Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience receiving physio treatment for my knee from Nadeena for a longstanding running injury. He was about to explain clearly the likely past acute issue and now chronic issue, and reassure me it could be improved and wasn't as bad as I'd thought! The exercises I was given were spaced out over a few sessions, which made it manageable to learn them (the app Nadeena used is also great!), and the in-session treatment was always efficient and effective. I also received information on how to tape my knee when needed. After a period of treatment I was informed I'd 'graduated physio', and was able to finish my sessions. Ongoing, I manage my knee with physio exercises a few times a week at home. I'm now confidently back running longer trail distances and very happy, thank you!

Fantastic experience: When my son injured his wrist in a Book Week accident of all things, he was devastated he might his footy grand final at the weekend. Fortunately, we got into to see Justin and, after a thorough examination, gave us the confidence for him to play while being careful and knowing what to watch out for. His team lost the GF but he was thrilled to be able to play. We can't recommend Justin more highly.

Fantastic experience: I had a torn meniscus resulting in pain and stiffness in my knee. Catherine put me through a 12 week program eliminating the pain and stiffness and strengthening my knee and lower back negating the need for surgery. She clearly outlined the program at the start and was able to guide me through each phase resulting in the desired outcome. Catherine is very knowledgeable and professional with her approach and her delightful personality made the whole experience beneficial and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Catherine for any physio and won’t hesitate seeing her again if the need arises.

Fantastic experience: I had one session with Josh, and that guy was amazing. I initially showed thinking of having a specific issue, but he perfectly discovered a different issue as the root cause instead of just adrressing my specific symptomp. Ive had the pain for so many years and have been doing independent resesarch, treatment, and exercise on my own only to get slight relieve, not complete recovery. Josh managed to educate me and fixed the root cause in one session, and I have been following his prescribed exercise ever since. Id say, Ive improved significantly better compare to my own independent exercise. I also like his thorough interview and tests, before coming up with a diagnosis. Thank you Josh, youre a wizard.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend the team at Head2Toe Brunswick. I’ve been visiting Catherine the physio fortnightly for the last few months since I came across the clinic and she is exceptional. Originally helped with issues that were causing pain (with great results on treatment), terrific help with exercises to help with strength building with my key areas (through the physi app) & very personable. I’ve also just started the Clinical Pilates - and really appreciate the tailored program to help with my running goals.

Negative experience: Some one with less than one year experience did the session. I had bruised toe nails - and asked how to recover the nail bed, but she didn't know that word, and however much I explained she just did not get my question and told me again and again that the color of the nail will return normal again, which is not the answer for my question. They cut my toe nails - but the pinky toe still hurts because they cut it too much, and they are literally supposed to be the specialist in dealing this. I understand that she is inexperienced, but she should be already trained and giving a commercial service so needs to be better skilled. I appreciate the effort but the service was just bad and I gained no new insight, just went home with less comfortable toes. I hope internal training will be done and the quality of service will improve.

My partner went in last week with a lumbar derangement with lateral shift deformity -predomently caused from skateboarding injuries from his teens and early twenties. He was pretty much sideways from the hips up when we first came in. After 4 intensive sessions, constructive advice and support Nadeena has helped him make significant progress. Highly recommend!

A little hard to find parking and access the stairwell but for the early stages of a new venue its great! As always Nadeena goes above and beyond for his clients and is an excellent physio truly understand how to help those suffering chronic pain and work with them offering advice suitable to each persons life. Will be staying a loyal client of head 2 toe!
