Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Nicolas highly enough. He has been absolutely outstanding from the very beginning. Not only does he genuinely listen to what you’re saying and take the time to understand what’s going on, but you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough, and I always feel like I’m in very capable hands. He explains everything clearly and makes sure the treatment is actually addressing the problem rather than just rushing through an appointment. I also had to bring my kids along to one of my appointments, and he was so kind and welcoming towards them. He made them feel so comfortable that afterwards they actually asked when they could come back to see “the nice guy” again! That really says a lot about the kind of person he is. It’s not often you find someone who combines genuine care, kindness and such a high level of knowledge and skill. I’m so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing physio!

He is extremely knowledgeable and a good listener,in wanting to pin point the issue. He has worked out an exercise routine ,that is easy and is not overwhelming,therefore I'm doing them religiously. Fantastic experience: Dr Adelaide Turner is without a doubt one of the very best osteos in the area. She is extremely thorough and her appointments are not rushed. The treatment itself was really hands on, which I needed for chronic level lower back and sacral pain. I can not recommend her highly enough. Fantastic experience: I am grateful for the treatment from the team for all my medical conditions that they see me for. Their competency and teamwork is pretty amazing, with my 25 year Career in the Defence Force and the number of specialists I have seen is staggering, I am now medically discharged and able to find the best care, they are simply the best and out shines the others I have seen. Their style of practicing is unique, one sentence from the Hippocratic Oath stands out in regards to their level of care "I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures which are required, avoiding those twin traps of over treatment and therapeutic nihilism". For my current quality of life and mobility I am forever in the teams debt, keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: In bed one night I twisted and leaned down to grab the plug for my phone. The next morning I could hardly walk, but I had to work that morning, so took some painkillers to get through. Luckily I managed to get an appointment with Claire van Poppel, a physiotherapist, and she had me moving comfortably with her treatment and exercises. That pain went away and I'm now functioning well. At the moment she is treating me for a knee injury, and again with her treatment and exercises I'm finally coming good. I am pretty active and over the last 40 years I've seen quite a few sports medicine practitioners, osteos, chiropractors and deep tissue masseurs, but I have to admit, Claire is probably one of the best I've seen in that time to get me moving and functioning again. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I've had a bad lower back for about 3 months and nothing my GP or medical friends suggested helped. Within 3 visits to Bellarine Sports Medicine Centre they were onto the cause of the problem, and had it fixed. Great service, highly knowledgable staff and a great experience all round.
