Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Gina highly enough! She is an amazing physiotherapist who is incredibly understanding, caring and genuinely takes the time to listen. From the very beginning, Gina explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood what was happening and why. She developed a clear treatment plan and timeline to help me get back to functioning normally and, most importantly, doing the things I love. Her knowledge, professionalism and reassuring approach have made such a positive difference. Gina has completely put my mind at ease and given me confidence that there is a positive outcome for my issue. The physio app as used by thispractise is a huge help when doing my exercises at home. Charlie Moyle I have been to Leigh on many occasions. for a variety of injuries. On all occasions he has been positive and honest about my rehabilitation and my recovery has been successful. He is personable, clear in diagnosis and recovery option. Thoroughly recommended.

Very quickly I noticed the different level of attention paid by Leigh to my injury and rehab goals. He is supported by useful apps to track rehab and testing. Couldn’t recommend him higher.

He diagnosed the root cause(s) [various over the past 5-6 years] and provided me with a targetted rehab and strengthening plan each time that got me back on track each time. Fantastic experience: As a tennis coach, I need to make sure my body is in the best condition possible. I have been seeing Leigh for over 5 years now and he has really helped me keep my body in great shape from back, to hips, wrist, shoulders and knees. I have attended Pilates which has state of the art equipment that helps a lot of people, the classes are kept small so you always have access to the physios in the room. The rooms are always nice and clean, plenty of parking spaces out the front for convenience and all of the staff are very friendly and caring. I would strongly recommend Physio Solutions to anyone who is looking to get on top of their health and fitness in 2026 and beyond.

Fantastic experience: While travelling overseas I received an aggressive massage that left me with considerable back pain and restricted movement. Being a satisfied past client of James I returned to him for assistance. I remember limping from my car to the appointment, James assessed the situation and treated me. Walking back to my car I felt no pain and the limp had gone, a couple of hours later I'd all but forgotten I had an issue in the first place. I don't completely understand what he did, but trusted his professional knowledge and skill. To me it felt like a miracle cure, but in reality, he just knows his stuff and is really good at what he does.

Fantastic experience: A client for over 6 years now, I continue to benefit significantly from my regular Pilates/clinical exercise sessions at PhysioSolutions. All sessions are modified to suit the needs of each person, and are challenging and motivating - especially with the new equipment!! As someone in their late 60's what is provided is now very crucial - maintaining and extending flexibility and balance, weight bearing and building core strength. Fantastic experience: I did weekly Pilates at Physio Solutions while pregnant right up until the week before giving birth, and continued with it for postnatal recovery. Staying active was important to me, and Leigh was fantastic at modifying workouts to address any pregnancy issues I had. I always felt comfortable and supported in the classes. Highly recommend!

Leigh gave me a different program and approach to what I was currently doing. It's now been 3 months since seeing Leigh and I've had my first pain free run in 14 months. With a Kokoda trip coming up I couldn't be more appreciative.
