Fantastic experience: I was referred to Allied Pysiotherapy by my doctor as a result of hip pain. I’ve had several Physio appointments and attended numerous gym sessions under the supervision of both Ben and Jem which has help me achieve much better movement in my hip and relieved pain. Fantastic experience: Very professional physios - individual therapy sessions have helped heal injuries I’ve sustained and I am now benefiting from the group PT sessions. The small group sessions are run by the physios and are excellent for exercising with injuries as well as ongoing fitness. I feel like I can train safely while being supervised by professionals.

Has treated my neck, lower back, upper thoracic and my husbands back,ankles and archillies. Fantastic experience: I attend pilates classes at Allied Physio and find them to be very good. When I first started seeing Ben I had recently broken my wrist. I saw Ben twice a week for a couple of months of rehab and he also designed a wrist strengthening set of exercises for me to do at home. I have been very happy with their results.

Fantastic experience: Jem and the Team have been nothing short of fantastic in my rehab and recovery after years of dealing with a long term chronic back injury at work. After being told by a neurosurgeon that I need a Lumbar fusion which really took the wind out of my sails and I’m definitely not keen on, Jem has been helping me in their gym twice a week to rebuild and recondition not only my body but also shifting my mindset to the point where I’m able to surf again if the conditions are right for me and also start doing the other things in life that I enjoy again. Jem is a real Gem !

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Allied Physiotherapy for a couple of years now. I have a personalised program that I do under physio supervision in a small group at their gym and I also have hands on treatments as required. The team is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and supportive. They communicate between themselves smoothly so if I go to a different gym session with one of the physics they know exactly what I am working on. I strongly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this physio clinic highly enough. I have osteoarthritis in my neck, spine, shoulders and knee, and the team have been incredible in helping me manage both the condition itself and the flare-ups that trigger back and neck pain and migraines. I’ve seen almost all of the physios at the clinic, and every single one has been knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely invested in my progress. The consistency of care across the whole team has been outstanding. Through regular physio sessions, they’ve given me practical strategies to manage pain and stay mobile. What has made an even bigger difference, though, are the supervised gym sessions at the clinic. With their guidance, I’ve safely rebuilt my strength and fitness in a way that actually supports my joints rather than aggravates them. As a result, I’m now fitter, healthier, less fatigued and in significantly less pain. I feel more confident in my body and much better equipped to manage my arthritis long term. Truly grateful for their expertise, care and ongoing support.

Fantastic experience: I had a chronic back issue 2 years ago, struggling to walk any distance. I saw Ben Bisset who put me in touch with the TA muscle, and reformer Pilates 2 things I new little or nothing about. I have been very focused on wanting to get hiking, playing golf, pickleball and riding. These 2 things Ben put me in touch with have been a life saver, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: After 20 years of Radio-frequency Ablation after a motor bike accident I decided to seek alternative treatment. I’m new to this area and my neighbour suggested Ben Crow. Fantastic experience: Genuinely couldn't recommend anyone better. Injured my knee hiking with a torn meniscus and struggled to walk for weeks. As a keen runner and gym goer I was looking for a sensible plan to get me back at it with realistic expectations which Ben B set out a plan to achieve. Fantastic experience: The best decision I ever made was to choose to see Ben Bisset for physiotherapy. At 58, I was horrified, scared and anxious to learn I had osteoporosis. I was also in need of post surgery help. Ben is a professional and his 20 years or more experience shows in the level of commitment and support he gives. He is steadfast, approachable and kind with good humour . The ability to listen and form a plan for you and your condition. This encourages self belief. I have been shown so many resistance and dumbbell exercises to do 3 times a week to maintain bone and build muscle. It is so enjoyable and great fun. I am addicted to feeling the resistance and strength. To feel resilient and good health. This Kinetic Link Training programme is an amazing prescription. I have had chronic back pain flare ups and Ben has provided relieving and healing manipulation so that I can continue to be strong. The team have this welcoming comforting and caring attitude that we all need when in pain. Fantastic experience: This year I have been fortunate to work with the team at Allied Physiotherapy. I participated in the GLAD program where the focus was on knee and hip issues. I loved the program and it led to strengthening my knees and hips greatly improving my mobility and more importantly how I see my own fitness. I am 74 years young and feel very positive about my fitness and ability to take on the tasks that life throws at me. The support from staff has been amazing. Always caring and encouraging. As someone who has endured pain due to long term knee and hip issues caused by years of netball, the work I did with Jem in the GLAD programme, fixed my issues and all associated pain. They have all been terrific - Knowledgeable, professional, energetic, good listeners, and attentive to my concerns. They have answered all of my questions, helped me to understand the causes of my problems and not just what can be done through treatment, dry needling, various exercises and Clinical Pilates, but also what I can do for myself to assist in alleviating pain through the right type and level of exercise (and at times exercise restraint). Fantastic experience: I was referred to Ben Bisset many years ago when I was suffering from a neck problem. He managed to help me overcome the situation with a swift diagnosis and efficient treatment in a very short time. As I moved towards retirement age and beyond, I developed osteoarthritis in many joints in my body and now I am a senior citizen. During Covid, I developed a problem with my hip which he diagnosed, treated and managed while I awaited hip replacement surgery in 2021. He also made sure I completed the GLAD program at his previous practice location. With his expert skills with dry needling, specialised massages, and targeted exercise programs prescribed via PhysiApp, Ben keeps me mobile, pain-free and living independently, by continually attending to my osteoarthritis to keep its negative effects under control and managed, now that I am in my 70s. I followed him to Ocean Grove from his previous work location in Belmont to continue accessing his professional services as I trust and value his expertise, easy going and friendly nature and patience shown towards me and my health condition over so many years. Fantastic experience: Today I had an appointment with the physiotherapist Ben Crowe. I have had ongoing patellar dislocations for the last 16 years, and I'm currently deciding the pros and cons of having surgery. Ben inspected my knees and gave me some excellent advice regarding how strong I could expect to get with and without surgical intervention. He also helped me understand the anatomy and weak areas of my leg musculature, as well as exercises to help strengthen them. Absolutely awesome physio, and I'll be a patient of his for life! I met with Ben for sessions and then enrolled in their GLAD program and I will be forever grateful! The exercises were taught and supervised under the expertise of Jemuel Pryse! Jem was so personable and so knowledgeable! I learned so much and benefited more than I could have imagined!!! The sessions were so much fun, challenging but doable! I went into the program with skepticism but came out knowing that I can and will continue my exercises! My osteoarthritis is under control and I certainly don’t want or need surgical intervention. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Ben for a stubborn Hamstring Tendinopathy. Ben set me up with an exercise program which was conveniently on an App on my mobile. (No excuses for not following the program) He also did some intermittent dry needling. Week by week I felt improvement and am now running pain free.
