Fantastic experience: Did my meniscus July 2024 and with the help of Liz after 6 months of physio and exercise I am back playing tennis, pickle ball etc. The exercises will be for life but so much better than a knee replacement and being in constance pain etc. Great professional service from the whole team.

She always takes the time to properly assess the issue and then develops a tailored treatment plan to address the underlying condition, rather than simply treating the symptoms. I really appreciate her knowledge and personalised approach. I feel confident that I’m in very good hands with Tiffany and would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this physio! I have had physio sessions with Tiff, Liz and Alex who have all been fantastic. Their approach is what stands out to other physios I have seen in the past where sessions are mostly spent talking and leaving with exercises and this approach has never relieved my neck/shoulder issues. The physios here spend time listening to concerns and spend most of the session with hands on techniques that provide instant and on going relief. They show me exercises I can do at home. This combination provides results. Libby at reception is warm, welcoming and makes it very easy if appointments need to be rescheduled.

Fantastic experience: Alex Hancox has been helping me through a problem with my hip and knee. He is able to explain clearly the reason for the difficulty I’m experiencing. With the help of massage, Alex is very competent in removing the discomfort from the areas without causing more pain. I highly recommend Alex Hancox as a very competent Physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: Had my first physio session today at Performance Physio & Rehab and i cannot recommend them enough already!!! Called at 8:15am and had an appointment booked for 8:30am same day which for me was essential as i needed direction & help around managing the chronic pain i had from extensive running. The instant relief i felt from my muscle aches & soreness after my very first session was insane. I left not only feeling a lot better physically but left with more knowledge around why/how these injuries have occurred and what the next steps of the process to getting my body back to normal would be. Fantastic experience: We are visiting QLD as my partner is running the Sunshine Coast marathon. I was travelling with a super sore neck and referred nerve pain. I saw we were close to this clinic and thought I’d try to get in. Only booking said only 30 mins of remedial massage was available but after I booked and they’d reviewed my booking form and issues I received a call saying they could fit me in that day. I had a very good session with Tylana that has helped me to start to recover and reduce some of the pain. We also then had a good broader chat about various musculoskeletal issues and hormones and the latest evidence. Also I made some enquiries regarding foot strapping and foot issues for my running partner and they also managed to fit him in for a quick consult for some strapping and foot management advice for the race with some of his existing injuries. Thrilled with the service and responsive. Highly recommend to visitors and locals alike.

Fantastic experience: I received an email announcing Alex’s new position, specialising in improving women’s health and made an appointment. She was amazing, explaining so much about why I was having so many issues and how they were all linked. Hormone deficiency over many years. Hysterectomy etc. Alex explained the range of options to help me and the updated information on HRT. I received so much more information and help than I knew was available to me, including rehab exercises in the designated gym and massage therapy. Update: I have begun HRT through my GP and my overall health has improved significantly. I am continuing with my exercise routine. Thank you so much Alex. You have made a huge impact on my health X

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Physio! Kat and her team are always friendly, experienced and help with what ever issue you have going on. I always walk out feeling and moving better than when I went in. I tried a few other Physio practices before finding them and I couldn’t rate their treatments highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic with professional and knowledgeable staff. I’ve seen both Anne Marie and Liz, both very experienced physios and were very helpful in treating joint/muscle pain in my neck through dry needling and manual manipulation/massage.

Positive experience: Massage was great! However I paid for an hour and I only got 50 mins massage. I realize about the time only when I was already in the car.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more grateful for Bronwyn one of the physio’s there who is so amazing at her job, she was able to get me to understand my body and how to heal it while being so gentle and encouraging. i could honestly say i owe her my life but she’ll tell you it’s all in the work you put in but it was her that got me to understand, i haven’t had pain since, and i’ve been through a whole pregnancy straight after recovery! i went to many places and left feeling lost. and thank you to the whole admin team who were always so kind in arranging my appointments!

Fantastic experience: Over the years, I have had a number of different sports injuries but every time Camille has been successful in treating these. I have been her patient for approximately 7 years and am of the view she is highly skilled and experienced in her field. Easy to understand and very much a pleasure to deal with. I strongly recommend her services and expertise as she provides quick and lasting results The rest of the staff are friendly, polite and the practice has a nice feel about it.
