Fantastic experience: Had a massage with Jason today and it was honestly the best remedial massage I've had. He took the time to access what was going on with my pain and catered the treatment accordingly. Such a warm person and I walked out so much better than when I walked in. Will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Scott is excellent, I have had neck pain for many years and seen so many doctors, physios and even chiropractors with no relief. I was referred to Scott for shoulder pain and not only has he relieved that but also my neck pain. He is genuinely caring, patient, listens and explains everything.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend this practice. I have had both physiotherapy, exercise physiology and also remedial massage treatments and all were very professional. My partner and I also attend 2 group classes a week, which has assisted us with our physical strength and flexibility. It is a modern facility, always clean and the staff are very friendly. I always recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: I first attended Flex about 10 years ago when I was experiencing back issues. The physios at Flex were amazing, top quality and very knowledgeable. They designed a custom Pilates / fitness program for me that helped strengthen my core and other muscles. After attending classes regularly at Flex my back has been so much better that it is no longer an issue. I still love going to Flex to maintain general strength and to get the highest quality treatment for any injuries.
