Fantastic experience: After some health challenges, getting back into exercise was intimidating. Kalcey Gahan, exercise physiologist, has been awesome. Her approach, encouragement, and support—paired with just the right amount of gentle pushing—got me right where I wanted to be. Six weeks in, I’m back at the gym, lifting more, and feeling stronger and more confident in what I can do. Highly recommended. Plus, the rest of the staff at 3D Physio have been super friendly and booking sessions is dead easy.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a consultation at 3D Physio with Sheena, and I was so impressed with the experience. I came in seeking help for a tense neck and painful shoulder, and Sheena had physio student, Tia sitting in on the session. It was fantastic hearing her explain everything to Tia as she worked through my assessment—it really helped me understand what was happening as well! To top it off, I received a detailed report by email that same evening, outlining our appointment and the plan moving forward. Amazing service! You’ve got a fantastic team, Julie, and it’s clear they are led by someone exceptional. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to 3D physio and I had the best experience from the ladies at the front counter including meeting Ruby and Oliver (physio) a young man who was very polite and explained everything that was going on with my injury and what the plan forward looked like which because he made it simple I know I will follow the exercise plan and hopefully this will help improve my overall fitness for my upcoming trip. Fantastic experience: Having recently completed a 6 week GLA:D program at 3D Physiotherapy Health Group I would like to share my experience. Firstly to acknowledge the warm and welcoming environment provided by Sue and her colleagues at Reception and Admin. My consulting Physiotherapist, Sheena, provided professional, caring and effective treatment of my issues which was further enhanced by participating in the GLA:D program. Under the expert guidance of Ollie, who is another integral member of the team of Physio's at 3D, I have improved immensely in both strength and mobility, with a reduction in pain as a major bonus. This Health Group is a testament to the professionalism, dedication and vision of Julie. Together with her team my quality of life has certainly improved....and for this I am immensely grateful. Thank you Julie and Team 3D.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the team at 3D Physio, particularly Physiotherapist Oliver Malley. After two hip replacements, I was still experiencing pain, stiffness and lack of mobility in one, making it difficult to walk more than about 1.5kms without an aid. After eight months of Ollie's skilful treatment, exercise program, training plan and encouragement, I have recently achieved a personal challenge by comfortably walking the last 100 km of the Camino Frances (Sarria to Santiago) in 5 days. I am now walking, swimming and cycling on a regular basis and believe Ollie has helped me rewind my fitness clock back about five years.

Fantastic experience: I have had the best results with the GLA:D program, my Surgeon said I needed a knee replacement, but needed to wait. So I tried this, 6 weeks of classes, lots of laughs and a bit of hard work. I now have trust back in my body, minimal pain, no medication and positive about my future.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Julie a few months ago for a long term hip issue. Her technical knowledge, skill and treatments have vastly improved my pain and mobility, for an injury/issue I thought may never be improved. I am back being able to participate in a range of different physical activities without pain and with increasing strength. Importantly, Julie made sure I was part of my own treatment plan, having to undertake targeted exercises to increase strength and to ensure I can self-manage my issues going forward. The dry-needling she used on me takes a bit of getting used to…but I have found the results quite remarkable. If you are interested in the physiological and biomechanical parts of the treatment and your issue/injury Julie will happily explain and pull out a book to highlight the muscles and various interconnections etc, but I realise this is not everyone’s cup of tea!

Fantastic experience: My son and I have just had our first experience with Telehealth and we’re very impressed. He is two weeks out of surgery for his ACL/Meniscus repair and Julie’s session was so easy and convenient. We still had thorough examination, guidance/instruction for exercises and plenty of information and support as in a physical appointment. So anyone concerned about this new social distancing approach for physiotherapy should be assured it is every bit as effective. I actually preferred it as there was no travel involved. Booking was simple, I can’t recommend enough. An overall awesome service, thanks Julie!
