Fantastic experience: Very competent physio and interested in my well-being.

Positive experience: I recently had a very positive physiotherapy session with Mansi Patel at Complete Care Health for some back pain. She took her time to properly diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and provided some great advice and exercises. I left the appointment feeling reassured and well looked after. However, I did have some issues with the billing process. I found Complete Care Health through HealthShare, and as an HCF member, my health fund covers 100% of the initial consult with no gap. At the time of payment, both the physiotherapist and the chiropractor were understanding and kindly waived the gap payment, agreeing that it should have been covered. Unfortunately, the next day I received a gap invoice. When I emailed HCF, they told me "The claim that was submitted by the provider was not put through as a more for therapy service," even though the provider is indeed registered as a more for therapy provider. So, if you’re an HCF member, double check the billing before you leave. I’m not sure if Complete Care Health will still try to recoup the gap—if so, I’ll update my review. Overall, I had an excellent physio experience with Mansi Patel, but just be cautious about billing if you’re using HCF for a no-gap consult.

Negative experience: I've been very disappointed by this practice and I couldn't recommend it for the following reasons. I had been going to the practice for a few months until recently, and I found the chiro I was seeing really good. For my last session, I was booked in with another practitioner who wasn't as confident and was much younger. He assured me it wouldn't make things worse, but that he wasn't too experienced. At this point I should have left but I trusted it would help since I had been going to the practice for a while without issues and it was the only day I had available for an adjustment. After the session I was sore for about a week and my joints were feeling out of place even in areas I don't have instability. This continued for weeks until I was able to get an adjustment from another chiro I used to go to. I was sore in my shoulder and neck and unable to workout at the gym because I didn't have the range of motion I normally do. I called up the practice as soon as I was able and spoke to the original Chiro (who I believe is the owner) about what had happened. I expected a complementary session to fix the problems that had been made worse/created by the other Chiro and an apology. Instead I was told that it was normal to be in pain from a Chiro appointment and it isn't always effective. Aside from the fact that a quick Google search will tell you that pain like that after a Chiro session is not normal, I've seen chiros for many years and have never had such an experience. If people had more pain and their joints were further misaligned after seeing the chiro- why would they go? I had to explain myself a few times before he acknowledged that there may have been an issue. Eventually he said he would chat to the other practitioner about it to see if there had been any malpractice. Proceeding to adjust someone without having the knowledge or confidence to do so is malpractice in my books and the practitioner needs more training. I would expect a professional practice to take a complaint like this very seriously, understanding the dangers of malpractice in chiropractors. It wasn't the first session that really turned me off, but rather the lack of accountability I witnessed after that, where my symptoms were not taken seriously and the issue was completely ignored. Before this reaction I was still interested in returning to the practice to see the original chiro. Of course, I was never contacted again (even though he said he would be in touch within 5 days, which was now almost 2 weeks ago). Unfortunately because of this I would no longer feel comfortable attending or recommending the practice as they clearly don't prioritise client wellbeing and safety.

Fantastic experience: I was in luck to find Dr Jason Blake (chiropractor) today. He was professional and provided with the right treatment for my ongoing low back pain and other current alignment/posture issues. Highly recommend his services.

Positive experience: I highly recommend Dr. Amir if you need a chiropractor as he is very professional and good at what he's doing and addressing my concerns. He made good adjustments and I never feel better. If anything to improve in this health centre is the front desk : staffs need to improve their customer service skills and please be polite to your customers.

Fantastic experience: had a very sore/immobile neck for weeks, finally got my butt into gear and booked a physio appointment - got a young guy, very friendly and kind, and oh my goodness he was good at his job. even just after the first massage, movement in my neck improved by 50%. went back 3 more times and then it was 100% sorted. highly recommended

I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about Dr David Bates. He has been my chiro for many years and I couldn’t continue all the training I put my 46yrs young body through every week with his care and treatment. David is not only a highly skilled practitioner, he has a vast knowledge of movement patterns associated with many sporting activities and uses his knowledge and intuition to guide healing and fix what ever issue I walk in with. I feel stiff and sore when I arrive and loose, relaxed and without pain when I leave. He is also a very warm, friendly and engaging person who puts you at ease. I am very grateful to have found such an outstanding chiropractor.
