Fantastic experience: Reformer Pilates here is awesome - small classes and personalised experience, they check in if you have injuries and make modifications where needed. Clear instruction and friendly teachers. Love it, and have been recommending to friends And an important plus, the booking system is really easy to navigate, book and see who's teaching.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Dylan about three times now over a 6 month period and each time he has sorted out my issue so well, from tight calves to a long-standing, recurring sore back. Fantastic experience: I was in severe back pain with extensive excruciating bask spasms. West Cape immediately reduced the pain, fully explained the symptoms, procedures and exercises to help me recover. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I was having trouble with my foot with pain and walking. Found the muscles in my leg were very tight so they were worked on each time with also foot exercises. In the end I was given orthotics inserts. The pain in easing and am walking quite freely. I would highly recommend Damien and team as all very friendly and they all work for you to get things right .

I've been wanting to try reformer pilates for a while now, but wanted something more intimate and relaxed.... then I found West Cape Physio. In comparison to other training, whether it be gym classes or swim training, I find for a somewhat chilled workout, my body definitely benefits and feels the effects the next day. Lisa, you are simply divine and are wonderful at what you do. You, Dom and Mel have created a practice which is warm and welcoming, and a pleasure to attend. I highly recommend reformer pilates at West Cape Physio.

Fantastic experience: Dom provided a hip rehab program that supported me to get ready for a MTB holiday in Tasmania. Dom always listened to my feedback & adjusted exercises/ the program to best meet my individual needs & goal . The initial program was 5 weeks which resulted in me having an amazing holiday !
