Soaring Health Reservoir

Negative experience: Only place I know that charges even if you give a 24 hours notice. Overly priced and have had 2 sessions with the OT for my son. All they’ve done is play with play doe and apparently, they’ve just observing him. Almost $200 a session and it’s practically a child care. Literally here to take peoples money - absolutely no regard or genuine care for their patients. Definitely looking for another allied healthcare clinic

The clinic runs so smoothly because of her. Highly recommend this clinic, partly because of the great service Lana provides.

Fantastic experience: Lana is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a big smile and made me feel comfortable straight away. She's super organised, always remembers my appointments, and even helps me reschedule if I need to. The whole check-in process is smooth thanks to her - she's such an asset to the clinic!

She always is engaging with my children and makes sure they are settled whilst waiting for appointments. The therapy team worked amazingly with my son. He has connected positively to everyone he has seen. The team at Reservoir are so welcoming and genuine. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My daughter is seeing psychologist Will. He is very caring and very good with kid. She loves to see him. He is one of the best Therapist we have ever seen. We are so happy with the service. All the staffs are always with the smiles and very friendly.

Also a special mention to Will ,my physiologist whom has done so much for me , and also to Alex whom has sadly moved on to other things .
