Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Adam and his team for 5 years and he has massively improved my chronic back issues. He takes time to properly think about and diagnose problems and explains them in a comprehensive but accessible way. He tailored treatment to my particular lifestyle rather than giving generic advice that is irrelevant or difficult to follow. He took the time to explain and coach me through how to manage many problems myself, and in doing so, has helped me avoid having the problems in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Injured myself long distance running and came to see Connor. He gave me terrific treatment, advice and remedies. Had me back stronger than before and confident with it moving forward. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this Physio for a number of reasons for about 9 yrs. The staff are amazing the Physio’s are great and the price is extremely reasonable. Always recommend this practice if ppl ask for a Physio.

Negative experience: Quite honestly disappointed. Im not the type to write a bad review but $140 for less than a 5 minute neck rub is a rip off. Went in with a bad neck they were late by 10 minutes I was early 10 minutes. Don't bother with this one.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a couple of years, a few years ago, due to ongoing back and knee pain. Adam was absolutely wonderful, super accommodating to my needs, and would help me adapt exercises to help suit them to my lifestyle. I live a good 30 minutes away now, but would always come back here if I need physio again! :)

Fantastic experience: Adam the Amazing Physio! I have been having issues with my left leg/kneefor years and have seen 2 other physios .... But no improvement or diagnose on what the issue was! I was recommended to try Adam Spiroff and I was impressed as he was the first physio that suggested an x-ray before proceeding to any treatment. Within a week I had improved movement and the x-ray showed long term damage to my minicus... I had no cartilage in both knees. On advice, he recommended booking and appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon...which would take 3 months! So in that 3 months, Adam worked on a program to build up strength in my knees that was simple to follow. After 3 months of waiting to see the orthopaedic surgeon, I am so happy as there is no need for a knee replacement! Thank you so much Adam for your professionalism and dedication! Love your work!

Fantastic experience: After spending a couple of years going to various physio's with no luck after a fall damaging both shoulders I got recommended Adam at Central. On my first visit he told me what was wrong and that I would possibly need surgery. Adam stepped me through the process, liaised with surgeons and helped me manage with physiotherapy until I could get a surgery date and I am now doing my rehab with him. Thanks to Adam, my surgeon is amazed at my progress and also my other shoulder had successfully recovered without surgery and after years of discomfort and limited ability I am finally almost 100%. Fantastic experience: I saw Chris Imms for an appointment for my neck which I had tweeked the night before. The quality of service provided by Chris was unbeatable. Very polite, informative and gentle. Amazing bed side manners and did not come across as pushy for more sessions at all. Helped me get it back to normal with 2 appointments and at home instructions. The receptionist was lovely. Overall a great experience - could not recommend you guys enough!!

Adam's proactive approach keeps me in the sports I love and helps me understand my body better along the way. First class, knowledgable, thorough and treatment plans are designed for the specific loads I will put on it during sport.
