Fantastic experience: He stretched me out so well I forgot my own name— laid out flat, spread out on the table. That voice ‘hold tight for me…’ while his hands rubbed smoothly. God, I wish I could’ve held onto something else instead of the table. He had a way with his hands, soft but firm, I almost told him not to stop. Voice low, ‘let it all go…’ like he knew there was more to come. 5/5. Walked in stiff, walked out floating.

Negative experience: Not as I expected. I was expecting a program to transition to a full program. Seems to be short on forward planning. Just a standard program that is not regularly assessed and updated. The reception staff are rude and do not react to a sudden influx of clients. Not a well organized reception. Overall unsatisfied and no idea why I continue to go there

Negative experience: Physiotherapist was helpful but the amount charged for a ten minute consult make lawyers look like volunteers. This move 'em in, move 'em out business model will be looked upon in history with about as much regard as one has for algal bloom. Greed is not good. Treating whole body health is. I won't be back.

Fantastic experience: Excellent multifaceted treatment facility with numerous physios. EP, remedial massage and other services visiting clinic i.e podiatry. There is a small but well equipped gym which you can get trailored programs for your needs. Physio appointments are 20mins long and all hands on with highly experienced physios most who have done additional university studies to further their expertise Amongst the team of physios you will find one who specialises in the area of your need.

Positive experience: I would recommend Matt Ash from my Physio he has helped me through a lengthy knee rehab plan for a tendinopothy issue. Unfortunately I’ve decided not to continue with my Physio due to several issues with the lady on reception, American accent not sure of name. She has put Incorrect codes and charges through several times, this has resulted in a lot of painful follow up with my private heath provider and several invalid charges having to be absorbed due to incorrect claim codes used.

Positive experience: My Physio was excellent on our first meeting. I was considered late as reception had my appointment time wrong. Good thing i wrote it down old school. Look forward to going back.
