Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lauren, I'm sure everyone at Zone 34 works their magic as well however Lauren has been such an amazing physio for me. Lauren is one of the first health professionals I've ever encountered that truly listens and asks. She listens, and has an informed curiosity that I feel is rare to come by, it's been so beneficial to my healthcare. I've been seeing Lauren for a knee injury and with her, every session i gain more mobility and less pain after 5 years of suffering pain post injury. Lauren is truly an expert and master at what she does and a true representation of what person centred care should look like, a health professional who really does listen. She's a remarkable physio that well and truly empowers you and your recovery journey :) Thanks heaps Lauren

Fantastic experience: My 2 girls have attended Physio at Zone 34 for all of their general ballet and injury management. As a physio myself, having such specialised and personalised supports that are tailored to each of the girls has been wonderful. Fantastic experience: I have visited Gloria 3 times and after only 3 weeks of simple targeted exercises and therapy, my constant hand arthritis pain has nearly disappeared! My fingers are stronger and almost pain free, and my rings fit again! I wish I'd done this years ago. Totally delighted with the result.

Fantastic experience: Alice is lovely and does a fantastic job. I recently had a few appointments due to a knee pain. She helped me rebuild muscles around the knee thanks to a few personalised exercises and now the pain is nearly gone!

Fantastic experience: Agree about the lovely staff. Went there with a recurring knee problem. It started to settle down soon after my first visit with Gloria. She explains everything clearly and considers your individual circumstances which really helps you stick to the tailored exercise program that she regularly adjusts. Great results - no pain, better balance and improved lower body strength.

Fantastic experience: David (knees) and Jake (shoulders) have both helped me through injuries. They are both excellent. Curious, thoughtful and interested in finding a solution. They are both engaging and encouraging.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff. I had a calf strain and they were very quick to get me out of crutches and walking around in no time. They were very clear about what treatment I needed and what exercise I need to do.

She took the time to make sure i was doing the stretches correctly and tailored each session to my particular needs. Highly recommend Zone 34!

Fantastic experience: I had a surgery few months ago due to a ruptured tendon. I couldn't move my finger and Gloria helped me regain my strength, she works like a magician! I was able to go back to driving and cooking in just few weeks. Highly recommended. Great location, new space. Looking forward to doing Pilates with Gloria soon!
