Situated within the Waterworx Aquatic Centre, our Sports & Spinal Springfield clinic can be found within the heart of Springfield at 22 A Commercial Drive, Springfield, QLD, 4300.
Located West of Brisbane, we proudly offer high quality allied health care services to the Greater Springfield area with suburbs including Springfield Central, Springfield Lakes, Brookwater, Augustine Heights, Spring Mountain, Goodna, Redbank Plains, Greenbank, Forest Lake and other surrounding suburbs.
We are open Monday to Friday with early to late appointments available to accommodate our patients throughout the week. Our Springfield clinic is set up for onsite Medicare and HICAPS health fund claims as well as EFTPOS and credit card facilities for payment.

Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at Spinal & Sports.Cielo was incredibly professional, kind, gentle and caring throughout my treatment. She took the time to explain things to me and made me feel completely comfortable. What really amazed me was the relief I felt almost instantly after the treatment. I haven’t felt that kind of relief in a long time, and it made such a difference.Will recommend her 1000 times .

Fantastic experience: Wanting to resolve patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) to continue running, I saw Brandon (physiotherapist) and had a great experience. He gave me a clear, progressive rehab plan that targeted the weaker areas in my legs, explained everything well, and adjusted it as I improved. A few weeks later my knee pain had resolved, my movement was much stronger, and I feel far more confident heading into marathon training. Thanks Brandon and the team, I’ll definitely be back if I ever need a physio again :)

Negative experience: Very disappointing after spending 100aud.Grace was not experienced enough and she spent most of the time just asking irrelevant questions and just taught me three basic exercises which we can do it at home even watching videos.They don’t have enough equipments as one patient was using it and I couldn’t get to use it. Not get to use any equipment or any special exercises which make 100 aud visit worth.don’t waste your money in this clinic. She was just keep saying, we will do in next session what about the session where i already spent money.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kristi for a sports massage to help with my constant headaches, and she was fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole session really comfortable.The massage itself was excellent and relieved a lot of pressure straight away. Fantastic experience: I've never seen a physio before and was quite nervous with going into my first appointment but Amelia made it super comfortable and even fun. She is super knowledgeable and is so careful with my areas of pain I noticed a difference in the way I was walking and sleeping the first week. Fantastic experience: I've had physio work done on my body for more than 30years, by many physicians due to being hit and run over by a car as a teenager. I tried the Physio Kelly Grant... and WOW, what a great experience. Very easy to talk to, knowledgable, professional, great advice and she managed to remedy my pain and return my upper body range of motion. Highly recommend, worth every penny, priceless!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended spot. Signed up for a 9:30 morning appointment and I was actually seen on time! In this economy. Amelia was a pro, they listened thoughtfully while trying to diagnose the cause of my knee pain. I was assigned home exercises that worked for me and taped up that helped me get around for the rest of the day.

Negative experience: Only certain practitioners do dry needling and in 30 mins I was barely worked on. Definitely not worth going here, stick to your current physio they will definitely be better.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Liam with severe foot pain (9/10) and was blown away by his level of knowledge and care. By that same afternoon, my pain had significantly reduced. From the moment I walked in, he explained everything in detail—his diagnosis, what was going on, and a clear care plan for moving forward. Liam has been incredibly attentive with follow-ups and ongoing treatment, and it’s obvious he genuinely cares about his clients. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!

He not only took care of my corn with great attention but also spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly assessing my left foot, which has been causing me chronic pain. He carefully explained what was happening, offered practical advice, and even taped my foot to help relieve the pain and support healing. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and the genuine care he showed throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a podiatrist who takes the time to go above and beyond like that. Negative experience: Massage was great. However they advertise as you’ll pay for 30 mins instead of 60mins on their site if you book online which I did. However, I was charged full price even though I booked online. I called and advised this only to be told I never said it at the counter. False adverting as this was not mentioned on their webpage.

First consultation - amazing. 1hr in which a detailed picture of the problem is built up, fantastic knee joint massage, shown how to do the suggested exercises and an exercise plan. On top of that a really amazing app to download to see videos of how to do the exercises. Really fantastic.

Scheduled it for the same day appointment was on time reception and specialist both very friendly and even though I had booked a 30 Min appointment only charged me for a 20 min appointment as that's all the time it took. Fantastic experience: Cielo and the team are absolutely amazing! I saw Cielo to get physio on a shoulder I could hardly move and after the appointment she gave me exercises to not only help the issue but strengthen the area to avoid this happening again. She's also an absolutely wonderful person! I also got a massage from Kristi and besides being extremely friendly, I felt amazing afterwards. Special mention to Pauline in Reception who is always friendly and welcoming. Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a knee issue for over a year following the COVID break. Went to Sports and Spinal and received some simple exercises to complete. After a month or two my knee was better and was able tor run pain free again. Fantastic staff, solved my problem, and gave simple explanations to follow at home.

Fantastic experience: Started here in March seeing Damien (physiotherapist) who is fantastic, and started doing pilates and gym a short time later with Damien, Piumi and Georgia and have loved every minute of it. Massages from Kristi are amazing and Erika at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. I've found the whole team to be knowledgeable, friendly and compassionate at all times, and they are always working with me to help me reach my goals. Highly recommended :)

The team here from the lovely Erika at reception, to the amazing Physio Cielo and Massage Therapist Kristi, are awesome, friendly and extremely professional. I went here for my shoulder and elbow and with the wholistic treatments provided and the follow up exercises shown, I have never felt better and have avoided additional invasive treatments. I will always continue to highly recommend Sports & Spinal at Springfield as the go to for treatment! Previous providers I have attended have not supported or assisted me to find solutions. Sports & Spinal have all the services you need and are the only place to go if you want results and you want to feel welcomed! If you need a referral, ask your GP to send you here and here only!
