Isabella is really knowledgeable and cares about finding the root cause of the issue. We will definitely be maintaining this approach to help support my daughter's ability to continue being active whilst remaining as injury-free as possible.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing place! Friendly experienced staff, who listened to my injury problems first, and then ensured I received the best treatment. I developed pain from a bad setup working from home. Kerry did an amazing job releasing muscle tension during appointments and giving me exercises to do at home during the week. The pain is now gone after just a few sessions. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!

I’ve found all the staff to be professional, friendly, and passionate about supporting me to achieve the most functionality possible. Even since my injuries stabilised, Shellharbour Health has assisted me in managing my ongoing pain, strength and functionality. I found the physiotherapist to be enthusiastic, empathetic, and show genuine concern for my condition. Thorough initial and ongoing observations/reporting was undertaken to monitor my progress and response to therapy. Communication regarding needs and instructions were both clear and appropriate. The massage therapist screens me for any concerns regarding injuries and complaints that I wished to address and requested feedback regarding the depth/strength I preferred. I am extremely satisfied with my experiences over the years and continue to return to Shellharbour Health for any concerns, flare ups, and - god forbid - further injuries. I have no hesitation in recommending them to assist in your rehabilitation, conditioning or strengthening needs.
