Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful to have had such a caring, professional and dedicated physiotherapist Achille supporting me through a very difficult period. Throughout my treatment and the stressful WorkCover claim process, Achille consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, understand my condition and provide treatment tailored to my needs. His patience, professionalism and genuine concern for my wellbeing made a significant difference to my recovery. I am particularly grateful for the exceptionally detailed and professional reports Achille provided during the claim process. These reports clearly documented my condition, treatment and progress along with good references, and were extremely valuable during what was a very stressful and challenging period. I would wholeheartedly recommend Achille to anyone looking for an exceptional professional who combines clinical expertise with compassion, patience, humour and genuine care for their patients. Truly one of the best physiotherapists I have ever had the privilege of being treated by.

Negative experience: They just don’t book you in and then say they are sorry. It happened with me twice. They confirm an appointment and then when you show up, they say they don’t have you on the schedule. Very poor service.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment with Marcus Guglielmino was very good. I loved his treatment for my back pain and muscle stiffness, and really appreciated his professionalism. Marcus, I’ll definitely be back! :-)

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Besmir Pollogati since last year for full body massages, especially for my stiff muscles, and he has been amazing every time. He is very knowledgeable and truly understands how to relieve tension and discomfort. He always gives his best and makes sure I am comfortable throughout the session. I’ve tried other therapists, but no one compares to him. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better. Highly recommend!”

Negative experience: On 14-August I have received fraudulent overdue payment invoice from Myphysio asking me to pay $53 towards not attending my session 1 year ago. Pls check my earlier feedback on this. They charged my PHI card without my consent, refused to refund the amount charged, asked me to contact my insurance company for refund, apologised later, and now again emailed me this fraudulent invoice for the service which I never attended. Fools of the highest order - Pls refrain

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first 3 sessions with Kunchana Vithanage, and it was an excellent experience! He is professional, kind, and took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and explain everything clearly. What I appreciated most was how he explained my body type in detail, which made the treatment feel very personalized. Throughout the sessions, he made me feel comfortable and confident about my recovery plan. I’m already seeing progress and look forward to continuing my treatment. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Attended the practice and was seen by Kunchana Vithanage. Found him to have poor knowledge about physiotherapy, which had an ineffective and adverse impact. He was not able to clearly explain his treatment plan and answer any questions I had. Which left me feeling worse than before I attended the practice.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for Kunchana, Emily and Rekha for taking care of me in all the physical exercises and lymphatic pain after the accident. The exercise and lymphatic treatment is helping me to heal my body, and get back for work.

Negative experience: If you have a requirement for worksafe clients, maybe notify them before turning up, not on the day, you ask for a new patient registration form to be completed prior, why not mention it here/make part of that. Wasted my time

Fantastic experience: My first time going to Physio due to tennis elbow. Kunchana has been amazing! After 4 sessions, which included various treatments and exercises, l have improved well over 50%, and l am so pleased. Kunchana is both professional, friendly, and clearly knows what is needed. He took the time to ask questions to understand the issues and then worked on a treatment plan. Thank you

Negative experience: I have severely relapsed after my last physio session with Steven who made me lift 5 kilos and do squats with it when i clearly wasn’t ready. I then had to do new MRI and go see specialist again and get steroid injection and stay on heavy pain killers to manage the pain this caused me. Not to mention the sleepless nights and mental stress I am still going through till this day. There’s no words can describe how devastated, sad and hopeless I feel. AND might need a surgery if I don’t recover this time. All cause one person didn’t do their job well.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the lovely physiotherapy team for a while now and I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. They think outside the box and are really hands on. I have also found that if your physio is not able to provide you with the treatment you need, eg acupuncture or even doesn't know, they find out or ask a more experienced physio. Fantastic experience: I had a long term injury in my right foot and Nicole helped me out with the Ridgway Method, I highly recommend her. It is a bit expensive in comparison to other physios, but the results are worth it. Thanks Nicole!

Fantastic experience: Having a work place injury (frozen shoulder )having extreme pain seeing Several other physio's in Werribee with minimum results. With a recommendation from a friend I went to MyPhysio Evolution seeing Sam Leslie and Dom . With some discomfort the range of movement increased dramatically with the help of anf(amino neuro frequency) and clinical Pilates. The professionalism and support shown at at Myphysio Evolution is second to none Highly recommenced .

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam around a year and half now. I had Achilles issues a few years ago, and after seeing several physios, a podiatrist and a sports doctor, I nearly lost all hope. I decided to bite the bullet and drive an hour to see Sam. After 6 weeks and a few appointments, my Achilles issues were non existent. Sam and his team are a bunch of knowledgeable and excellent physios that prove they love what they do on a daily basis. When I finish Uni, it would be a dream come try to be a part of their team and to learn from the best.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing the physio's, and in particular Sam, on and off for a couple of years now and cant speak highly enough of them. With his very in depth knowledge, willingness to look outside the circle to find successful treatments and his use of ANF therapy, Sam has helped me overcome sport injuries that others could not. I think that, these days, to find someone that is willing to spend time making sure that the treatment you receive from him is exactly right for you is worth a small wait on occasion. Fantastic experience: For anyone who has suffered severe to extreme pain ( diagnosed by medical personnel, not me ); to be on a cocktail of horrible medication daily, to find a solution at Myphysio with Sam and the ANF patches, has given me my life back and hope. It is a long road to recovery but to be off most medication now ( as required )is a godsend in itself. The physios I have had at the practice have been most professional and understanding and it is with a great sense of gratitude that I praise Sam and the others for the work they continually perform on my injured spine. The ANF treatment has been a lifesaver for me.

Fantastic experience: Haing been referred to Myphysio Evolution by an orthopedic surgeon I having been attending since the beginning of 2019. In June 2019 I began seeing a specialist Physio (Nicole T'en Physiotherapist & Rapid Pain Solutions Consultant Ridgway Method Certified Educator) who uses this method for treatment of my symptoms. After approx 4 weeks I found that my pain was significantly diminished and continued to improve each week. I am now only attending physio once every couple of months for follow up maintenance. I am pain free for the first time in years. I have no hesitation in recommending Nicole and all the other Physiotherapists at this practice.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Nicole T'en back in June/July 2019 as I was having difficulty in opening up my mouth. Try eating where you can only open your mouth up to the width of one finger without pain and you get an idea of where I was at. Nicole helped address this condition to where I am now back to normal. Of late I have been getting help with a sore back which I have had for years. I'm not cured yet, but I have definitely improved, with pain free days starting to be a norm rather than an exception, thanks to Nicole's help.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to myphysio for many years. I recently got refered to Nicole T'en (who uses Ridgeway techniques) struggling with plantar fasciitis and also Achilles issues for approximately 10 months. After one visit I already had great results and after a few sessions with Nicole my issues had almost subsided. I can now run again which was my goals. I highly recommend seeing Nicole if you are struggling to get results from another practitioner.

Fantastic experience: Just quickly, I developed unusual tail bone burning it was relentless, struggled for 2yrs a visit to every chiro, pysio,massage,needling shock wave centre ect ect with minimal to no improvement. Fantastic experience: Been getting physio here for years and couldn’t be happier with the staff. Use to see Kate, Jackie and Dom and all are fantastic. Dom knows all my back problems and is incredible at what he does. He also fixed my knee right up after a drunken fall in just a few sessions after having pain for almost a year and now I have no pain what so ever!! If you’re looking for a great physio definitely look into going here!!
