Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Rhys at Progressive Physiotherapy in Warragul. I saw Rhys after injuring the MCL in my left knee, and he was a massive help throughout the recovery. He explained my injury clearly and gave me practical exercises that were easy to understand and actually suited where I was at with my recovery. What impressed me most was the way he kept adjusting things as my knee improved. I always felt like I was making progress, and Rhys gave me the confidence to gradually get back to running my business as an electrical contractor..

I’ve felt genuinely supported, never dismissed, and I really appreciate how she explains what’s going on in a way that makes sense. Living with chronic pain can feel exhausting and frustrating, but having a physio who is compassionate, skilled and proactive has made such a difference. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and would highly recommend PPG to anyone needing physiotherapy support.

Fantastic experience: My family has been under care of Corinna for some time. All of us have very different requirements but the care is absolutely catered to the individual, with realistic expectations and appropriate exercises to fit into each individuals very different lives (and personalities) & just incredible kindness. From the staff at the front desk- who are welcoming and helpful, to the beautiful interior that feels homely and bright and not ‘medical’, the entire experience has been thought about from the clients perspective. Corinna’s knowledge of the complexities of neurodivergent bodies (along with being sensitive to all the other complexities of neurodivergence) is another huge win in terms of the excellent care provided here. Honestly I cannot recommend this business more highly. A+++++++++++++++ care with love & a whole lot of scientific knowledge. honestly I feel so lucky to be able to access this service

Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment with Rhys. He is great at working together with me to sort out how to fix the shoulder and back issues. Teaching what stretches and how to use the physio app. Also Cathy is the office is very helpful with organising appointments and payment.

Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder earlier this year, and as someone who enjoys staying active, it’s been a tough injury to work through. From my first visit, Tarnia and the team at Progress Physiotherapy have been welcoming, friendly, and easy to build rapport with. Tarnia took the time to really listen to my concerns, understand my injury and answered all my questions thoroughly. She’s even liaised with my GP to ensure I get the best possible outcome. The physiotherapy plan she developed has given me both momentum and growing confidence in my on going recovery. I really like that my Physio plan comes with a QR code that takes you to an interactive demonstration so it makes each exercise easy to follow. Overall I’ve felt truly supported throughout the process and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Progress Physiotherapy to anyone in need of a professional Physiotherapist

Fantastic experience: Well if you want the very best then go and see Tarnia at Progressive Physio - To set the record straight I have just had three seperate operations on my knee and I am a pretty grumpy 68 year old who doesn't want to do the exercises and I don"t like other people telling me what to do ! - But with Tarnia I am behaving myself simply because she knows what she is doing - explains everything in detail of why we do certain exercises and I now know that the process of rehabilitation is a long but satisfying. Tarnia is a valuable member of the team at Progressive.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Physiotherapist in Warragul area after having a pretty serious knee injury(ACL, LCL & Meniscus) and Google sent me to Progressive and boy am I glad that I reached out to them. Di was absolutely lovely to talk to on the phone and in helping me set up the appointment. I went on their website and browsed through the various sections and loved the way everything was written up. Then the emails came through with all the information and instructions. Just loved the way they welcomed a new patient into the ' family'. I met Corinna on my first visit and she was absolutely amazing. After meeting her all my doubts about them being able to help me with my sports injury disappeared. She is knowledgeable and professional but at the same time really warm and welcoming.They have this amazing phone app which the therapist sets you up with that has your exercise program and it tracks and guides you. I will be recommending them to my Squash club as the go to people for any physiotherapy needs. I know I am well and truly on the road to recovery in their safe and professional and loving hands. Google allows for only 5 starts but I would gladly give them 10.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Corinna. She was my saviour when I hurt my knee. She was so friendly, supportive and really interested in me. Corinna helped me with a plan, confidence and exercise regime to enable me to travel overseas, which I did. She even gave me recommendations for other specialists I needed (podiatrist) which all helped together to make my life pain free. She is such a delight to talk to and will go out of her way to help in any way. I will miss seeing her as I had my last visit today but she insisted if I have any concerns or problems to contact her straight away. Thanks Corinna and your team.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Corrina and the team!! They were a great help to me with pre-planning, initial recovery and ongoing rehab from shoulder surgery, knee surgery and two hernia operations. I am very grateful for their care, both physical and mental!!!

I have had problems with my knees for over ten years and other physios haven't been able to help me. Dan has not only listened to my concerns but has provided an individualised program which has been easy to follow and achieve. I am starting to see progress after only two weeks of treatment. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Corrina in February 2021 after many failed attempts at rehabilitation post a sporting injury. When I started with Progressive Rehabilitation I was struggling to sleep due to hip pain, was experiencing numbness in my leg for a prolonged period, and could walk no more than 30 minutes without being in pain. This had been my reality for almost 2.5 years. I am now pain free, numbness is gone, am back into the gym and have started running again (my main goal). Could not have done this without the guidance and support from Corrina!

The physio is great for treating acute problems, but the exercise classes have been working wonders for my mobility and for the first time in over 5 years i can finally touch my toes (almost, i can touch the tops of my feet just behind my toes). If you need physiotherapy or myotherapy go and see these guys. They're awesome

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with PRG since they first opened. The whole team put you at ease and happily address all your issues. Corinna is a gem and continues to keep my body moving while I have a life long chronic illness. She has helped me with pain management, at home exercises, hydro pool exercises and treatment. The fact that treatments did not need to be spread out and continued over a long period of a year or two is amazing and I feel healed and have freedom in my body movements again, head pain eliminated. She is the Director of first impressions. Kind helpful and practically caring and ready to effectively communicate the Teams helping hands. Lovely Lisa is my go to Physio. I have been under her care before she started PRG with Corinna (the lovely english rose.)The dynamic duo I call them. Lisa has taken such great care of me and understands my ongoing condition. I have been in her care over the years and I have improved through her professional knowledge and experience. Why else would you follow her from previous jobs before they started PRG. She understands pain and has had challenges herself and that makes the difference. I know because they spearhead the business and have a team mentality that whoever you see will be all these things. Love these guys. Feels like family to me. The Go to top team!

Positive experience: PRG is a fantastic Physiotherapy group. The staff are all so friendly, caring and professional. Through the fantastic clinical Pilates programs and facilities available, I have been able to manage and recover from an extremely difficult and debilitating pregnancy. I always feel well supported in the programs I am given and regular follow up has allowed me to be able to progress my rehabilitation and strengthening. Good pain management and injury treatment and prevention, has enabled me to be able to get back to the level of exercise and everyday tasks I want to be able to do.
