Fantastic experience: Sarah is incredible! I’ve seen her twice now for running injuries and both times she’s had me back on track in no time. Following a hip injury right in the middle of peak marathon training, I saw Sarah. My pain was around a 7–8/10, but I had instant relief after my first session. Sarah gave me a return-to-running program and within just over a week I was completely pain-free. Last year I also injured my peroneals and could barely run, but within a week I was feeling so much better and back running soon after. Couldn’t recommend Sarah highly enough!

To say I was thoroughly impressed would be an understatement. Marcus demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and expertise throughout my treatment. Fantastic experience: Staff are polite and friendly, very accomodating with booking times to suite clients where possible. Love the complimentary coffee/tea/cool drinks offered whilst waiting for appointments. Pleasant clean, comfortable waiting room. Gym equipment is second to non. Best physio clinic I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Physio since January 2026. The staff both reception and the physio are all professional, reception even offer tea or coffee on every single arrival (Sunbury Office). They also offer occasional approximately once per week services in Gisborne town center. Shout out in particular to Rebekah whom has helped me progress through managing two seperate muscular issues which includes a 50/50 split between soft tissue work and gym work.

Fantastic experience: I see Ashely. He is very thorough in his examination and is always ready to help with suggestions to improve your health. The clinic is very welcoming and always ready to offer a coffee or a tea. Great team highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Sunbury Physiotherapy, specifically Phong highly enough. After a long 1.5-year journey with my foot, he not only identified the issue but also guided me through the right medical avenues and offered treatment that was perfectly suited to my injury and individual needs. He’s been an absolute gem of a physio—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping his patients get better. The front staff team, Jess, Lauren, Megan and Donna are also all so lovely, always warm and welcoming at every appointment, which makes the whole experience even better.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service and facilities! Phong was incredibly helpful in treating my shoulder injury. Not only did he make me feel welcome, but he also listened well to my concerns. He provided me with a variety of exercises and care tips not just to relieve short-term pain, but also to strengthen and prevent future injury. He was attentive to my current training and made modifications, so I didn't have to stop completely. Would definitely recommend his care and this clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Over the last few years, I have seen 4 physios at Sunbury Physio to treat bursitis, vertigo and currently a neck issue. With each physio, I have been and am in awe of their knowledge, skills in treatment and clear communication and follow up. I value the consistency as this gives me trust in that this great service is not dependent on who you see; this is a rarity in many professions. The other small but appreciated service is the offer of tea or coffee (and not the sachet kind ) on arrival. The front office staff are also friendly and professional whether on the phone or at the desk. I am extremely grateful for the referral from my doctor to this practice those few years back.

He knows his stuff, is professional and friendly, and is great at tailoring your recovery to achieve your desired goals. Been seeing him for the last couple of months to help recover from a running injury and to prepare for an upcoming event and he's been nothing short of excellent.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend Sunbury Physiotherapy and the wonderful physiotherapists and receptionists that work there. Michelle has helped me with my dislocated shoulder and getting me back to normal, even with a broken elbow thrown in to make things difficult. They have lots of facilities available and I did the Aqua Therapy and Physiolates which really helped, along with Michelle’s hands on treatment. Lauren and Meagan were always friendly and welcoming with the offer of tea and coffee and a friendly smile. I am going to miss going there but am glad I am back to normal and I don’t need to go anymore. Thanks for everything guys.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time coming to Sunbury Physiotherapy and what I can say is 10/10! You feel so welcomed like you have been going there for years! You get a welcome gift which was a very nice and lovely surprise! My appointment was with Marcus he was very nice and polite! He made sure you were listened to, he understood what your concerns were and had a plan to help resolve those concerns (and he really did! I’m completely pain free!) I really liked how he rang up the following day to see how myself was with our appointment and how I was managing after the exercises that I was given! Would 1000% recommend Sunbury Physiotherapy, I don’t see myself going anywhere else!

From the time you enter you are welcomed by the friendly receptionists Lauren and Meagan who are very helpful and even offer tea or coffee. I have been having Vestibular Therapy for Vertigo with Kasaniel. He is very professional In his assessment and treatment with the best outcomes. He was caring and understanding and I very much appreciated it I am giving Sunbury Physiotherapy five stars. .

