Fantastic experience: Nigel at Star Physio in Mosman Park took me through rehabilitation after my shoulder reconstruction. He was excellent clinically, encouraged me through the tough times and had friendly and warm manner.

Fantastic experience: After broken patella in 2023 my then ability was tested, I was better informed and took their pathway for recovery of mobility . Two years later, total recovery and even some improvement in general physical strength and health, at 87 that is welcome, so I am still going !

Fantastic experience: Last week's appointment was my first at Star Physio in Mosman Park. I was very pleasantly surprised to get an appointment near straight away with Nigel Travers who came highly recommended. Nigel was able to reassess and confirm the state of a persistent, but improving shoulder injury, providing additional insight and context for future improvement. I will definitely be going back should future need arise.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful and knowledgable staff that got my swollen and painful knees from <4000 steps a day to >8500 steps a day. From using painkillers and anti-inflammtories about twice a day to once a week. Much better than surgery. Recommended .

I have been going to Julie Pham for physio and podiatry for nearly 1 year and would not go elsewhere. I initially went for posture concerns and the improvement due to the exercises devised by Julie seemed immediate. I have received advice from both Julie and Steve Jeffries and highly recommend them both.

Fantastic experience: Damian and the team at Star Physio have put together a highly trained team of healthcare professionals including staff with Master’s degrees and PHDs in their field of expertise, as well as professional athletes to help with treating conditions like tennis elbow, tendon pain, shoulder pain, sciatica, Achilles tendon, lower back pain, knee pain, joint pain and overuse injuries.

Fantastic experience: I have been a Star Physio client for a few years now and I have to say that I would have fallen apart by now if it wasn't for all their help. I compete quite heavily in triathlon and these guys have so much expertise in this field it's incredible. I walk out of the clinic learning so much every time I visit. I have had a great bike fit with Damian and also awesome strength and conditioning advice/programs from Merv there. Always professional and punctual. I will continue to go there for any future physio needs and 100% recommend them! :)

Negative experience: Awful experience. I made an appointment but was not sent a confirmation/reminder despite several days notice. When I came in at a appointment time I had guessed, it was wrong. I chose a new time on the spot which of course proved to be inconvenient when I had properly checked my diary. I then cycled back to them only to find the door locked despite a sign indicating it was open according to the printed opening hours on the door. I got home and attempted to phone them , was put through to someone at some weird number who rather than address my concerns tried to change the subject. She also insisted on calling me mam all the time which I found patronising (passive aggressive). Confused I closed the call and phoned the main office only to get the same woman who explained that numbers diverted there and that despite the notice on the door the clinic was closed. I had intended to book 5 sessions but based on this experience cancelled all of the appointments and advise others to do likewise.
