I’m sorry your care hasn’t progressed as you expected and appreciate you letting us know. Sometimes X-rays aren’t ordered immediately until the clinician determines they’re necessary, but I understand that doesn’t lessen your frustration. We can review your visit notes and coordinate with the treating provider to arrange imaging or a referral for further evaluation. Please contact our office or send a message through the patient portal so we can assist with scheduling and next steps.
