Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend these guys enough! Awesome customer service and a really friendly, welcoming environment. Massive shoutout to Matt S who was unreal in helping me recover from my hamstring injury. What impressed me most was how he adapted his approach based on my feedback and how I was responding to different tests throughout the sessions. You could tell he really knew his stuff and wasn’t just following a standard treatment plan. Made a massive difference to my recovery and genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. Fantastic experience: Let me say this in under 5000 words. I went in to see Bart after seeing chiros, massage know it all's and physios. Dumping cash into their pockets for NOTHING. My family told me I should have gone to see Bart in the first place, but..... I know best (not this time) so I see Bart 3 times ans rather than massaging me from head to toe like they all seem to wanna do, Bart concentrated on the area that had me in 10/10 agony. 3 visits later, my numbing vanished and the 4th visit the pain drifted off. I could cry the pain relief is unimaginably amazing. 2 months later I've aggravated the area during some extreme weight lifting at the gym, went to see him today and once again, I've walked out of there pretty much pain free again. Enough said. I'm so happy ..

Fantastic experience: I have NBIA. It stands for neurodegenerative brain iron accumulation they are helping me with my balance and strength training so that when I fall over I’m not injured as much as I could be. They are doing a pretty good job.i had Lara today and she was patient and nice to me so that’s good.

Fantastic experience: I have been having my exercises in the comfort of my home every week . Kyle have been very supportive and helpful doing all exercises at my pace with rests In between. If my breathing is not so good that day he fits the exercises to my ability, but we still do them because it is good for me to keep moving. Fantastic experience: Matt truly went above and beyond for my daughter. She was really nervous going in due to what she had been experiencing, but he made her feel comfortable straight away. He listened, explained things in a way she could understand, and most importantly made her feel believed and understood, which was such a relief for her and her rehabilitation. He genuinely cared about her needs and wanted the best outcome, guiding her through the importance of balance in her recovery, while seeing what was important to her . You could see the difference it made, not just physically but in her confidence as well. We’re so grateful.

Fantastic experience: We use Phytness for our adult disabled son to access both exercise physiology and physiotherapy. Both Corrin (EP) and Bart (physio) work wonderfully with our son, having developed relationships with him where he feels heard and understood. Fantastic experience: I enrolled in the fall prevention class. I was hesitant about enrolling but l am so pleased l did. Kye the instructor was very patient and supportive, and he clearly explained every exercise. The people in the group are lovely and the class was fun to do, so l am looking forward to my future classes!

Fantastic experience: I have been to Phytness Healthcare Dapto to see a Physio, a dietician and for Pilates classes. Matt is a great Physio. Very caring and considerate and adaptable. Bec is a great dietician. She is sensible, practical, encouraging and has great ideas for changing your diet daily. I enjoy the Pilates classes and all the teachers. They are friendly, can change the movements to suit your situation but still work you hard. I have gained strength since going to the Physio and Pilates which helps deal with my shoulder issues. Fantastic experience: I was treated by Bart, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and effective. He quickly narrowed down my issue with my shoulder, explained the mechanics and how I can avoid issues in the future, and set to fixing it. After only a few sessions I'm basically pain free and improving every day thanks to the exercises he taught me. I will definitely recommend Phytness to my friends or family next time they need a physio.
Fantastic experience: If you're in need of a knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist, I could not recommend Matt and the Phytness team highly enough. On top of being extraordinarily well versed in his field, Matt is also very friendly and made me feel comfortable within the first minute of my consultation. Fantastic experience: Such an amazing team all-round! Since the beginning of my treatment in 2019, everyone from the physios and exercise physiologists, to the admin team, has been so kind and accommodating. Switching between professionals for differing needs is wonderfully easy, and the administrative team is always responsive and helpful, whether it is in person or over the phone - especially if your health status changes. All the employees at Adaptive are conversational, approachable and knowledgeable in their respective fields, regardless of whether you see them regularly or rarely. Their gym is slightly small once two or more patients are in the space, but that's soon to be fixed! Highly recommended for one-on-one physiotherapy and exercise physiology care.

Fantastic experience: Luke had been working with our daughter for the last 2 years . He is very attentive and dedicated to the time he has with her to get the very most out of every session. He is always looking for new ideas and open to suggestions and i know he has the best intentions and shares our goal of getting her as far as we can in terms of recovery. Fantastic experience: I had no movement in my back when I started kyle was really adaptive to my needs and my ability to be able to exercise. Through one on one hydrotherapy and physical exercise I have all but regained my full movement back with next to none restrictions.if I was sick or couldn't make it Adaptive health would go out of their way to make another appointment. Briony is awesome on the front desk who will go out of her way to accommodate your needs as best as humanly possible. I would recommend Adaptive to anyone even for general exercise from young to old not a problem.
