Fantastic experience: Panos is a very knowledgeable and caring physio. He has been coming to my home to help me with mobility issues namely lower back, shoulder and Siatic nerve pain. I have had quite a bit of pain relief and improved mobility since he started the weekly sessions of massage and stretching exercises . I will continue to have him work with me going forward and having him come to my home makes it so much easier.

Fantastic experience: Panos was great. I had a shoulder injury that was stopping me doing a lot of the activities I would normally do. He assessed it very thoroughly and rediagosed it and gave me exercises I could do to strengthen it. He answered lots of the questions I had about getting back to full strength, whether I would reinjure it if I returned to the same sports and about steroid injections. Feeling much more confident going forward.

Fantastic experience: Panos is the BEST PHYSIO around. He is the nicest guy, you just know it the moment you meet him. My story:I need a lot of physio (Thankfully, I survived a ruptured aneurysm but it left me slightly brain injured, left-neglected and unable to walk). When I met Panos (he was recommended to me by several people) I knew I was in safe hands because he is so knowledgeable and passionate about physiotherapy. It didn't take him long to figure out my issues and with calm confidence he straightaway gave me a full picture of what my physio plan would look like. Brilliant! Here's a professional who takes the time to explain things to me clearly and in detail. Because in my humble view: if you understand your physiotherapy (as in in WHY you are doing specific exercises), you are more likely to recover quickly from your injuries. Panos is very patient, easy going and approachable. I tend to ask a lot of questions (because I want to understand!) I can ask Panos ANY question, even if I'm worried it's a dumb question. He is always keen to explain stuff, he's an expert in his field. Throughout our sessions he is very attentive, repeatedly asking me how I'm feeling and if everything is okay. He has a good sense of humor and is easy to talk to, I feel like he does actually understand me and what I'm going through with my poor disabled .imbs. it's amazing, but I actually started progressing and seeing results after only 3 weeks of therapy! Physiotherapy is amazing! Panos also knows a lot about the brain, very important for me as I really do need to learn how to live with an ABI. I feel I learn something new at every session! I've realized that I feel I can trust him: if he thinks I'm able to do something (I.e. swim freestyle!) In my mind I think “Well yes, perhaps I CAN do it” because I trust that he actually knows I can. It's inspiring, so then I will give it my 100% because I don't want to disappoint him or me! That is the key to my progress: trust-your-physio!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pano. I am 35 weeks pregnant, and Pano helped me to ease the pain of my carpal tunnel. He responded quickly and he was a professional mobile physiotherapist. It saved me to go to his clinic, instead he comes to my place, He done excellent job, he also showed me the proper exercise of my hand. He explained well and asked questions. I am now having a good sleep at night no pain, no tingling.

Fantastic experience: After several weeks of severe pain in our 89 year old mothers knee and leg, she was diagnosed with a torn meniscus. We had no treatment plan, and did not know where to start until we happened to find Panos via a Google Search of In Home Visiting Physiotherapists. Even after the initial phone call to Panos we were impressed with his caring personality and knowledge. He managed to fit Mums first assessment in his busy schedule that afternoon. Fantastic experience: I had Panos come to my home to help me with my posture. Due to bad posture, I get a lot of headaches with sore neck and shoulders. He listened to my issues, asked a lot of questions to understand, then gave me some exercises to do. He was great. I feel for the first time, I’m actually going to get this long term issue resolved. Fantastic experience: About a week ago, I went surfing and got severe pain and received physical therapy. I visited several physical therapy clinics, but I didn't feel much effect. I used this physical therapy clinic. This was my best choice. Panos understood my pain exactly and treated it. The conversation was fun and I didn't get bored at all during the treatment.
