Fantastic experience: The boys have been great in all aspects of my rehabs and really take the extra time to figure what is best for me! So used to Physio giving generic exercises but they personalise everything based on your needs. Keep up the great work lads!

Fantastic experience: My daughter was experiencing shin pain that was affecting her performance on the court. After a few sessions with Lachy she was able to play games with minimal pain or discomfort. Lachy has also worked with my other daughter following an ankle sprain which assisted her greatly with her recovery. Lachy works exceptionally well with younger athletes, always maintaining a high level of professionalism. We are thankful for the work that Lachy does and highly recommend his services.

Fantastic experience: I had some pain in my elbow and I contacted Lachy who when I went saw him; was extremely kind and gentle, making me feel completely at ease. His experience and expertise were clear, and he explained everything thoroughly. I had one dry needling session for my golfer’s elbow and that has already helped my tendon heal and feel a lot better. During this process, he engages and makes you feel like the exercises are comfortable, he will guide you throughly. Throughout the sessions, he asks how you feel about the exercises, and how they’re going for you to see if they need adjusting if they’re too much, or not working for you. I do highly recommend Lachy because I like how he asks questions and how he listens to you, he understands your needs and discusses what is the best option. Give him ago!
