Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing journey with Teah at My Health Team Redcliffe. I have fibromyalgia, ADHD and a few other issues and am an ambulatory wheelchair user. I can’t walk far or stand for long but thanks to the fun exercises I do with Teah I am able to exercise without really knowing I am exercising. Moving and strengthening the right muscles needed for me to balance is done in such a way that time is up and don’t even realise what I achieved.

Fantastic experience: The lovely admin ladies at reception provide a very very warm, welcoming atmosphere! Knowledgeable, friendly and supportive dieticians. Communication from all aspects is professional yet relatable and helped me feel at ease. Will happily come back and highly recommend others looking for a health team that supports you to book here

Fantastic experience: I have been attending My Health Team Redcliffe for almost 9 yrs. When I first attended I was almost regressing from a walker to a wheelchair. Now for the last 2.5yrs I have been improving dramatically to the stage that my neurologist recently said that all my tests for my MS, muscles and bone density is almost a 10/10. I give all the recommendations and thanks to my Team - Physio, EP, POD & Dietitian. This is a family team effort

Fantastic experience: I have visited this practice lately with a friend who is receiving physio. She also comes here for a GP. I am not a patient but am seriously considering changing to this practice. Staff are professional, friendly and always welcoming. Suggest looking here if you're in the Redcliffe area and in need of medical services.

Fantastic experience: Aiden Cairns is the best Physio I have ever had. I have a complex back issue that Aiden with his vast knowledge and expertise Kindness has fixed me so much I doubt I now will need to see the neuro surgeon which was the drs original plan. Thankyou so much Aiden.

Fantastic experience: Aiden Cairns is best Physio I’ve ever had. In fact even though I have severe scoliosis and migraines, migraines since 14, and I’m now 78, Aiden is the only Physio I’ve ever been back to. For me he’s brilliant. He’s loosened up my back. To be honest I only went because my Dr. Suggested it Dr. Moray Willson , and I went to please him. So very pleased I did. Please keep him as long as you can. Great to have a brilliant Dr. And brilliant Physio in the same building. Thank you Mrs Hazel McArdle

Fantastic experience: David from my health team podiatrists is helping my 16 year old daughter with a plantar wart. He is wonderful with children very knowledgeable in his field and has done an excellent job. Her foot is healing nicely, I would highly recommend David at my health team in Redcliffe

Fantastic experience: My Health Team were incredible at helping me recover after a dancing injury. Their physio, Mark, was very professional and friendly. He listened to my concerns and gave me great advice about exercises I could do at home to help me heal quicker. These guys are definitely 'my health team', and I would come back if I need physio or other services in the future.

Fantastic experience: This practice really is such a holistic practice. From walking in on reception to going through to my appointment and then out- amazing. 5 star service all round!! It’s a relief to be able to know I’m coming in(on not so good circumstances) to guaranteed smiles and efficient friendly service. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The worst psychologist I've come across (you should hear from AHPRA - they've heard from me - I just need to detail our incident in writing ) Your receptionist knows nothing about the services/practices/criteria or professes not to know... Pity as some one who's in need of assistance from a physio, psychologist & dietitian, you could have been my health team - now you'll just be my bad news story.

Fantastic experience: Was treated by Mark the physio, after treatment my shoulder was fantastic, pain reduced 90% and a good night's sleep after months of chronic pain, from booking to treatment no problems, highly recommended Thank you team

Fantastic experience: Two years of pain in my right heel and, despite x-rays and scans, nothing showed up. Prescribed medications did not help in the least! Along came Dr Moray Wilson who recommended a session with David Chen. Reluctantly I agreed, having had previous bad experiences with podiatrists! Well, what a turnaround! David was superb and ultimately found the solution to my pain! He professionally put together a calculated and precise plan to address the problem in my foot that was causing the pain. I only wish I had found him 2 years ago! I strongly recommend him and his team!

Fantastic experience: Hi, I just wish to share a little bit about my journey with MS and My Health Team at Redcliffe Qld. I have been working with the team at My Health since 2016. When I first started I struggled with mobility, weakness in my right arm and severe fatigue. In working with the team at My Health, I have gone from spending a lot of time in my elect-chair and my walker to only needing my elect- chair seldomly and my walker occasionally, when I have a big day. With my exercise physiologist, Andrew, has worked with me on an excellent program that was catered to my specific needs and goals. Where am I today: This has helped my gait which has allowed me to run short distances (2km), on a specially designed treadmill. This has also helped with my MS issues generally. I also have deep tissue massage and acupuncture and podiatry, with My health team, which helps with my pain management. They team works together in consultation with me to get the best results for managing and slowing the progression of my MS. I am writing this to encourage anyone out there who has neurological disorder (eg MS, Parkinson etc) to please take the time to have a chat with the extremely friendly people at My Health Team. Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr David Chen and the lovely staff at My Health Team Redcliffe. I had wonderful podiatry treatment and would highly recommend Dr Chen, most importantly he really listens and understands what is imperative for a good patient outcome, and I look ahead with great hope now knowing my feet and the treatment will keep me going for a long time to come.

Fantastic experience: I recommend both podiatry and physiotherapy services. All the staff are helpful and friendly from first visit. David Chen gave me excellent advice for the right orthotics and my feet are very happy! Mitch McDonald has sorted a painful muscular problem and continues to support my improvement.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend them enough, i feel so much better since having hydrotherapy with Andrew, my muscle tone has improved enough for Andrew to advance me to light exercises in the Gym. Recently i have also had dry needling and physiotherapy from Mark and Mitchell and combined with the exercises Andrew has introduced i am so much more active. Thank you all, i cant thank you enough for all you have done for me to get me fit and healthy after my accident..

Fantastic experience: Requiring some Exercise physiology and Physio to "stem the tide of age " I can honestly say it feels like it's working ! From Reception to workout to being put "back together " the Crew are A1 - know what they're doing . And might not seem much BUT it's clean too .

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sam for Physiotherapy and he has been wonderful. Has such great knowledge and has made my recovery process really easy and has given me some great exercises to help heal better. I would certainly recommend him to everyone

Fantastic experience: Received an awesome back massage today after a review of my back. He took my history and concerns into account first and then went to work with the best massage concentrating on trouble spots. Reception was friendly and cleanlines with 5 star. Thanks guys
