Fantastic experience: Claire runs such a comprehensive, detailed pre & post natal training, I did the in person training and loved it! I’m feeling so much more confident to guide my clients and myself through pre & post natal movements. Information shared was up to date with current research & I loved how she was transparent with how there’s always changes and she’s always making sure what is being shared is as current as possible! I really appreciated how the course was broken up through the day with theory parts & practical parts, Claire also has such a lovely energy and so much knowledge! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I recently attended a one day face-to-face Pre- and Postnatal Pilates Workshop in Melbourne with Claire and I am so glad I booked it! Being newly certified, I found that my qualifications left me ill-prepared for working with expectant or new mothers and the course left me well and truly prepared to step into my next class with the skills I need. The course not only highlighted support for expecting/new mothers but was also a great reminder of how to support women through all stages of life. I also loved how the information is kept up-to-date with current research, given how much more research there is into pre- and postnatal exercise nowadays. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claire and the course to any Pilates instructors - newbies or Pilates vets, it is a great refresher course on how to best support our clients and what a privileged position we are in to be able to educate them on movement through life.

Fantastic experience: What an incredible learning experience with Claire! I completed her in-person Pre & Postnatal Pilates course and gained so much valuable knowledge, not only about pregnancy and Pilates, but also about the many conditions that can affect the pelvic floor. As a physiotherapy student, this course has been incredibly beneficial and has given me practical knowledge that I can confidently apply in both my studies and future practice. Thank you, Claire, for sharing your expertise and for all your guidance and support throughout the course.

Fantastic experience: Such a great course! Claire made the anatomy and concepts really easy to understand and brought everything back to practical application. I loved learning more about effective cueing for pre and postnatal clients, as well as how to adapt exercises for different injuries and individual needs. I walked away with lots of new ideas and feel much more confident applying these principles in practice. Thanks Claire for such a valuable and enjoyable day!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 – I highly recommend Claire’s Prenatal & Postnatal Training. As a Pilates instructor, I’d previously completed another course with a very reputable provider. While it covered the fundamentals, the crucial piece it missed was how to safely adapt—or when to avoid—certain Pilates repertoire within a group class setting. We walked away with practical tools, greater confidence, and a clear understanding of the why behind each modification, all grounded in the latest evidence-based research. That knowledge is invaluable. I’m excited to continue providing safe, informed, and supportive movement for women throughout pregnancy and beyond. Thank you Claire!

Fantastic experience: I completed both the online modules and the in-person practical and got a lot out of both! The course was predominantly tailored towards pilates for pre and postnatal clients, therefore from a physio point of view, there is not an extensive amount covering diagnosis and treatment outside of a pilates lens. I would recommend the course to anyone who works as a pilates instructor or any physios wanting to develop their skills in this space.

Fantastic experience: A valuable informative course that any teacher working with women will benefit from. Claire’s knowledge & approach is both powerful yet thoughtful to help navigate a critical area in women’s health. The hands on practical component really helped to create the connection to understand how the pelvic floor can respond to excercises both on the mat & reformer. You will leave this course with a better understanding of how to can start to incorporate a variety of exercises to support your pregnant & post partum clients. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I completed the prenatal and postnatal pilates training course with Claire on the Sunshine Coast, and found the content both insightful and comprehensive across women’s health, pregnancy, and postnatal care. It’s amazing how much confidence I feel now that I have an understanding of how to safely adapt exercises for various health conditions, pregancy and beyond. I recommend doing this course for all pilates instructors seeking clarity and knowledge in their teaching.

Fantastic experience: I completed the antenatal & postnatal course both online & in person with Claire & would definitely recommend. I feel a lot more confident now I have the knowledge behind it all, the reason why & I can relay that to clients whilst keeping them moving safely. Claire’s way of explaining everything is great & really clear. If you’re able to I would recommend investing in both online & in-person. Doing the online first gave me time to really take in all the info, especially as someone that’s not very good at concentrating for a long time. Then the in person course really just cemented all the knowledge & allowed me to ask any questions that might’ve come up. As well as hearing questions from others, that I may not have thought of & just hearing different opinions & point of views. The discussions that came from the in person were great. Overall would recommend Claire’s course!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the pre and postnatal training course to further upskill myself and support my fellow Pilates reformer instructors, and it was absolutely worthwhile. The course was incredibly informative, evidence-based, and practical, giving me the confidence to safely and effectively work with both pregnant and postnatal clients. Claire was so lovely to deal with in the lead up to the training and was so accommodating that she delivered the course at my own studio! Fantastic experience: This course is an absolute must for instructors!! Such important to be able to cater to pre/post natal populations in your group or private classes- and this course leaves you with the confidence to know you can. This course had me leaving with the insight that its not so much modifications or limitations that its more mindful adjustments to keep these populations safe. There is so much misinformation out there so having a course thats based off current evidence and created by a womens health physio means you are getting the best upskilling for your clients. This course has ignited a passion for me in working with pre/post natal populations. I can’t thank you enough Claire!

