Fantastic experience: Highly rate this clinic for its warmth and professionalism. Sofia, Tanya & Mari are kind, friendly and very helpful. Sofia was able to treat me after sudden pain and lack of movement in my shoulder/neck, even after i was running late. Sophia was very welcoming, knowledgeable and I'm happy she was my treating physio.

Fantastic experience: Had 6 weeks of physio sessions with Kanwal and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and got me back on track to regular exercise in the pool. He set me up with an exercise programme and also gave me new suggestions of exercises to help with osteoarthritis in my knee at every session. Got me back to work fit and pain free.

Fantastic experience: Epping physio is wonderful . I have been attending Epping Physio for a couple of years now and I’ve found all the physios very professional and educated in what they do. I have MS And Matt who works with me to achieve the best outcome for me . Matthas looked into my illness and Educated himself so working with me to help my issues such as balancing, Stiffness , dizziness etc. I find him to be very easy to speak with he’s very Formative when explaining what he will be doing or what tasks I can do for myself. I find all the staff to be pleasant and welcoming the ladies on reception Erin and Tania always greet me with a smile. No request is too much for them to follow up or rebook. A very professional/ helpful service with a smile every time… Matt is one of my favourites . Highly recommend 10 stars ✨

Negative experience: Worst experience Matt is the worst, just exercise at home, Matt couldn’t be bothered doing physical treat.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff, especially Mari who always invites with smile. I am struggling with back pain but with help of epping physiotherapy managed my pain and injury, also would like to add Simone is very experienced physiotherapist and would highly recommend for her services.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with my partner seeing Kaisheng ‘Victor’ Wang. Wanting to treat a workplace knee injury for a month before getting scans performed and discouraging her from seeing her GP. After his initial treatment she has experienced significantly increased pain in her knee due to him having her kneel on the injured knee. Absolutely disgusting!

Fantastic experience: I have few visits with different Physiotherapist here and found to be excellent service provider especially Sali Gilo. She treated my foot with exercises and metal strip massage for plantar fasciitis which was very helpful and reduced my foot pain. Excellent work Sali Gilo and team !!

My therapist Sally has been absolutely amazing as she actually cares and will go above and beyond to ensure the treatments are suited to your specific needs and actually work! Her recommendations have helped me the most out of the 3 different places I have been to in the past year to manage my back pain. Thanks to sally and their friendly staff

Negative experience: Maria is a great physiotherapist. I highly recommend her. However, I received a call from the clinic and I was informed that they have not received a benefit from Medicare for one of my consultations. The lady on the call was not very helpful and bit threatening that if I don’t pay the amount as soon as possible, it was going to be recorded as a bad debt and they were going to chase me. Upon checking my Medicare statement, this benefit was paid by the Medicare so the clinic made a mistake. When I called the clinic again to inform them about this situation, I spoke to another lady and she was helpful. The issue was resolved. If this mistake was made to a pensioner, it was unlikely that they could access their Medicare app etc and check the benefit. It would be a financial burden to make this payment for them because of the clinic’s mistake.

Positive experience: Treatment ok then stopped by TAC I dont believe they tried hard enough Simone was good at start then fobbed me off to someone else I dont believe they looked after me as well as they could as TAC paying for it so they call the shots in my opinion Treatment was stopped by and large by their reports also in my opinion

They have always been courteous, friendly, professional, and most of all helpful with their treatment options and advice. Fantastic experience: Epping Physiotherapy is a great place that has amazing friendly staff, they are very knowledgeable and take great care of their clients. There are many great physio's there that will go above and beyond to help people get back on track. After my motorcycle accident I thought I would never be the same, but after all my visits I am back on my feet and moving on with my life. I would personally like to thank Victor for helping me get to where I am and for also encouraging me to stay strong. I would also like to thank Mary and Erin for our friendly chat's.

Fantastic experience: Had back pain for several weeks, I tried everything to help the pain. I just wish I came here first as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist that made me feel welcome. I had physio with Kelly she was so lovely and friendly walked out feeling a lot better and feeling positive. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Negative experience: I was seeing an Indian physio there and I swear to God he is by far the WORST physio I have seen in my whole life!! He had no idea what he was doing and he made my injury even get worse!!! Such a waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Needing some intensive therapy on my sore back, I visited this clinic for the first time. I was warmly greeted by reception staff, shown to a treatment room where I discussed my issue and history with a caring professional physiotherapist and provided with effective and soothing treatment that enabled me to get on with life. I recommend this clinic not only for care but for comprehensive post care exercises to maintain health.