Fantastic experience: I’ve had chronic back, neck and shoulder issues for years as well as a repetitive stress injury in my wrist due to career and hobbies involving computer usage - I saw Phong Tran for a couple months and he diagnosed and treated me extremely well, and provided exercises which have absolutely improved my quality of life. Additionally, the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with chronic issues like mine

Negative experience: I can’t speak for the actual service - I rang to cancel an appointment and the front desk/admin was incredibly rude and hostile towards me. She hung up in my ear.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a while now to help treat a chronic illness. Everyone has been fabulous. The receptionists are all lovely and very accommodating. Ksaniel is wonderful. Has helped enormously. He's kind and caring but pushes me to achieve my best at the same time. And happily ignores me when I complain that I can't do something :) I wouldn't be where I am at this point if it weren't for Kas. Thankyou!!!!

Fantastic experience: Sunbury Physiotherapy was recommended to me by my GP and a friend. The practice was easy to find and i was able to book an appointment online. I visited the Sunbury and the Gisborne practice. Gisborne is a service available through a GP clinic and Sunbury is a stand alone practice. It is very welcoming with plenty of natural light and the offer of a tea or coffee while you wait. I saw Erica and she was great. She was very good at explaining what was wrong and how she was going to proceed. She also was very personable and made me feel comfortable during my treatments. I would definitely visit the practice and Erica again!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Sunbury Physio Therapy on and off for a few years now recently been back more regularly seeing their pelvic floor physio Julie for the last 4-5months now. She has been super lovely and really calm approach with her work ethic. Also, the reception staff are always super welcoming and lovely. Would highly recommend if you like a calm, professional and welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: All the staff are very caring and helpful, Erica is brilliant. All the ladies at the front desk are always very helpful and go beyond there jobs to help if they can.

Negative experience: My son made an appointment by calling them, received a reminder text the day before. Turned up on the day only for my son to be told there was no appointment for him. I went in and asked for an explanation as to why there was no appointment, when he had spoken to someone to book it and received a text reminder. I was told by the receptionist that she could see that a reminder text had been sent but basically said there was nothing they could do and there no one to see my son. At no stage was there any offer to help to see what they could do to help. They couldn't even explain how an appointment could be moved 10 days back, especially when a person made the booking. My advice is to avoid at all costs. Even when the practice manager called me, all they kept saying was they pride themselves on customer service. Never was the question asked "how can we fix this." Glad we found someone that has helped!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Sunbury Physio for over 12 months. I cannot recommend them more. From the caring reception team to all of the physios I feel like I have my life back again!

Negative experience: They can't manage reminder calls for appointments and just switch you over to telehealth when it suits them. Call to leave feedback and you are dismissed and threatened with collections. I would advise looking elsewhere for physiotherapy if you want a person centred service. The physio itself was of an acceptable standard but the business practices are substandard compared to other service providers.

Fantastic experience: Their shoulder guy Jason is awesome. Not an awkward moment the whole visit. And as much as there was obviously pain inflicted, he made it a really enjoyable experience, constant banter and laughing, it was great. Also the front desk girls did a follow up the next day to see how I was going, which is really considerate in my opinion. Overall great experience and can't wait to go back. :)

Fantastic experience: Started running two years ago and since have had little niggles and injuries along the way therefore have visited Sunbury Physio many times. Each time they knew where my problem lay and along with treatment and exercises I was always back running stronger. This year completed my first marathon and Justine was a huge part of my preparation. Together with treatment, advice and exercises I was able to complete all of my training and the marathon as a very strong runner. I came out the other end injury free and with a much stronger body than before I started. Thankyou so much Justine.

Fantastic experience: After being told I would have an artificial knee by the time I was 40 due to a full reco at 17 and 10 followup surgeries, I am now 48 and still going strong - all thanks to a good surgeon, Sunbury Physiotherapy Clinic and Justine Barrow in particular! Justine has helped me through a few different injuries over the last 8 or so years. Most recent being Jan 2013 when I wrecked the other knee waterskiing resulting in and ACL replacement (hamstring graft), and other significant clean-up work. Average of 12 month recovery, even for professional athletes such as AFL players. I am on track for return to fully active (waterskiing, trail biking, ice skating with sons who play hockey, etc) by end Jan - 2 mths ahead of schedule!! Can not thank Sunbury Pysio and Justine enough. They know what they are doing, staff are friendly, and I still lead a mostly pain free active lifestyle, which is the outcome we all want, right!!!

Negative experience: I was recommended to come here from my neighbour who visited 2 years ago. I was met by a pleasent receptionist but then had a bad experience with the physiotherapist called Justine who was quite rough and very arrogant. I felt that she was not qualified and had no "bedside manner" I am extreamly dissapointed and would not recommend this clinic to anyone as they didnt care when I made a complaint!