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful that I stumbled across this course. I had actually just completed one through a different, well-known business some months earlier, but it was not useful at all — it had a lot of outdated sources, and irrelevant content. I actually felt more in the dark after that course, and needed to get a refund immediately so that I could do another one, and actually learn something relevant. This course is reformer specific which I needed, the content is spaced out in a way that makes sense, and gave plenty of examples where it would be appropriate or contraindicated to teach specific exercises. I had avoided teaching the pregnant population for years as it gave me anxiety and I never felt prepared, but now I’m working with 1-2 clients weekly with my mind at ease, teaching classes that is enjoyable for all of us. I can’t thank Claire enough for her support.

Fantastic experience: Next Level Education! I have absolutely loved my learning with Women's Health Collaborative. It has given me a more in-depth understanding of pelvic floor as well as other parts of the body that may be affected around child birth (I found the spinal education really beneficial too). It was also great to have visuals of exercises that were safe or ones that needed to be modified and how to modify them. The videos for this were great to have. This course has meant I feel a lot more confident in teaching the pre and postnatal population in a safe way. But also has left me feeling like there is options for exercises rather than just 1, which is great! Loved this course and have recommend to my other Pilates Friends :) Thanks so much Claire!

Fantastic experience: Incredible and Empowering Workshop – Highly Recommend! I recently attended a pelvic floor workshop with Claire from Women's Health Collaborative and was blown away by the experience. This was as part of an internal training and education for our Pilates Instructors. What I thought would be a purely clinical or educational session turned out to be an empowering, informative space. Claire was knowledgeable, compassionate, and created a safe environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and sharing experiences (and I had many). I was in awe of how much I learnt about the female pelvic floor, that as a woman I never knew! We covered not only the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor, but also how it connects to posture, breath, core strength, and overall well-being. I learned practical exercises I can easily do at home and build in to my teaching of Pilates classes, and I left with a much deeper understanding of how to support my body, my clients—whether it's for general health, postnatal recovery, managing incontinence, or strengthening/relaxing the pelvic floor. It was incredibly eyeopening, informative and interesting. I took away so much from the session and feel confident in my knowledge not only for myself but in my ability to educate and help my Pilates clients. Couldn't recommend Claire and Women's health Collaborative more!

This course really helped further my understanding regarding pelvic floor exercises and build my confidence in prescribing exercises for antenatal and postnatal populations.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed Claire's online antenatal and postnatal Pilates course, and I can confidently say it was an incredible experience! As a new physiotherapist, I was eager to find a course that would not only enhance my knowledge but also give me a practical understanding of exercises for mums-to-be and new mothers. This course delivered exactly that. The instructor was fantastic – clear, and supportive, with a deep understanding of both the physical and emotional needs of pregnant and postnatal women. The beauty of the online format was that I could participate from the comfort of my own home, at my own pace, and revisit lessons whenever needed. The exercises were easy to follow, safe, and effective, and I walked away with a wealth of knowledge that I can now incorporate into my own practice. I’ve also gained so much confidence in advising clients about safe, beneficial movement throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period. I would highly recommend this online Pilates course to anyone! It's a wonderful combination of learning, support, and practical application that I genuinely enjoyed. I’ll definitely be recommending it to other physios and Pilates instructors to further their knowledge!

Fantastic experience: I’ve completed six other antenatal and prenatal courses over the past 18 years, and Claire’s truly stood out. Her background in women’s physiotherapy brought a whole new level of depth, going far beyond just pregnancy-safe exercises. The course provided invaluable insights into the pelvic floor, the biomechanics of pregnancy and birth, and the potential impacts of natural delivery on the body. Claire’s knowledge and evidence-based approach gave me a much deeper understanding of how to support women through this transformative stage.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently partly completed Claire’s prenatal course in person with a few other students who are Pilates instructors at the studio I train at, Claire is always so encouraging genuinely however throughout the day her knowledge and understanding of a gap in the market had us all in awe of the information and grateful that it provided us with more insight and wisdom to help our clients in a deeper way. Thanks Claire appreciate you and all you’ve created!
