Fantastic experience: Top notch physios! I've been seeing the team of Henry, Grace and Fabian for a couple months now for right and left shoulder issues. After each appointment, there was definite improvement in mobility and a decrease in pain. Henry started my journey with a full and accurate analysis of my condition - offering temporary but immediate pain relief along with some simple exercises as home work. I then met Grace, who made me laugh through the ouchy sessions. She was one of the best dry-needlers I've ever met, and suggested simple yet effective exercises to improve my condition. Then there was Fabian - the owner of the practice. OMG, he did things to me that I felt brought him joy whilst I was simultaneously crying and laughing . He used a technique on my shoulders that I never experienced with a physio before. I hurt after that session but walked it off. But something amazing happened. The night after that session, I had a full night's sleep - didn't wake up once with the normal pain that would usually cause me to wake up a dozen times a night. The second night after, in also slept right through. Do you know now what it's like to sleep well after not getting good sleep for months! If absolutely glorious. Thank you team -including all the assistants and trainees - who have helped give me a pain-free, sleeping-again life back to me!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly couldn’t be more thankful to have the care and compassion of the whole team at Physio by design as part of my life. After seeing several physio’s over the years and believing the title was similar to “snake oil salesperson”, these guys have happily proved me wrong. The in depth knowledge of body mechanics, combined with the strengthening exercises and massage treatments have helped me time and time again. From the moment you arrive, to after you leave (with follow up and check in messages) you’re made to feel as important as family.

He and his staff pay great attention to detail and explain the exercises really well. The videos provided and the ones I asked to be taken of me doing the exercises ensure I get the exercises right! Fantastic experience: I attend Physio by Design on a regular basis. I am chronically ill. Fabain, Katie and the Physio by design team all treat me with such dignity and respect. This clinic also has the fantastic advantage of Winnie the therapy dog. Not only is she a wonderful calming presence for me during my sessions, giving me the ability to get through some otherwise distressing situations, she manages to brighten my day from the moment i arrive. I love the vibe at physio by design. The sharing of knowledge, happy to help any way they can and they always have great tunes playing too! Highly recommend:)

Fantastic experience: Our family have been seeing Fabian for 14 years now for all our physio needs whenever we get " broken" in life. He's amazing and we always come out of his practice with results and feeling better. Truly talented at what he does and just a great human being as well. Very approachable.
