Negative experience: My first initial appointment was in dec a hot 30 degree day , Jeramy was 15 min late and i was im the sun waiting for him cos there is. No shade at all , When he finally came and open the practice the place stunk like no one had been there for months is was hot in side like a sauna , I was sweaty profusely cos they had no air con working , and the sun was grazing through the windows , cos they no had shades either ,my skin was getting stuck to the massage table , I cut the session short and said I can’t do this ( felt like torture ,,,) I ended up going back cos it took to. Long to get another approval , from insurance company Talk about regret !! I could keep going but trust me U have Redfern sports massage and pysio , there amazing ,, Stay away from this place !! I’d give it zero stars if I could !!!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with their physio therapist. Jess was so wonderful, knowledgeable and very kind. Their admin also provided amazing customer service. I highly recommend this practice for physiotherapy, especially for women's health.

Fantastic experience: This is my second time seeing Physio Jess at Waterloo PeakHealth. She is an outstanding physiotherapist. Very knowledgeable. Friendly and engaging. Explains things clearly so you understand. Sarah the administrator is also very helpful and efficient. Super prompt with getting back to you. I will always use Jess for physio and have recommended her to other people also.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend peak health services highly enough! I was treated by Jeremy who exceeded my expectations. He really listened to what I had to say and seemed to genuinely care. He has really helped me with my back pain and getting me back to the gym and surfing which I’m so happy about! He was personable, professional and very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could understand. If I need physio again I will definitely be returning to peak health.

Negative experience: I eventually noticed that the referral that Jeremy gave me, not only was it not useful and not what I asked for. But it also contained a history of PRIVATE PATIENT DATA of some 30 odd referrals for other patients along with their names, DOB, doctors, and ailments. This is incredibly unprofessional. Mistakes happen but how negligent do you have to be to do something so careless like this?! Your practise has breached HIPAA standards therefore you must notify all your patients that you have leaked their personal details. I have attached a few of the examples as proof and blurred the sensitive details.

Negative experience: Shocking experience. Avoid this place at all cost. I booked a session with Jeremy and I arrived at the place 15 minutes early. The place is above a noisy gym in a stuffy room with no airflow and sweaty odour. There's no receptionist, no EFTPOS, no hicaps. Without letting me know he's running late he finally came out of his office with another patient after 10-15 minutes late. This was already a bad experience and I don't care if you're running behind schedule, I expect at least a professional courtesy. To add onto that, the session itself was absolutely USELESS. He asked a bunch of questions that I already asked myself and casually added in "which gym do you go to?" I'm a serious tone. WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH MY TREATMENT? or is it because you want to give marketing to your gym affiliate downstairs? He gave me 3 exercises which I already found on YouTube after poking around like it makes a difference and sent me on my way no better for $150. Complete rip off and waste of time. Not to mention that they expect payment via a dodgy third party website since they have no EFTPOS machine or proper way of making payment. Do not come here, you've been warned.

Fantastic experience: Have had the pleasure of working Jess multiple times. She's one of the only physios that have actually listened to me and my goals, and helped me get to where I want to be, instead of just a generic treatment. She's helped me get out of pain through my knees ankle and hips Would highly recommend her if you're trying to be competitive in any sport and run into some niggles.

Fantastic experience: Jai was so great helping me fix my feet! He did some manipulation that gave me instant relief and a few key exercises to get me working properly again - without heaps of visits!

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my massage and dry needling with Nonthaya for a few months now. I've definitely seen results, with reduced tightness in my delts specifically. Nonthaya is knowledgeable, friendly and easy going - would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a great experience with both massage and Physio at Peak but Nonthaya is absolutely amazing. She has the perfect touch of getting you relaxed, as well as getting into those sore spots. You can tell she really looks for spots that need attention and doesn’t just go through the motions of a generic massage. She’ll use whatever technique to get you sorted, massage, stretching, dry needling. Every session is unique and I feel so much better after. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Went to Peak Health for a physiotherapist appointment with Jaideep. I was very worried about my back, I was struggling to bend and thought it was something fairly serious. Jaideep was able to sort the issue and get me back to full fitness, within a few weeks. Highly recommend peak and Jaideep.
