Negative experience: Receptionist Jacinta was extremely rude , interrupt speech and when asked if the appointment was running on time , she mentioned Yes and yet waited more than 15 min for the appt .

Fantastic experience: The staff at parkwood physio are always professional and friendly. I usually see Frank for a sore shoulder, he is very thorough and precise in his treatment, I always leave in less tightness and pain than when I arrived. I have also seen the womens health physio after my first birth, Hannah was wonderful! I can't recommend them enough for all your physio needs!

From the very first session, she took the time to understand my pain, explained everything clearly, and treated me with great care. Her guidance, exercises, and hands-on treatment made a noticeable difference, and I walked out feeling much better. Hena is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping her patients recover. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I saw Frank for a number of visits to treat my Achilles tendinitis. While the treatment took a bit longer I now realise that this was necessary to achieve sustainable results.Frank did a number of treatments such as shock wave, dry needling and ultrasound as well as providing good education about weight loading when it is the right time and gentle increases.The outcome is I no longer feel pain or have swelling. I also have learned how to better look after my Achilles and work safely with weight training. Great result and worth it.

Physio's John and Kevin are always very professional and explain everything they are doing with my treatment plan. Kelly will always try and book my appointments as best as possible to my limited time availability or put me onto a cancellation list. Fantastic experience: After one session of acupuncture I got my hands movement back for my tennis elbows (left and right hands) - thanks to Ivan Au’s treatment . Have been suffering from Tennis elbows for 2 weeks - been taking anti- inflammatory OTC med but pain keeps getting worse. Ivan is very patient and thorough to diagnose the problem and suggested 3 treatment plans, explaining acupuncture would be most effective but most painful. I decided on getting the acupuncture since the pain was getting intolerable already. It proved to be the right choice :) 我最近兩隻手都有網球手痛得好緊要，琴日走咗去搵教會Ivan Au 幫我針灸，針完一次已經好咗好多. 多謝 Ivan 細心和謹慎的治療，他提出了3種治療方案，並告訴針灸最有效，但最痛。我毫不考慮便選擇了最有效的方案。因為網球手的痛楚已經影響我日常生活。 我隻手本來痛到要食止痛藥先郁到，琴晚做完之後瞓覺都要食止痛藥，因為做完針灸都有啲痛。 但係今朝已經唔使食藥，個痛楚都減輕咗一半啦!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Parkwood Physio since my hip replacement in late 2018, they have treated me in a very professional way and with extreme experience from the receptionists to all the physio therapists, nothing was too hard to meet my needs. They not only cared for my hip replacement they cared for my emotional needs to make sure my treatments progressed trough my recovered. A 5 star rating to this clinic doesn’t cover my appreciation.
