With his expertise I was able to regain the movement and strength in my shoulder within a few months and return to full training in the gym. He was patient and broke things down simply so I could have a better understanding of my Condition. We worked together on a plan and how we are going to approach treatment. Fantastic experience: I suffered foot pain for years due to my high arches. I had seen many podiatrists who had me wearing expensive orthotics that only served to weaken my feet and cause more problems. I then went to Absolute and saw Jerry. Jerry spent a lot of time asking questions and listening to my history of foot problems. He then completed a very thorough diagnostic before outlining the primary contributing factors causing my foot pain. I saw him for a few sessions during which he applied very effective manual therapy techniques and guided me in a series of exercises which he instructed me to complete at home. Within a few weeks the pain was completely gone and I no longer had any need for the orthotics. I have kept going with the exercises Jerry set for me and my feet have never been stronger. I recently completed a 48 km Kokoda event wearing only running shoes without any foot problems whatsoever. I could not have done this before. Jerry is a very skilled and intuitive practitioner. I could not recommend him more strongly. Thank you Jerry!

Fantastic experience: For the past six weeks, I’ve been working with Josh in the clinic following knee surgery, and the progress has been nothing short of incredible. When I first came in, I was barely able to walk, now I’ve got a solid 90-degree bend and I’m already making my way back into the gym. But it’s not just the physical rehab, Josh has been a huge support mentally as well. Every bit of stress or anxiety I had around the recovery, he helped ease with his knowledge, encouragement, and genuine care. Josh goes above and beyond, and I truly couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, and always positive 10/10 experience all the way.

Negative experience: I haven’t had a good experience. Unfortunately, none of the team members were able to help with my lower back pain or support my recovery. The exercises I was given were not effective and actually made my pain worse instead of better. As a result, I decided to change my physiotherapy provider — and I’m now feeling much better.

Fantastic experience: Jerry helped diagnose and treat my frozen shoulders (yes both shoulders), when a Rheumatologist and Radiologist got it wrong, and he was honest with his assessment to the point where he lost business. I turned up to my first appointment at Absolute Physio and within 10 minutes, Jerry told me that I had frozen shoulders and that based on my current symptoms I was in phase 2. I would be wasting my money getting treatment at that time as I would see little if any gains and that I should return in 3 to 4 months. 3 months later when I went back to him, he told me the same thing. Only around 6 months from the original appointment did Jerry start treating me and helped me restore the movement in both my shoulders. He could have easily kept me coming back weekly or fortnightly from the first appointment but he didn't. Thanks mate for all your help.

Fantastic experience: Was referred here through work cover with a herniated disc - the administrative team were punctual and prompt, my physio Josh was super positive every session and they made an incredible difference to my quality of life.

Fantastic experience: Jerry had been great I have been down several different avenues as I have bulging discs and could barely walk. Between the exercises and some great pain management I can now walk from my car to the shop without having to stop and crouch to release the pain. It still is there but not as excruciating as before. I can’t wait for it all to get fixed so I can be off the medication and get back to some normality with the great help from Jerry and his team.

Fantastic experience: I play a lot of football and was experiencing problems with my hip, I had other sports Physios telling me it was a certain problem, but I found I was not getting better. I then went to Jerry and he amazingly helped me recover incredibly fast and I was back to playing football in no time. He is brilliant.

When I was first starting recovery it was hard for me as someone who always went to the gym to not being able to lift a coffee cup.
