am still fixed and so happy to give this recommendation. Tired of years of physios and osteos calling my pain ‘indeterminate’ and exhibiting no interest in finding the cause, I came across Getback on a Facebook ad, went for a free assessment with Adam Cabble. Wow. The man gave me confidence immediately. His diagnostic test was not some vague verbal description. He showed me the data from my strength tests there and then, indicating the problem was the multifidus teeny tiny muscles along my spinal column which had atrophied. Eight weeks later, after using the machines weekly, we tested again: 200% improvement, spine stablised, and I was done. He happily refunded the extra sessions I had bought-this business cares about healing you, not deriving income and wasting time. I travel long haul and national, with different seats and pillows which gave me nightmare back and neck pain for years. Now, not had a moment of trouble and for many months. I have sent three people for treatment and all have reported amazing results as well. I would say run, don’t walk, to Getback to see if they can help you. To go from constant pain to none has been such a relief for me. I hope it will for you too.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Middle Park Physio in Mills St for approximately a year. I have severe lumbar spinal degeneration, been disabled for several years because of this. Came to be in agony with transferred pain to my legs. Planned to try the machines to strengthen relevant musculature, but Adam and physio and owner Geoffrey Mackay decided my injuries would be antagonised by same. So Geoffrey took over with specific massage to keep the spasming muscles looser. Now genius neurosurgeon regards him as a genius managing to keep me walking with the impingement of merves by crumbling vertebra! Me too. Love that kind of efficacy and care. Geoffrey's massage techniques are now embraced by Physio Association for online learning of his techniques. And AMA have his educational program about the machine function in spinal treatments for doctors to know for their patients. Thank God for Geoffrey's genius to save us from back pain!

Negative experience: Went there for initial assessment. Felt it was more sales pitch than actually worrying about what the underlying problem may be. They have expensive equipment that I doubt they know how to use. Ended up with unbearable pain for a week after one session. Avoid. Go to a real physio instead.
